Hanoi Little Town Hotel

Excellent stay, even for just one night! I stayed at this hotel for a single night, and everything exceeded my expectations. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and kind, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared, offering a perfect space to relax. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The staff’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

A cosy and unpretentious hotel in a good location that's walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Some of the rooms look a bit dated, but it's good for the price. There's your typical Europe and US power points, a Google activated TV with data but no TV channels that I could see, however I didn't spend much time searching the TV when there's so much to explore outside. Breakfast is a mini buffet plus you can order small meals cooked on the spot. It wasn't five star but definitely enough food to have a decent filling breakfast, and for the type of hotel it was good for the choices and quality. The hotel has a couple of steps to go up to get to the entrance, but once inside there's the option of stairs or the lift to go up to your room. Staff were very friendly and helpful for suggestions around town, and can hold your luggage for you if you leave for a few days such as going on a cruise along Ha Long Bay.

We booked a room in Hanoi little town hotel for 3 days and it was a great experience. Special thanks to the staff - Ms. Evelynn, Mr. Long and Ms. Lily. for ensuring a comfortable experience for us throughout our stay. Few highlights: - breakfast was really good and fulfilling - room was pretty nice and clean - the staff guided us for a lot things (places to visit, nice food etc.) Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and delightful stay in Hanoi.

I have stayed in very many small hotels around Hanoi. This is the best. Service levels are those of a luxury hotel really, it's even better than the usually high standard of small hotel service. Breakfast is great and they even know how to cook eggs on the spot without drying them out. Rooms vary in size but are generally bigger than in other hotels. I love it ❤️

We checked in very late in the night. The location is amazing that is in between the market with lots of colour full shops around. The staff are very kind and helpful. They packed us breakfast as once we were getting late for the cruise trip. They assisted us with the Halong bay cruise trip. Very cozy and comfortable rooms with bath tub. I really enjoyed the stay.

I was here in February, Long offered us a room at such short notice when we didnt have anywhere to stay for the night. Rooms were very nice and clean, location was perfect. Decided to come back in October to pay him a visit, rooms were even nicer now and staffs are still as friendly as ever. Really enjoyed our stay in Hanoi thanks to Long and his hospitality, helping us book transport to and from airport, and even to Sapa and back.

The staff here are beyond helpful and make the hotel very special. Lilly, Evelyn under the calm hand of Mr Long helped us solve so many problems which could have ruined our time here. Mr Long organised booking on one of the better Ha Long Bay cruises and a trip to Ninh Binh all of which were enjoyable. But his attention to us at the hotel from the moment we arrived off a night bus at some early hour was so caring and courteous. Especially as my wife was quite ill at the time. The rooms were large, clean and although not 100% perfect, they were great value for money. A good breakfast and a good location to wander the city. Recommend in so many ways.
