Excellent Stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel!Our stay at Hanoi Little Town Hotel was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Quarter and close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to choose from each morning.What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Lilly and Evelyne, who were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist us. Also, big thanks to the housekeeping lady who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

A comfortable, budget hotel located in Hanoi Old Quarters. The hotel provides spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. The breakfast is basic but good. You can get eggs and pho to order. They have a tie up with the Bounce app which is a local luggage storage facility. We dropped our suitcases for 2 days and it was very easy & secure. Location is great to explore the old quarters, shop, and discover local food & cafes. We had a slight issue in check-out since their Booking.com listing offered late checkout until 11:59pm and we had also requested the same at time of booking. But on the day we were told that we will be charged an extra fee for the late check out which was a bit off-putting.

We had a good night stay here. Staff very friendly - provided umbrellas when the heavens opened! Excellent value for money Breakfast on offer was simple but great Wifi was decent Air con good Shower nice and strong Room had no window The bathroom was a great size, but the entire bathroom floor would be covered with water when you shower, as there is no curtain surrounding the bath. Should be an easy fix for the owners :)

We have stayed at this hotel before and gave it 5 stars then as we loved our room. This time we were a little disappointed as we thought we had booked the same room but it had no balcony and was a lot smaller. Balcony rooms are so nice. Breakfast and service was great

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights this month. The hotel room is beautiful and clean. The best are the employees, especially Evelyn. She is so wonderful, smiley, kind, very accommodating and you will feel at home. She also helped us in our package tour as we had no itinerary. I strongly recommend them. The breakfast is so good. The kitchen crew are superb. I will surely come back - Cris Francisco

Helpful staff, comfortable clean relatively spacious rooms. In our initial connecting rooms, the AC wasn't strong enough so we got an upgrade to a larger room with 2 well functioning ACs and fans which was amazing. Buffet breakfast every morning was fresh, has seasonal produce and delicipus pho on the menu. Location is extremely central to markets, shops, food + very easy to catch a Grab.

Excellent location, really helpful staff. Comfy beds and a big window which can be hard to find for this price in the old town! Rooms were comfy, fairly well equipped. Only downside was slightly noisy Aircon and not enough plug sockets near the beds.

The rooms were of a decent size. The AC was cold, the breakfast was ok. They have all types of eggs cooked to your liking when requested. The fresh fruit platter would change everyday and would include passion fruit, watermelon, dragon fruit, pineapple and banana. And they would also serve Pho when requested. The best part of the hotel was the location. So many things to eat, see and do around it. On top of that the staff was very friendly and helpful. They would order taxis and limousines (16 seater vans) for us and even recommended places for us to eat. Overall the hotel experience was good.
