⭐️⭐️ 2 out of 5 — Good Location but Needs Major Improvement
We stayed here expecting a big hotel based on the photos, but the setup was quite different in person. The lobby is quite small (around 60–80 sqm), and the elevator starts only from the second floor and stops at the sixth, so we still had to take extra stairs to reach our room — not very convenient, especially with luggage.
The room itself felt a bit old. Towels were very worn out and definitely need replacement.
Breakfast was the most disappointing part — they often ran out of food, and we had to ask several times for refills, which took a while. The staff didn’t seem proactive and were often chatting in the kitchen instead of attending to guests. Plates and glasses were also not properly cleaned. We overheard other guests complaining about the breakfast too.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent — right in the center of the Old Quarter, close to everything. However, neighboring hotels in the same area looked newer and better maintained.
Recommendation:
If you’re after location, this place is perfect. But if you’re looking for comfort and good service, there are better options nearby.
