Hanoi Tirant Hotel

Loved this hotel and my stay here! The location is excellent, it’s easy to explore the old quarter from here. ||The staff are brilliant, professional, helpful and always working to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ||The rooftop bar is one of the best in the old quarter, it’s beautifully decorated and has stunning views. ||And lastly the breakfast buffet is delicious. ||Chester was amazing, he knows every guest by name, and made sure you started your day on a good note.||Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at Tirant Hotel Hanoi! From the moment we walked in, the beautiful scent in the lobby set the tone. A special thank you to Don (Customer Manager) and Hazel (Receptionist) – they remembered our names from our previous visit and made check-in so smooth and welcoming, which really made us feel at home. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food both in the evening and at breakfast, all while enjoying stunning views of the city. The pool area is also a highlight – a perfect spot to relax with incredible city views. This hotel truly goes above and beyond in every way. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

My partner and I had the most memorable experience at Hotel Tirant. Honestly we couldn’t fault a thing.|The location was absolutely great and within walking distance to everything.|Chester gave us an experience that was truly remarkable. His customer service was truly the best. |Would definitely recommend and would come back again

My sister and I stayed here and had a great experience. We stayed for three nights, then did a cruise in Ha Long Bay and came back for one more night. We were able to leave some luggage at Tirant while on the cruise which made things so much simpler. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Chester in particular always checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool and views, and the food was delicious. The location was great and we enjoyed walking around the old quarter and to nearby museums.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We had to switch our dates last minute and were able to do so with no extra cost. The hotel manager, Don, also let us store our luggage for half a day after our Halong Bay cruise and he even offered us a room to shower and freshen up before our flight. The only negative is that the rooms are a little bit more outdated than what was seen on the photos but the staff was just incredible. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was cozy with a good view. Overall, we had a great experience!

Good value for money. The hotel is just 3-5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.|The room was nice. The food is great. Their Skyline resto on the roofdeck is a must try, especially at night.|All the hotel staff are awesome.

Great location and excellent staff, we did a lot of hopping around Vietnam and they were excellent at accomodating us and storing our luggage. Buffet was great and staff were amazing - big shout out to Don for excellent service. Rooms were beautiful and very clean
