Hanoi Tirant Hotel

We had an incredible time at the Tirant Hotel! This hotel is located right in the Old Quarter and a stone’s throw away from many cute streets and restaurants. It is in the perfect location for visiting Hanoi. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was always delicious. They had a rotating breakfast menu, with diverse and staple Vietnamese and Western options. All the staff were helpful! For example, Chester was especially helpful as he was able to find us a great massage spa treatment nearby that was very relaxing and comfortable. As well, we had to leave very early one day, and the staff ensured we got a breakfast and helped us pack some snacks for the road. I really appreciated the chef at breakfast who always made very delicious bowls of noodle soup and omelettes! Overall, we’d be very happy to come back!

Hotel is very centrally located very near to the restaurants, lake, night market. My room was decorated in the old style of the 1940s and is of decent size and layout. Breakfast is nice and has a good variety of food. The view from up there is very good, being able to see Hanoi from high up. From the front doors to the lobby and up to the rooftop restaurant called Skyline, the service is very good. Chester, the Skyline restaurant manager, gave us exceptional service. He made sure our experience in his restaurant was good and that we were taken care of.

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Someone at the desk 24/7 and everyone spoke English well. The rooms very very nice and the bed was moderate to firm but comfortable and they had mattress pads available. Would stay again for sure, but only if a decent on an app. If it were full price we would look around for other hotels but might and up starting here anyway due to staff friendliness and location.

We had an amazing stay at Tirant Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Breakfast had a large variety, and the location of the hotel is very central in Old Quarter. What stood out to us the most was the exceptional service. They held our luggage all day since our flight was at night, but we checked out earlier. They always checked on us even after we checked out and made sure we were taken care of. They gave us coffee and tea while we waited. The bellman even shuttled our luggage to the main street, called us a Grab car, and waited till we were in the grab car. To me, this is going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay in Hanoi.

Amazing experience in the Tirant Hotel. From the minute we arrived until checkout, the staff were super attentive to our needs with a special mention for Chester, Hillary and Don, who really made us feel at home.|The room was probably the best we have stayed in (Queen Suite), with a gorgeous balcony out to a great view of the hustle and bustle on the street below. It really was great to come back from long days out to have an amazingly comfortable bed to rest up.|The Skyline bar has an unbeatable view of the city and to have breakfast up there was a real treat and highlight of the stay. The breakfast selection was amazing and it varied from day to day so you dont get bored of it.|I wish we could stay longer or that there was a Tirant Hotel in every city, if we ever come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms. Really friendly and attentive staff who open the doors for you and help with bags. Great location right in the middle of busy old quarter. I paid $126 AUD and felt that it was worth the money. Pretty roof top pool and restaurant and good selection for breakfast.

Absolutely outstanding experience! The service at reception was warm, professional, and efficient — we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. The hotel restaurant during breakfast was equally impressive, offering delicious food and attentive staff. Special shout out to Minh Anh! Every detail was handled perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

Highly recommended hotel. Booked a pick up service and received a luxury limousine. The driver had the name already posted and picked up the bags and was extremely professional. Once we arrived to the hotel staff was already outside waiting to pick up the bags and we just went to check in . Check in was a wonderful experience. The staff guided us to sit down and provided us complimentary tea while they handled the check in process . Check in process was extremely smooth and easy. Every time we entered the hotel . The bell hop opened the door . Each and every single time. The customer service was stupendous. Now onto breakfast. Breakfast was phenomenal the hot items were hot and they had a pho and egg station. Hot and ready and flavorful. The rooms were clean and all around this hotel not only had a great breakfast selection but their customer service was top tier. It is located centrally and easy to get around just walking.
