Hanoi Tirant Hotel

Great location, great service - perfect place to stay in the heart of Hanoi. The hotel arranged our airport transfers (for a cost) and it was so convenient! Welcome tea was amazing! Lobby always well kept and beautiful. Service was extraordinary - everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful. They really took care of us! They also provide laundry service at a good per-item rate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and room. We'll return and will recommend to other travelers :)

Stayed here from December 31st 2025 to January 3rd 2026 then January 4th to 5th 2026. The staff and accommodating people really made this hotel shine. The location is recommended, very accessible with that it may be a bit difficult to call a Grab but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Can be very crowded. The two rooms we stayed in were quiet, with the reasonable amount of other guests being noisy. It’s a hotel, can’t expect much out of other guests. The reason for a four out of five stars would be the inconsistent cleanliness of the rooms. Floors would not be routinely cleaned and would be very dusty or dirty. The shower nozzles were not held into the shower walls very well. They would occasionally pop out. The staff would accommodate to holding our luggage during our Ha Lang Bay tour which was very considerate and helpful. There would be some reservations to not book a stay here again but this is the only hotel I have stayed in during my visit of Hanoi. Could there be better hotels? Maybe, maybe not. Overall I was pleased with my stay and the price I paid and accommodations I received were overall good.

This hotel is outstanding! The service is excellent - Chester and Ken went above and beyond to personalize my experience, and each of the guys greeting in the lobby were so kind and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread is huge with an amazing view from above, and location couldn’t be better in the old quarter. And the rooftop is gorgeous, especially at night, with the restaurant serving great food by candlelight with an amazing skyline - plus a beautiful tea service. Feels very elegant with a classic style. Definitely stay here.

I was very happy to have landed at the Tirant Hotel. It's in a perfect location in the Old Quarter - lots of tourists but many more locals living their lives. Noisy and busy at street-level but get a room a few floors up and you're fine. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. And the Skyline Bar at the top may have the best view in the city.

Love this hotel, we stayed at the family room, spacious and enough for 5 of us with 1 extra bed. The bfast buffet was okay. The location is very close to the night market so it is noisy at night until 10pm. The staffs are very very friendly and caring especially the head of concierge, Chester, he's very passionate of his job. Our flight is late at 11pm and he let us check out late at 1pm. Tirant hotel, highly recommended!

This was such a classy place to stay. All the staff was so kind and helpful, even offering to help us get a Grab. The best part was that we received a room upgrade for free. We were also given special compliments with the room for our anniversary. They even have a rooftop. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon stay in Hanoi. We were here two nights and had an excellent stay! We were greeted upon arrival with friendliness and tea with snacks. The room we were staying in was comfortable and very clean. Also, the hotel was so sweet to decorate the room for our honeymoon. The breakfast was brilliant. It is evident that this hotel is well managed. We would like to mention how kind the staff was to us. Especially, Minh Anh (Chester) was very engaged with guests. He was helpful with guests and was very polite to check in on how our stay was going. The location is very convenient to Old Quarter! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

Chester was the best host. Very kind and attentive with attention to detail. The food was so good and diverse, every day was delightful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service is so efficient. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The location is, however, very busy and loud but because everything is in one place
