There are better phoe places at Budapest... Big portion but the taste is so simple, soy and sriracha can help a bit. Nice side dishes like ginger and garlic.

The food was amazing! Food was delicious, fresh, with a lot of vegetables! :) The Pho with beef was extraordinary. Highly recommend.

Very tasty pho, nice color lots of green vegetables and germ. We ate those with chicken. The normal dose was abundant for us! Their lemonade is also very delicious, full of orange and lemon pieces. The waitress is nice, the toilet is very nice and clean. It is definitely avaible to go!

I recently dined at Hànội Xưa, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a lovely evening. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The menu features a fantastic selection of authentic Vietnamese dishes. I ordered the pho, which was rich and aromatic, with fresh herbs and perfectly cooked noodles. My friend tried the bun cha, and it was just as delicious, with a wonderful balance of flavors. What really stood out was the impeccable service; our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The attention to detail, from the beautifully presented dishes to the charming decor, made our visit truly memorable. Overall, Hànội Xưa is a hidden gem that offers both delightful cuisine and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

The place is nice but for me the food is so-so. I have ordered a garlic beef noodle which had absolutely zero garlic in it. I've tasted my friend's food too but there really was no taste. This food for me is far from a real Asian cuisine. The only thing I liked was the noodle soup. Sorry guys but there are much better Vietnamese noodle shops in the city in my opinion.

I only had one dish (the sweet and sour tofu with jasmine rice) so perhaps I don't have the right to write a review. The food is delicious and the Saigon beer very cold just as it should be. Service is friendly and fast. Value for money superb. The venue is spacious and the air conditioner cooled really well (it was set on 17 degrees celsius) which is rare these days in Budapest restaurants that are out of the crowded touristic center.

This is definitely one of the best Vietnamese I tried in Budapest throughout many many years. For me, the basic beef pho is the comparison point, but all of their dished are great that I tried. So the pho is clean, not over spiced and not over salted/sweetened! This is super important, as some places here in Budapest offer great pho, but because it's just full of sugar and salt, and who know what else... Theirs is clean and feels good to eat! The large portion is super large!! I could hardly finish it alone! Compared to the portion, their prices are completely average as well. Nice clean resto with a proper service, a good lunch or dinner break a bit further away from the center! But definitely worth a visit!

Authentic, delicious Vietnamese cuisine. We had bun with spring rolls, pad thai and fried banana. The staff is friendly, nice atmosphere and good prices.🍌
