I’m a USA buyer. Website was easy to order. Shipment was VERY fast. Ordered on Jan 4th got it on the 10th. Shipper box damaged but contents are good to go.
Purchased some shoes that aren’t sold in the US. I was very skeptical on the fit and size charts but I ordered my normal size and they fit good.
One thing that I see would be a problem is if you had to deal with returns or exchanges. Hanon is strict on how to return items. I have seen other reviews say if the box is damaged, they won’t accept the return. Please check shipping prices from US to UK. I checked and it would cost me 100-200 dollars.
BE VERY SURE THE SHOES WILL FIT! or you will pay up to 200 bucks to ship them back.
I had a good experience with Hanon and I will most likely shop here again.

I would strongly recommend to never use this brand. I returned trainers I bought in perfect condition because they did not fit, (and have picture evidence of this). They denied acceptance of the return because I had sent the return back in the shoe box that it came in, with the address written on it. Their returns information which I read fully, stated nowhere that the box had to be in the same condition otherwise I would have put it in a box: "Please note we will refuse any returns that arrive damaged or are missing any swing tickets, original packaging or any component that was sent originally."
I returned in the original packaging, and the shoes were unworn. Talk about a company that wants to rob people of their money, and has absolutely no idea about customer service. By far the worst ecommerce customer service I've ever received. And it says a lot about the principals and morals of the folks in management when they rob someone of money for something they don't even want. They are a shoe shop so no doubt have 100s of shoe boxes lying around. Atrocious behaviour

Hanon is if not the best shop in Aberdeen for most types of trainer's as they do many collaborations between themselves & other brand names along with getting the very latest debut's that's either coming out or just out.
Plus they sell their own brand names clothing + apparel & cleaning kits for all types of trainer's...

I can’t actually believe the reviews I’m reading 😂 Maybe I get the Scottish treatment but Hanon have never been anything but perfect for me. There’s a pattern of negative comments. They all seem to be from people that don’t know their shoe size or have a hermits idea of logistics.

Worst company ever. Absolutely ridiculous, no help, no comunication, the staff are not able to talk like a normal human being.
They absolutely refusd to exchange a pair of shoes from 44 to 43 saying that the box has been damaged.
I have sent back an empty box from the second pair that I’ve purchased from them and they said that they can not use it.
I mean how mind blowing ridiculous that can be?
Now I have a pair of shoes that I can’t use because their 44 is the size of a 46.
Save your money and buy from a decent company because this is an absolutely joke.

Bought birthday present for son in law before I went abroad asked if he would be able to change if size didn’t fit - yes no problem.
His birthday was 4 weeks ahead. When he contacted shop to change for bigger size the answer was NO too late as had to be done in 2 weeks. Terrible attitude from staff and used to be regular customers. Not now!!!
