I would strongly recommend to never use this brand. I returned trainers I bought in perfect condition because they did not fit, (and have picture evidence of this). They denied acceptance of the return because I had sent the return back in the shoe box that it came in, with the address written on it. Their returns information which I read fully, stated nowhere that the box had to be in the same condition otherwise I would have put it in a box: "Please note we will refuse any returns that arrive damaged or are missing any swing tickets, original packaging or any component that was sent originally."
I returned in the original packaging, and the shoes were unworn. Talk about a company that wants to rob people of their money, and has absolutely no idea about customer service. By far the worst ecommerce customer service I've ever received. And it says a lot about the principals and morals of the folks in management when they rob someone of money for something they don't even want. They are a shoe shop so no doubt have 100s of shoe boxes lying around. Atrocious behaviour
