My dress shipped quickly and what a delight that it fit perfectly and the fabric was so luxurious. Sometimes ordering online can be tricky with fabrics, this was worth it. Mr. Zack reached out for 2 exact measurements which were easily taken and given. The result was a fitted dress and most importantly the low neckline laid flat and was very flattering. I will be ordering an additional material to keep in my wardrobe.

My daughter and I discovered the HANOUT store by chance in Marrakech. We both fell in love with their dresses and purchased one for each of us. We got so many compliments … and have sent friends and families since then to discover that jewel ! I recently ordered one more dress and one blouse on line. The Client Service was amazing! Ordered the dress online and just received it. Great customer journey and super fast delivery (even though the dress was customized and gad to go through customs). Love it!! Added bonus: it’s easily one of the most stylish options for pregnant women out there. Bump friendly and can be worn before, during and after pregnancy. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a dress for my formal wedding. To adres some details I reached out to the manager and got a very quick and friendly reply. The service and help by zack was phenomenal. he also kept me posted for shipment details and production times. The dress fits perfectly and looks like it is online. many thanks!

The best shop in Marrakesh. Fabulous designs and stunning one off outfits. So helpful and accommodating as they made a dress that I liked in 2 days with alterations (I am ++ curvy) and it is the most incredible jaw dropping dress. Thank you and can’t wait to shop more!

Absolutely Awful Experience ❗️ 😡😠 I have paid £60 in carriage costs and have No Dress My dress was not made to measurements provided , in fact every single measurement was incorrect…. When queried my messages were completely ignored, after much chasing they finally agreed I could return dress (at my own expense of £20) but no refund was processed. I chased refund for almost 2 months , at one point was told refund processed, this was clearly a lie as still no money received. It was only when I threatened to claim money back via my credit card that dress was refunded the same day less the delivery and return costs incurred. I requested cost towards carriage but was again continuously ignored and £60 worse off for the experience. Within less then 24 hours of posting this review Hanout finally refunded me the £60 carriage, they then requested that I remove my review which I am not prepared to do as feel it’s important others are aware of my experience . After almost 3 months of efforts I’m glad I’ve now been fully compensated but saddened that the only time any action was taken was on the back of a threat or review…. In response to your response, you have omitted to include your first sentence of the email you sent me which was “Yes! It’s right I only refund the shipping because you wrote what I think is a really unfair and horrid comment!” This action fully reiterates my review which is completely accurate and truly reflective of my experience.

Bought a very beautiful and georgous tailormade dress!! Good Quality, super sympathetic sales woman and a nice little boutique in the northern souks. Very much recommended!!!
