Hanover Court Apartments

A home is a place of harmony and peace. Hanover is a well - maintained complex. The property managers- Ricky and Lillian, the maintenance team, Rudy and Tony go above and beyond the call of duty. They truly care about our living environment, and property upkeep. I love it here and enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. Maintenance issues are quickly handled. A home to come home to, a place where professionals ensure issues are taken care of. That's why I love living here, my happy place.

I lived here for two years, and as a first time apartment owner, this place is great! The area is pretty and quiet, the staff (especially Taylor) are super friendly and super understanding if you forget to pay rent on time, and the apartments are in great condition for their age. My only gripe was that there isn't a washer and dryer hookup within the apartment itself, and the laundromat they had on site had dated and small washers and dryers. Overall not a bad place to live!

Ever since me and my fiancé have lived here, it has been a great experience! The hospitality and respect Taylor, Greg, and the maintenance team has to offer is unmatched! Repairs and maintenance are done promptly with kindness, and they keep the property well maintained! You also can’t beat the price for all what’s included in living in a good, calm apartment complex! I wish we didn’t have to move but Uncle Sam’s new job calls for me to relocate to the coast! Nevertheless, you can’t go wrong with living at Hanover Court under the care of Greg and Taylor!

Anyone reading any bad reviews 3 years or older, they are not relevant. I lived there for the past 3 years and have never had any issues. Greg and Taylor are wonderful, along with the maintenance staff. I remember I had an issue with my air on a Sunday and I hated to bother them. When I called he was so nice and understanding. He updated me on everything he was doing and stayed to make sure it was working. It was extremely hot outside that day so I am sure he was not wanting to be doing that on a Sunday, but he never complained and was so kind to us. The apartments are older but they are very well maintained, and they continue to try to make updates to them. It is a peaceful place to live. In my opinion, it is the best apartment complex in Asheboro! The only reason I moved was because I found a house close to my family. Hope this review is helpful to someone out there looking for a place! Choose Hanover Court! You won't regret it! :)

Best management company I've ever experienced! When I've reached out this week for two difference maintenance issues, the office was quick to take care of both issues. I love Lillian's professionalism and customer service. I am only moving out to be closer to my job but I wish I could take them with me!! Huge thanks to you all!

The grounds are lovely. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Lilly was very helpful and kind. I feel quite happy about my son living and going to school in the area. Thank you Lilly for being awesome!

I used to live at Hanover Court and I loved it there. I had to move out of town for a job, or I would have stayed for a lot longer. I thought the maintenance guys were always really nice, and they always came to fix stuff really fast. The people in the office are really friendly too and were always willing to help! I would definitely recommend living at hanover court...

Most of the apartments are run down, falling apart, cockroach infested and the rent goes up every year. You can find a lot better rentals for less money. With no real value. Not children friendly, my grandchildren got in trouble for drawing on the sidewalk with chalk. That's messed up. I would not recommend Hanover court to anyone.

Lady in the front office was rude and short with me when asking her basic questions about the apartment complex. Smelt like old cigarettes in the office and gave me a pamphlet on what the apartments look like instead of showing me one. Office looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online.
