This is not an ordinary burger bar - a really great array of burgers, bowls and extras. Amazing interior decor which adds so much to the experience. The staff were all excellent and were very helpful. The bar chef was top notch and was getting the drink orders processed very quickly so there was no waiting. The food and drink presentation was great.

Hans im Glück = everybody im Glück Always like a fairytale when you visit a Hans im Glück restaurant. You are literally in a birchtree forrest! Burgers are always delicious, and at every new visit I try a new burger. This time, because of Veganuary - a vegan burger. Like crispy chicken - it was delicious! My 2 coworkers where also very happy with their burgers. And I had a fantastic Mango - Mint Drink, very delicious!

The food was good and it arrived quickly. However, a couple of things were a bit strange and unexpected. We were asked to share a table with another couple we didn’t know, and after we paid the bill, the waitress asked me and my companion for a tip. I was visiting for a couple of days and I'm not familiar with the local culture; perhaps that is the norm, but I found it uncomfortable.

Absolutely great environment situated in an old building. Food was equally good! They have great vegan AND vegetarian options. Definitely try the sour dough buns.. we ordered the truffle chicken option and the spinach patty with the 3 pepper sauce.. both were great! Drinks were good too!

They had an offer of 9,90 for a handful of fries and a burger of your choice, which we thought to be a pretty good deal, since the cheapest hamburger by itself costs 10,50. I ordered my personal favorite, the Kraftherzig, which comes with blue cheese and bacon (it could have used more blue cheese since they put just a tiny bit that time). We went on my birthday and they gave me a brownie with ice cream free of charge. Overall good service.

Interior was really nice and the place felt cozy. Service was good. There should be a menu in English. Unfortunately just one of our friends would speak German, so we were all asking him for ordering. The cocktails were nice but the food was not as expected. Quality was mediocre and taste too.

It was really exciting walking in and seeing all the trees inside the dining area. It gave a magical forest vibe. We didn't have a reservation but didn't have to wait too long before getting seats in the upstairs area. We initially got German menus but the waiter exchanged them when we asked. The menu had a huge selection of burgers with different types of meats as well as a large selection of vegetarian and vegan ones. They also had meal (evening or lunch) which has sides and drinks attached to it. It costs burger price + extra, we only read extra cost and were surprised at the cheque at the end. The burgers were quite nice, fairly small but tasty. Having the sides were good. The fries were nice and crispy. The drinks (of which there was also a large selection) was also quite nice. They were quite busy and the bit we were in wasn't at the time so it was hard to get someone to order. We also came in with a pram but had to leave it in the atrium due to the lack of space in the dining area. I also found the music a bit loud so it was hard to maintain a conversation. It was almost club like. Overall it was quite a nice dinner. We didn't know it was a chain until we saw one in Nuremberg, including the internal forest.

After a long day out we didn't want to travel far for food and were lucky enough to have this place across the street from our hotel. The place inside is pretty cool and the staff were great too. The food and cocktails were amazing with great meat, veggie and vegan options. It's the kind of place you can come to over and over again and always have a different combination. Extra points given for actually having vegan dessert options too.
