"The Hansar is the perfect blend of urban sophistication with green style. The elegant, neutral-toned decor is set off by walls of ferns and vines; the sleek, long infinity pool is bordered by fragrant plumeria trees; and many rooms enjoy a view of Lumphini Park, Bangkok ’s biggest green space. These things make the hotel feel like a breath of fresh air, even though it's smack in the middle of the city's action. While the Hansar is housed in its own metal-and-glass skyscraper and is fairly large, it has a calming style and naturally lit spaces that lend a small and almost boutique feel. The building is built to maximize both energy efficiency and cooling breezes, making it easu to sleep in the plush beds at night, and the hotel’s many plants even sponge away some of Bangkok's exhaust fumes."

Hansar Hotel Bangkok (Bangkok, Central Thailand) 7 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Luxury hotel designers in southeast Asia have a thing for imposing towers. From a basic architectural standpoint, Hansar Hotel Bangkok is no different, looming over a tony section of Rajdamri Road. But taking into account the comparatively low-slung glass-and-steel frontispiece, it’s clear that Hansar Hotel has a different mission than simply being grand for grandeur’s sake. The entrance sets the tone, with a pair of oversized glass doors leading to a high-ceilinged lobby where sparkling clean lines are softened by plenty of rich wood and a vibrant tapestry." - Tablet Hotels

My partner and I stayed in two different rooms for five nights at the Hansar Bangkok Hotel. Even though the size of the room and amenities are fairly similar, we enjoyed the Luxury Suite more than the Edge Suite. The breakfast buffet provided in the morning was decent and satisfactory. We highly recommend having a massage on the 8th floor. We were quite surprised by how skilled the masseuses were, who gave us one of the best massages we had during our travel. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Hansar Bangkok. We will definitely plan to return in the future!

My stay at the Hansar Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are large, super clean, and incredibly well-equipped. Most impressively, they are miraculously quiet—a first in my three decades of traveling to Bangkok. The superb, polite staff and the fantastic breakfast buffet on the 19th floor with its own excellent team make this a top-tier choice

They don't make hotels like this anymore - done with love and desire to offer amazing experience. Large and beautifully designed time with silk panelled walls, hardwood floors and rich, expensive carpets, excellent lighting, amazing sleep experience. The bathrooms create custom made double sinks and baths for two, rain showers and more. Even in Bangkok where all major brands have hotels, you will not find a place like Hansar.

I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt or Hotel Indigo when I’m in this part of Bangkok, but this was my first time staying here and the level is clearly above both. The decor is stylish and the suites are absolutely perfect. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the spacious desk, the large comfortable sofa with a nice coffee table and TV, and the beautiful bedroom with a top-notch bathroom. The shower pressure was impressively strong, which is quite rare in Thailand. The staff were incredibly attentive. I didn’t have time to try the breakfast, but I ordered room service and it was delivered in under 15 minutes. Fast, professional and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back with great pleasure.

We stayed at this hotel twice recently. Our first room was a luxury suite. It was great value, dark and quiet at night and very comfortable. Linens great and comfortable bed. Reasonable choices at breakfast and a magnificent view over the close by sports club. Close to lumphini park for a morning walk and shopping at Central and a BTS steps away from the lobby. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and were very happy with the service, and the food. We used the bar next to the pool which was a delight and the spa for a great massage at reasonable cost. Our second visit for 3 nights in an urban suite as a different story! The air conditioning required servicing twice, the tv required a technician 6 times and still did not work. The loo seat was broken. The bed was hard , the unit was noisy and light overnight from a skywall in the lounge and another in the bathroom. One bedroom light was strobing like a disco. While the staff were incredibly responsive to our requests for assistance, we remain confused as to why these basic issues were not checked prior to check in, and why, when unable to be fixed, that we were not put into a room with all working parts! BKK is such an exciting city with literally 1000's of options nearby for a similar price. Ours is only one experience but we write this to assist others. Our experience was Chalk and cheese!

One of the restaurant female staff (breakfast area) provided super poor service. We chose Hansar because of the large room size and the comfortable, relaxing decor, which I found very pleasant. However, our stay was negatively impacted by a waitress named Bhoom who displayed an arrogant and indifferent attitude. She seemed unwilling to do the work, acted like if she's the big boss of this hotel. She repeatedly walked past our table, there were three empty plates already stacked on the table, but she just simply ignored them. (Same situation with another guest's table as well.) Out of respect, I assumed she might be having a difficult day, so we didnt ask her to come over and take away those empty plates. However, her service attitude truly affects the hotel's guest experience and reputation. We hope your hotel will take this matter seriously.

We had a wonderful experience at Hansar, Bangkok. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, with housekeeping that was prompt and meticulous. Breakfast was superb, offering excellent healthy options; while the buffet was smaller than some other hotels, it was more than adequate, fresh, and satisfying. The food was well prepared, the coffee was excellent, and the service was truly par excellence. Overall, a memorable and highly recommended stay.

Very bad experience, the rooms are over used and old, the bathrooms are dirty, old and broken floor, I stayed just for 1 night and couldn't wait to leave. The worse experience, what they show u on the website and the agency app is totally different, and also they didn't agree to refund us the remaining amount as their policy is non refundable. Although the hotel was a mess and not up to standard. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who want a nice and clean place
