"The Hansar is the perfect blend of urban sophistication with green style. The elegant, neutral-toned decor is set off by walls of ferns and vines; the sleek, long infinity pool is bordered by fragrant plumeria trees; and many rooms enjoy a view of Lumphini Park, Bangkok ’s biggest green space. These things make the hotel feel like a breath of fresh air, even though it's smack in the middle of the city's action. While the Hansar is housed in its own metal-and-glass skyscraper and is fairly large, it has a calming style and naturally lit spaces that lend a small and almost boutique feel. The building is built to maximize both energy efficiency and cooling breezes, making it easu to sleep in the plush beds at night, and the hotel’s many plants even sponge away some of Bangkok's exhaust fumes."

Hansar Hotel Bangkok (Bangkok, Central Thailand) 7 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Luxury hotel designers in southeast Asia have a thing for imposing towers. From a basic architectural standpoint, Hansar Hotel Bangkok is no different, looming over a tony section of Rajdamri Road. But taking into account the comparatively low-slung glass-and-steel frontispiece, it’s clear that Hansar Hotel has a different mission than simply being grand for grandeur’s sake. The entrance sets the tone, with a pair of oversized glass doors leading to a high-ceilinged lobby where sparkling clean lines are softened by plenty of rich wood and a vibrant tapestry." - Tablet Hotels

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Hansar Hotel Bangkok. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable — easily one of the best sleeps I’ve had in Bangkok. Facilities are top-notch, especially the gym with high-quality Hammer Strength equipment. The spa area is large and well maintained, with both a steam room and sauna, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were professional and accommodating. They were flexible with early check-in and late checkout (subject to availability), just make sure to inform them in advance. Overall, great service, great facilities, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Stayed 6 nights and while rooms are a little older the hotel is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the pillow menu was a nice and appreciated touch. Th staff are wonderful, location is perfect and close to malls within walking distance and the BTS is just around the corner. Our only negative is that the pool water is very cold in January and prevented us from using it more but this is just a detail. However this hotel still gets 5 stars across the board.

Room is huge , clean , lovely design. Toilet is HUGE. There's 2 basin, a bath tub, glass door. Aircon is insanely cold. Staff are friendly , cleaner lady is very polite. Room is well kept, cleaninless is excellent. There's 2 TV with YouTube & Netflix. Massage was really awesome. Very professional & I had a great massage (aromatherapy & another was Thaiassage) go for the Thai massage. Definitely will come back again

Well… a lot to unpack. I chose this hotel for the big rooms, and being somewhere quit but close to everything. First of all, the staff was lovely, well most of them. This was deemed as 5 stars, and trust me. I know fully well was should be in a 5 stars hotel, and the most important is the staff and service. Most of them are lovely people and service is fine. But nothing that felt like “wow! Thanks!” There was even one time, where I just walked from Centralworld with a bunch of bags! Like both hands full with a least 3-4 bags each, but no one was open the hotel main door for me, he was right at the outside desk and looking down on his phone. That’s not was expecting of them as “5” starts. The same at the pool area. The pool was lovely, but no ones came to give me a towel or putting it in the chair, not even a welcome, and he was sitting behind the desk with towers of towels. The room was. Outdated, old and NOT even on same standard as a 4 stars. The room was big! But is so noticeable even without trying to look at it, that nothing in that room have seeing a change of any hints of renovations since they first opened the hotel. The bathroom is the place most wear down. The tv is like 30” but you’re sitting 3-5 meters away. And the aircon was noisy, and even made every clothes you have and the bed moist. Like the bed was sooo moist, it was uncomfortable. But at least the bed was soft (very soft) I can see why the hotel used to be a 5 stars the first 1 or 2 years, but now? Is quite sad. With just a little renovation, and more training of the staffs, it could easily become and feel like a 5 stars again. I will say it more like a low end of 4 stars.

I visited Hansar Bangkok with my fiancé and our stay here was truly extraordinary. The level of hospitality exceeded all expectations - every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The rooms and facilities were top-notch, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire stay. A special mention goes to the Italian Osteria restaurant: the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of authentic flavor. Dining there was a highlight of the trip. Overall, Hansar Bangkok delivered an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would happily return.

Dear Hotel Management,Hello! I checked into room 1508 at your hotel on December 2, 2025. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an issue with insufficient air conditioning. I had set the AC to 18 degrees, but the room temperature remained above 23 degrees, which was very uncomfortable. I immediately contacted maintenance staff who confirmed the AC was set to 18 degrees. However, after nearly an hour, the temperature did not improve.Subsequently, I called your operations department, and they proactively offered to change my room. Trusting their professionalism, I expected a room of the same type. The housekeeping team promptly assisted with moving my luggage. When I arrived at the new room, 1518, at 10:30 PM, the AC had improved, but I noticed the new room was smaller than the original one, which left me dissatisfied and disappointed. The entire process started around 9:00 PM and was not completed until 10:30 PM, leaving me physically and mentally exhausted, and unwilling to pursue the matter further. I hope your hotel will take this matter seriously, improve the air conditioning facilities and communication arrangements to enhance the guest experience.. Sincerely, Eric Lam Check-in Date 2/12 Room Number 1518 General Manager, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the numerous serious maintenance, safety, and service failures during my recent 2-night stay at your hotel, which severely disrupted what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. The combination of these issues completely ruined the experience and is entirely unacceptable for a hotel of your claimed standards. The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned (1508), leaving the space uncomfortably hot, the ac panel of 1816 also not working probably, and the TV connectivity was poor across all channels in EVERY room inspected. Water leaked from the bathroom ceiling (1518), causing a slippery floor that was a clear safety hazard. Although we did not request a room change, the staff proactively informed us that no room change was possible, which made us feel neglected and put at risk since they were fully aware of the slip danger. Despite assurances from an engineer that the leak was fixed, it continued throughout our stay. Additionally, one of the lift access card readers was defective, causing further inconvenience. At the massage center, inaccurate information listed a 10:00 AM opening, but in reality, it opened at 11:00 AM, wasting our time. Furthermore, the receptionist was unprofessional, giving no greeting and focusing instead on her mobile phone, which fell short of any reasonable guest service standard. I request that you conduct a full investigation into these issues . Eric 4/12 I am pleased to inform you that the meeting with Charles on December 4 received a positive outcome, and the matter has been satisfactorily concluded.

My partner and I stayed in two different rooms for five nights at the Hansar Bangkok Hotel. Even though the size of the room and amenities are fairly similar, we enjoyed the Luxury Suite more than the Edge Suite. The breakfast buffet provided in the morning was decent and satisfactory. We highly recommend having a massage on the 8th floor. We were quite surprised by how skilled the masseuses were, who gave us one of the best massages we had during our travel. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Hansar Bangkok. We will definitely plan to return in the future!

We have just enjoyed 4 nights with Hansar and it impresses us not only the hardware but most important, the software - people and service : (1) I had to change my booking with short notice due to the unexpected earthquake in Mar, understanding instead of bargainning, the hotel allowed flexibilities which completely suited my needs; (2) I had just casually mentioned my trip purpose (anniversary) in the email thread but the hotel surprised me by a handwritten card with sweets in the room; (3) in the 1st morning when we arrived the restaurant for breakfast, we were greeted by a big warm smile guy (my bad to forget his name) and led to a quiet table beside the balcony. In the next morning (and also the remaining!) he could remember and led us to our desired table (don't know how he could remember us, so impressive!) Though it's already my 3rd stay with Hansar (in a year, ha!) It's strictly still my must-stay in coming BKK trips :) I highly recommend Hansar to those who is expecting for heartful service. Note : my special thanks to Pimchan of Reservation Dept; also, the big warm smile guy of the Rooftop restaurant :)
