Hanselmann's Take Away

We are tourists and just want to try few chocolates in this shop and we saw 100 g 12.9 CHF , we have no problème with the price but one staff looked like doesn’t want to take care of us ( her accent like Italian) She spoke very strong noise and was not happy that we just bought few chocolate. We paid by cash and she throw back the change.

Purchased two ice creams and sat out the front which was mostly empty - was told “you can not sit here, you must move, ice cream is takeaway only”. Not sure if a Central Europe thing - but just really rude, can communicate without being obnoxious. Was looking for somewhere to eat later in the day, but certainly won’t come back

Delicious huge bretzels (January 2026)

Nice place to get Swiss chocolate from, especially if you are visiting the place for the first time.

Good to try bagel?, sausage and pretzel. Just next to information point.

Very very rude waitress on the terrace. The food was very good. It is a shame since the place is great. Please train her.

We used the dine in cafe for coffee and house made pastries/sweets. Staff were excellent, coffee and food too. And value was very reasonable considering they're in the heart of St Moritz.

Delicious chocolate filled donut, & many options.
