Beautiful stay and wonderful experience 🌸 The hotel is truly beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent — delicious with many choices. Everything was clean and well organized, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ajay from the front office, who was very kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm smile and thoughtful service made me feel truly welcome. On my way back, the staff was so kind to give me Diwali sweets as a parting gift — such a sweet and memorable gesture for my very first Deepavali experience in India. 🪔💛 Thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality. I hope to come back again someday

I had an absolutely amazing stay! ✨ The service was outstanding every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety. The location is so peaceful and relaxing, away from all the noise, making it perfect for a calm getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We recently used Hanu Reddy Residences for a family event, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was excellent, the staff was warm and accommodating, and all my guests were treated with great care. The food was also very nice and well-appreciated by everyone. A special mention to Abira, the Operations Manager, who coordinated everything so seamlessly with my team. Thanks to her efforts, the entire event went smoothly without a hitch. Stayed at Hanu Reddy Residency (Poes Garden, Chennai) recently. Sharing a genuine, review:||🔹 Overpriced for what’s offered – Room No. 5 was especially underwhelming in size and value. |🔹 Photos vs Reality – What you see online isn’t what you get. Ambiance mismatch.| 🔹 Breakfast wins – Dosa and filter coffee were exceptional. Truly the highlight. |🔹 Service courtesy – Staff were polite, responsive, and warm. No complaints there.||This isn’t a rant. Just a log for fellow travelers who value ambiance, scale, and rhythm. I have stayed here many times before and always had a good stay. However, on this occasion i was put in room 1. This room appears to adjoin the kitchen along two walls and so i had not only invasive smells but lots voices and cooking sounds (including an industrial extractor fan both in the evenings and, from 7am for breakfast. Also, truly bizarre that the shower had a rail for a shower curtain, but no shower curtain, leaving a very wet bathroom. By all means stay here, but ensure that you avoid room 1!

"Disappointing Experience Despite Clear Requests for Senior Citizens" I booked a room for my parents based on the strong reputation your brand holds in the industry. During the reservation, I clearly mentioned that my parents are senior citizens and specifically requested a comfortable, well-maintained room suitable for their needs. Unfortunately, their experience did not reflect the quality of service I expected. The room began to show signs of water stagnation during their stay. Despite reporting the issue, there was no timely response. I later found out that maintenance staff only arrived when my parents were about to check out, which completely defeats the purpose of reporting the issue in the first place. I chose your property because I trusted your service standards. Regrettably, this incident has made me reconsider my future bookings with your brand, especially when traveling with family. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving responsiveness and guest care - especially for elderly guests who require extra attention.

Excellent place to stay. Really a home away from home. Front office Mr.Ajay Kumar guidance was very good and need a mention. Definitely try this place.

From me and my mom, I would like to thank Mam Abira Deb (Operations Manager) for her kind support. (Though we didn’t talk much during our stay, Mam Abira was always warm with her smile, and while checking out she spoke so kindly, which I truly appreciated. Looking forward to having a great conversation during my next stay, Mam!) The hospitality here deserves a full five-star rating! The receptionists were warm and welcoming — special thanks to Sir Koushik, who booked the room for us, and Sir Ajay. All the other receptionists were also so nice to us, though I couldn’t mention their names as I didn’t know them individually but all of them deserves a special mention.The food was great and the entire place was super hygienic and neat. The room service was quick and efficient, and the kitchen staff served with great care. A special mention to Sir Ajay, Sir Ashok, and Sir Kishore for their exceptional service and friendliness. Our stay was truly comfortable and memorable, and I would gladly recommend Hanu reddy Residency to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
