Best service I've ever experienced! Everybody of the team is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the location is really good for trips to the city centre. Despite the centred location it's absolutely not noisy. It's located somewhere between the railway station and the airport therefore good for transit to other locations. The rooms are good for the price but nothing special. But you will find a properly closed shower (normal shower for foreigners) in the bathroom that isn't standard in India. We stayed there as part of a yoga group. So the hotel is prepared for group stays. Good rooftop yoga sessions!

Literally i got scammed by the review given... Only the location is Good ( Poes Garden ) no noise at all. But the room we got was not worth of money at all... Smelly... So dusty ... Water boiler rusted.. ( they changed after we complained) bath room with lizards shit 😣 .. Water stuck goes so slow.... I did requested to change for the room but they said can't as its full. Its kind of low budget room with high charges. Front desk not friendly... The house keeping and restaurant boys was extremely good... Kindly improve your service. Checking out with disappointment.

Perfect place to visit the city 👌🏽 the staff was very kind and polite - only problem we had with the check-out at 06:30 am - there was nobody around although they said in the evening before we can checkout at 06:30. But that was the only complainment we had. Good job and thank you for a beautiful time in Chennai.

Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels. Good breakfast buffet and service. However, major disappointments were: 1) Front desk staff service who were not professional enough to let me know extra charges of 2000/- for early check-in by 9 am (instead of their standard of 2 pm which is ludicrous for a business hotel), despite my having connected with them on WhatsApp two days prior to my arrival date informing them of my time of arrival. They checked me in and told me about the charges 2 hours later which was not acceptable. 2) Poor housekeeping with the space beneath the bed not having been cleaned for ages. 3) Parking your car inside the premises would be charged even you're a room guest, which is absolutely unbelievable of a hotel of this pedigree. Also, parking space is very limited.

Hanu Reddy staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and good value for money. The location was quiet and getting around was easy via tuk tuk. The room was spacious and well laid out. The only down side was poor WiFi. Thoroughly recommend this place.
