Hapimag Resort Sea Garden, Bodrum

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo stay at Hapimag Sea Garden although this is a family dominant hotel and I went after the peak season, I couldn't find excursions to do but the hotel didn't disappoint! I constantly had things to do and the staff are super friendly. The rooms were well designed, and the bathroom was LUSH. The only downside is how far it is from the city but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that cost 2 euros and takes you straight into town. The resort itself was super beautiful and the nature inspired vibe was so refreshing I felt so calm returning to the UK. The food is the buffet restaurant was also super varied each day and SO YUM I felt I ate very well whilst I was there.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Garden Resort from August 30th to September 13th. We stayed in apartments at the Silent Bay during this time and would like to compliment Hapimag on the well-maintained facilities in all areas! ||We would particularly like to thank the entire water sports team and photographer Ertunc for their truly wonderful, entertaining and child-friendly support. Our two children had several water ski lessons there and loved them a lot. They had a great adventure and always felt safe thanks to the excellent care they received (and so did we). It was a great experience, not least because of the fantastic team and Ertunc's great pictures! ||We would also like to thank Tülen from guest services for her support – she is always friendly and has an open ear for all concerns. Many thanks also to Taifun, the waiter at Muhit Restaurant, for his always prompt and very warm service.||The sea is very clean and pleasant for swimming. The resort is quiet, with no disturbing noise from entertainment or similar activities. ||Bodrum itself and nearby restaurants are easily accessible by public bus.||To mention also one negative point, it's a shame that, as in many places, the sun loungers are reserved early in the morning and then remain empty for a long time.

We have been coming to this resort for the last 12 years and we have been very pleased with the service , rooms and activities available in the area. The restaurants are very varied in terms of food and quality is in most cases top notch. The staff is most helpful and friendly. Rules that protect the beach have kept the sea very blue and with lots of ocean life and many water sports are available with friendly instructors and many types of sailing windsurf is available. The staff there is also very friendly and are most helpful with kids

Second time booking with on the beach and going to Hapimag. After our last experience we were excited to come back. It’s not a cheap holiday, so it’s our little bit of luxury. Unfortunately it’s not been the best experience. Hotel is closing on the 25th so our holiday was moved over to the timeshare site. This site is very outdated, the reception staff and hotels liaison officer was very rude. We have 2 Adults and a 14 year old 5:9 boy. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at our room to be meet with a double bed. Where does our son sleep. I was told thats what they are offering shocking. Had to make a bed up on the sofa. Should be a comfortable week. Not!!! I would never stay here again the rudeness of the staff and the timeshare properties is down right disgusting.

We stayed in a refurbished room, it was good. The nature is beautiful. Pool coffee place is good. That’s everything good about it. We’re never coming back. Bad; - Half of the staff are young summer interns, they don’t have ability to solve a problem. - Most of the time there is only one overworked (rude) beach bar staff, with long queues. Cocktails are really bad, alcohol brands are unknown random brands. - not enough sunbeds. If you sit near the trees, chickens may jump on you. - not enough restaurant tables, it’s very hot there. - food hygiene is debatable, with food stains on plates and serving tongs mixed with random food stains. - after the checkout you’re on your own, if you wanna take a shower at the spa, they don’t let you in. You need to travel with salty hair. The manager seems like a reasonable respectful person, probably he doesn’t have budget to fix those.

Sea Garden has always been the perfect vacation destination for me. The resort's location and natural beauty are magnificent. Furthermore, its well-maintained and comfortable design, the attention to every need, and the helpfulness of the staff have remained unchanged over the years.

We looooved every single day in this resort. The location is amazing and the sea crystal clear. We really enjoyed the beach bar and the staff was so friendly and welcoming, they were always there for helping us without any hesitation!

You get the expected standard of Hapimag + efficient, friendly, professional managers. There is not much to complain. The resort being 31 years old needs some upgrades and renovation (especially in the apartments), which probably will come soon.
