Hapimag Resort Sea Garden, Bodrum

We had a wonderful time at Sea Garden Resort from August 30th to September 13th. We stayed in apartments at the Silent Bay during this time and would like to compliment Hapimag on the well-maintained facilities in all areas! ||We would particularly like to thank the entire water sports team and photographer Ertunc for their truly wonderful, entertaining and child-friendly support. Our two children had several water ski lessons there and loved them a lot. They had a great adventure and always felt safe thanks to the excellent care they received (and so did we). It was a great experience, not least because of the fantastic team and Ertunc's great pictures! ||We would also like to thank Tülen from guest services for her support – she is always friendly and has an open ear for all concerns. Many thanks also to Taifun, the waiter at Muhit Restaurant, for his always prompt and very warm service.||The sea is very clean and pleasant for swimming. The resort is quiet, with no disturbing noise from entertainment or similar activities. ||Bodrum itself and nearby restaurants are easily accessible by public bus.||To mention also one negative point, it's a shame that, as in many places, the sun loungers are reserved early in the morning and then remain empty for a long time.

We had a delightful holiday at this beautiful resort. The beach and sea were incredibly beautiful. The paths were constantly sprayed and the plants were maintained, and they were extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening events made for a pleasant time. It's especially ideal for families with children. The Kids Club and interactive stage shows keep them entertained. The rooms are of average quality. I would have preferred a larger refrigerator and an oven or microwave. You wouldn't want to use the pool much with such a beautiful sea, but the pool area could have been better organized.||The guest profile was quite good, and we were pleased with the relationships we established.||Overall, we had a pleasant experience and were sorry to leave when our stay ended, but I would like to say that the resort prices should have been lower.

This was our first time in Turkey, and I can honestly say that Hapimag made us fall in love with it! The hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for, and more. The sound of crickets, the smell of pine trees l, the clear sea water, spacious and clean rooms, the food and the smiling staff... You simply can't leave this place without the feeling of tranquility and joy. Hapimag was ideal for us because it's not the standard Turkey huge all inclusive hotel, with amusement parks (that said, it is great if you don't want major group of kids screaming around - and I say this as a mother of a two year old). Its area is grand, but not too big, so it gives you the feeling of intimacy. The food was out of this world. There has not been a single thing we tasted that we haven't liked. I could go on and on, but I will conclude with giving major props to all staff, especially to the following people (I hope I haven't misspelled anyones name): Ozge, Saray, Murat, Erdim the driver (he could drive our daugther up and down the road for days if she asked for that), Sukru, Eze and Cihan. We have been coming to this resort for the last 12 years and we have been very pleased with the service , rooms and activities available in the area. The restaurants are very varied in terms of food and quality is in most cases top notch. The staff is most helpful and friendly. Rules that protect the beach have kept the sea very blue and with lots of ocean life and many water sports are available with friendly instructors and many types of sailing windsurf is available. The staff there is also very friendly and are most helpful with kids

We stayed in a refurbished room, it was good. The nature is beautiful. Pool coffee place is good. That’s everything good about it. We’re never coming back. Bad; - Half of the staff are young summer interns, they don’t have ability to solve a problem. - Most of the time there is only one overworked (rude) beach bar staff, with long queues. Cocktails are really bad, alcohol brands are unknown random brands. - not enough sunbeds. If you sit near the trees, chickens may jump on you. - not enough restaurant tables, it’s very hot there. - food hygiene is debatable, with food stains on plates and serving tongs mixed with random food stains. - after the checkout you’re on your own, if you wanna take a shower at the spa, they don’t let you in. You need to travel with salty hair. The manager seems like a reasonable respectful person, probably he doesn’t have budget to fix those.

WOW! This is really amazing! I cannot describe feeling when I come here. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful! The scents of nature and pine trees are truly amazing. The food is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The only downside is that their English is quite limited, but their warm smiles make up for it! Everything else is just perfect!

We had a very pleasant vacation. We only stayed for 6 nights but we enjoyed them. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is amazing, nothing more one could ask for. Highly recommended and will definitely be comming back.

Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing from the very beginning. The service left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I had to wait 1.5 hours for my luggage to be delivered to the room. Eventually, I went and brought it up myself because no one seemed to care. Early in the morning, it’s impossible to get a cup of coffee in the main lobby. The person at the reception had to call someone to come in "10–20 minutes" just to operate the coffee area. You also can't get beach towels before 9 a.m., which is quite inconvenient. But the worst part of our stay was the attitude of the staff towards local Turkish guests. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes them over other visitors. Many Turkish guests would simply walk past the line, say something in their language, and immediately get served – while everyone else was left waiting in line like fools. There was one particular incident with a bartender named Ayca. I asked her to make me a coffee in the lobby bar and then sat down to wait. She never brought it. Later I was told it was “self-service,” although I clearly saw her bringing drinks to Turkish guests just before I ordered. This kind of selective treatment is completely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. I would not recommend it and certainly won’t be returning.
