Hapimag Resort Sea Garden, Bodrum

The accomodation is huge, but very much respecting each privacy. Staff is well trained and warm. In the resort is the Laguna restaurant, which is on a spectacular site: the sea in front of you, the garden sofisticated alluminated. A menu, which gives you a lot of choices prepared by chef de cuisine, his brigade and served by a well trained staff of people well operating and doing their job very efficiently and guided by the hospitality of these area. Management is in control and developing the total level to a extremely high level. They deserve all compliments!

Arrived just a phew days before the 30 anniversary and we enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere as it written: Inspired by nature. A delightful landscape filled with pine and a lot of various nature. Shuttles work around the clock to ease the access during the day just fine, the restaurant has an elegant design with great taste in food recipes and choices, the central court (Mini Bodrum and stage) is a pleasant meeting place for both sides of the complex, the large green grass space from Sea Garden is much appreciated instead of a big swimming pool, the diving team near the pool are a great choice if you'd like to take full advantage of the clear and dreamy water and for safety reasons the complex is full of hidrants and water cannons. The beach bar is an inviting lounge place until late at night and during the day with some great music to enjoy your holiday and the best place to enjoy your morning coffee is the coffee place near the kids pool (turkish coffee included). If you don't want to miss your gym workout you can rely on the small but efficient fitness place were you can find fresh towels and plenty of water. For a full relaxing day we enjoyed the pontoon sun beds, second row. The first ones are bathed in sun afternoon. The room, block number 1, ground floor, was spot on with no unwanted visitors crawling in the night. The 30 anniversary was a fantastic moment with a great vibe and nice music but placed in the wrong place for my taste (on the village beach instead of the main court Mini Bodrum).||Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we are looking forward to taste and experience again the Hapimag services.

its a little risky returning to a place you loved a second time.....but I worried unnecessarily. Hapimag Sea Garden continues to be a beautiful welcoming place with a fleet of young charming staff intent on making your stay as pleasant as possible. The Grounds and public areas are immaculately kept and the room is very clean with a really good bed. The food, always served buffet style, is so fresh and free from over processing that it is a delight to see what the chefs have conjured up each day..this is rapidly becoming one of my favourite happy places. One young restaurant waitress, Yildiz, is so considerate and determined that I should have everything I need that I miss her when she is having a day off. Whoever is responsible for the hiring and training of customer facing staff is making all the right moves. The pool and beach areas are a delight to relax at and two bars servicing them are seriously good. Looking forward to the rest of our holiday, knowing we are in competent hands.

Very nice and calm hotel. The best garden I have ever seen. The hotel is situated in the forest and you walk through the forest to restaurants and to the beach. There are electric cars that drive you up and down the hill. Hotel is not for older people who have problems with walking up and down the small hills. The beach is nice as well as the sea. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. The pool size is perfect. You have two cafes on the beach, one for coffee and another one for alcohol drinks. The problem is when you want to drink coffee with Baileys. Also the problem with beach bars is that people sit on the chairs all day instead of using sunbeds, so there is no place to sit, maybe management can resolve this problem and explain to people what chairs at bars are for. I travelled with a kid who was 5 years old at the end of august. We had quite big waves and I don't know if it is usual for this hotel and for Bodrum. Air temperature was fine for us, about 34 degrees. We book a sea view room which I recommend, very close to the beach just a few steps, but far from the restaurant. The room was nice, there was enough space in it. There was a small problem with water when you got to shower, but it is usual in hotels, not a big deal. Bed was big enough to sleep 3 of us, and very good. All inclusive is good, food is also good, it could be better but good for this kind of hotel. There are no meals at the beach, so you have to go to a restaurant to eat something for lunch, with kids this can be a small problem. People at the hotel are very polite. The hotel is not close to Bodrum City, more than a 30-minute drive by taxi, but you have a small village in a hotel with some shopping stores. Also, in the village (Bodrum street is name) is a cafe or disco with live music, a little bit far from sea, but also far from rooms, so you can sleep very well without loud music. I will recommend this property for people who need a calm holiday in a forest sea side hotel. Maybe I wrote more about problems in the hotel, but all in all, this was a very nice holiday for me and my family. We will come again so there are many more positive things for us.

It was my second holiday in this hotel and for sure not the last. Rooms are spacious and clean, mini fridge daily restocked. Food is very tasty and plenty to choose from. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Quiet surroundings makes perfect spot for relaxing holidays. Highly recommended

The sea and nature are wonderful. The landscape maintenance and cleanliness of the resort is poor. There is sunbed terror on the beach. It is very bad to have to wake up at 6 in the morning and find a place on the beach where you go to relax. It is not possible to sit on the beach or sleep in your room because of the flies.

I have seen many Hapimag facilities but Hapimag Sea Garden is still a great holiday place. The service provided is very good. The price-quality balance is perfect. I only request that transportation within the facility be done with quieter vehicles.

Our family spent 14 days in Hapimag Resort and it was wonderful. As other reviews say, the resort is quiet and it is its advantage. The sea is beautiful, crystal clear with fishes (no need for shoes to enter the sea), the beach is very nice. We had family room which was big, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, two balconies. And the bathroom cosmetics was awesome, too. I add here information which I missed before arriving to the hotel: I found the hotel on the map searching turkish coast around Bodrum - I wanted hotel which is surrounded by the nature. I could not understand propertly the concept of the resort - the hotel and the village part. And - in the google maps you cannot see clearly where is the hotel and where is the village. The hotel is on the west side(I am attaching photo). The hotel guests have drinks, food and animations all inclusive. You get a free voucher to ala carte restaurant Muhit, other restaurants are not free of charge. Anyway, the buffet style main restaurant Lavanta is very good (also comparing to Muhit). Little bit confusing are the prices in the coctail bar menu- however for the hotel guests is everything free of charge. You can go to the 3 beaches - hotel beach, village beach and silent beach. But I think the hotel beach is the best one. The staff is very polite with good attitude and they are working hard. Do not listen those who are complaining about shuttle service - there is no need to use shuttle bus in the hotel area unless you are disabled, very old or a baby. Sometimes the guests are writing about non-existing problems. I have few issues for the management: please, reply to emails. We wanted to book our holiday directly through the hotel site and it was not possible and nobody answered our emails. We has also some questions regarding hotel, room and nobody answered. Anyway, we risked it and we were completely satisfied:) My last point is ecology - water in plastic bottles, plastic cups for takeaway drinks, changing the towels everyday by room service (with no choice for skipping). And there was no rubbish bin for organics. There is a place for enhancement. I highly recomment Hapimag Resort.
