"Enjoying a central location in the heart of historical Brussels, the modern Happy Guesthouse offers guest rooms with free WiFi in a typical townhouse dating from 1902, with an Art Nouveau façade. The Happy Guesthouse was a last-minute selection for a somewhat spontaneous trip to Brussels. I was delighted with my choice! The location was near everything I wanted to see, and it was also only a two-minute walk from a train station. The room was spotlessly clean, and everything felt new. There were many thoughtful touches, including water in glass bottles, Biscoff cookies, coffee/tea, wonderful toiletries. The breakfast (included) was fabulous — I’ll always remember that French toast! Well done, HG Team!

Fabulous central location. Good rooms and the breakfasts are really delicious. Sophie is a great host and a fount of knowledge when it comes to the places to visit and restaurants. I'd thoroughly recommend staying there!

I truly enjoyed our visit to HAPPY guesthouse. The location is perfect for visitors to Brussels, the room was so lovely (the 4th floor has a skylight!) and most of all I really appreciated the warm service with breakfast each morning. I will stay here again when I'm next in Brussels, without a doubt.

What a unique experience! Fabulous location closer to Brussels Central train and many sites! Our hosts were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is superb! You have to carry suitcases up steep and narrow steps to your room so if that is difficult for you, reconsider. I thought it made it just all the more unique but others may not. Not a detractor for me, just a fact.

We stayed three nights at the Happy Guesthouse and we had a fantastic time. The accommodation was perfect. The rooms were so clean and well equipped. The shower was great. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, loved the homemade chocolate spread!!! The last morning we had to get an early flight and the staff kindly left us breakfast which was very much appreciated. The guesthouse is close to Brussel-Centraal station, great restaurants and very central. Ideal for exploring the city. Sophie and team were excellent, they gave us some great recommendations. We loved it, definitely highly recommended.

We were very lucky to stay in one of only 4 rooms at Happy guesthouse. Everything was great about this place: great location: near the train station and the Grand Place, great room: high-ceiling, super clean and quiet, and comics books were place by the bed, great service: quick response for all our questions, and great breakfast with local ingredients. We would love to stay there again next time we're in Brussels. Highly recommended (for anyone who can climb stairs)!
