Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely great experience staying here. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless — seriously clean, right down to the baseboards! The bathroom was sparkling, and the AC worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. We have zero complaints. The staff was friendly, and the whole place felt very welcoming. It's a smaller hotel, so if you're feeling unsure because of that, don't be — it's clean, quiet, and well cared for. Plus, it's very affordable, which makes it an even better value. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in MANY small town hotels and Inns over the years while working for wildland fire. I cannot say enough good things about Harbicks. |I stayed there two years in a row during wildfire season while working on the Willamette Forest. Currently in another location and another small country Inn I am wishing I was staying with Ken and Robin at their lovely Inn. Fantastic customer service rooms you know are clean and a lovely town and forest to explore.

I've stayed here multiple times and it is consistently kind, accommodating, clean, and flexible as to your plans. If all inns were of this quality, traveling would feel more like staying with family than an anonymous activity. I would also say this is the place to stay if you are cycling in the area. We bring a large group through every year and Kent and Robin are super helpful handling our weird schedules.

We had a wonderful experience. Robin, who checked us in, was so friendly and informative. She gave us critical information about one of our destinations. The coffee in the room was wonderful. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Blue Pool.

Beautiful location. The owners are friendly and easy to talk to. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed . There is also an excellent restaurant across the road.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harbeck's Country Inn with my wife, Trinity. Robin at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, and her recommendation for a local restaurant led to one of the best pastrami sandwiches I've ever had. The inn was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a fun weekend getaway. We even ran into Robin at a local birthday party, adding to the sense of community. Highly recommend this inn for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Yelp
Really kind, friendly and accommodating couple who manage there. The rooms are definitely dated and basic but they had excellent beds, bedding and everything was very clean! To me, those are the things that matter most!

Yelp
This is an old school motel, there is no getting away from that; however, the place is spotless and has obviously been kept up with, renovated, etc The prices are amazing, the owners are friendly, it's quiet, convenient My only issue was no coffee service Others mentioned this and referenced the store across the street but the coffee there is almost undrinkable so don't count on that I would certainly stay here again

Yelp
This review is for the main cottage home down the street, not the inn. My friend booked for one night during Thanksgiving week, and Ken and his wife were nothing but amazing. They answered all our questions and even came out to greet us when we arrived late at night. The cottage is amazing. Ample parking for you and your family. A beautiful pond and deck outside to chill. Inside was even better with the comfy bedrooms and cozy living room. After a day at the hot springs, it was great coming to such an amazing place. We all slept like babies and didn't want to leave in the end. Highly recommended!

Yelp
This place is absolutely incredible, especially given the exceptionally afforadable rates per room. As a spoiled Californian, I tend to be quite picky about rooms that I stay in, including AC, bed comfort, amenities, etc. This place definitely delivers--my only mild complaint is to make sure that the shower doors are working (ours was slightly hard to close) and to provide a hair dryer if possible However, Kent and Robin were VERY accommodating to all of my demands for an extra pillow, towels, hair dryer, glasses/silverware, and Robin even lent me her personal lotion ---can you believe it? The beds were very comfortable to stay in, TV was great, free wifi, great AC I would definitely stay here again

Yelp
From the moment we walked in to the office, we were impressed! Kent was welcoming and such a gentleman! Our rooms (2 couples) were clean and decorated nicely! The price was beyond great! I highly recommend Harbick's Country Inn!

Yelp
Ken and his wife, the proprietors, were extremely friendly and accommodating; leaving us with the impression as a mensch. A couple weeks before our trip; I called to confirm our reservation that I made months earlier and told him that we wouldn't be able to arrive until after 10 pm after a cross-country flight and 3 hours of driving, after check-in hours. He let us in that night without a problem. We had a room in the 2-story motel over the Labor Day weekend. The wall art and carpet were dated but the room had wifi, TV, a mini fridge and bathroom with a stand-up shower. It was very clean and well maintained. Although there's no iron or blow dryer in the room, I asked Ken and his wife and they had one of each for us to borrow, free of charge! Their rates were very fair (less than $100/night) during the Labor Day weekend. They even have wifi; valuable if you don't have cell phone service in the area (I did, but it was very scattered and out of their control, obviously). This is one of those gems that you'd that the . corporate travel industry that you would only be able to isn't taken over a A family-run motel, offering reasonable accommodations, great service, with recommendations in the area. If you want to get away to the McKenzie River area, you've found a great place to stay. Carry on.

Yelp
Not fancy, but comfortable. Trying to leave the area after the eclipse, all the chain hotels had jacked their prices. Pay $300 for a Motel 6? You have to be CRAZY!!! Driving by we saw the 'vacancy' sign and pulled in expecting the same. What we found was VERY friendly place for $75 plus tax. Large room, clean, good pillows. The shower was small but plenty of hot water. No bathtub. We will happily stay here again.

Yelp
Harbick's Country Inn is a charming motel with a rustic wood exterior accented with a splash of color provided by bright flowers in hanging pots. Inside, you'll discover clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. All the rooms have a refrigerator and amenities such as TV/DVD player and free Wi-Fi. DVDs are available to borrow in the lobby. Kitchenettes are also available. Just across the highway you'll find family-style dining at Takoda's Restaurant, and at Harbick's Country Store you can pick up brochures on local attractions, stock up for your adventures, and meet up with your river rafting guide, if that's one of your chosen activities. Enjoy a picnic at the covered picnic table complete with grill. The view outside your window includes a picturesque stand of trees. A short walk takes you to the McKenzie River just across the highway. The staff is friendly and eager to provide guidance for planning your stay.

Yelp
Great family-owned place. Clean inside and out, room nicely appointed, and they even let us use the motel laundry. Only reason not five stars is because we were under the impression it was on the river. The back patio was great, deer came grazing, and it was quiet.

Yelp
Comfortable and clean, the room was warm during our winter stay. Great hospitality during check in. Microwave and fridge in room. Bathroom was in great condition.

Yelp
We stayed in an awesome apartment suite with beautiful king bed, nice single bed and queen hideabed. Full kitchen 1 bedroom, shared bath with living room. 32" LCD flat panel, and great wireless connection. The manager, Kent is super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
what a great place, kind owners, spacious rooms, memory foam mattresses! glad they survived last years fires.

Yelp
The wife on I were on a weekend McMenamin's Passport stamping tour; and one of our bucket list items was a cool hot spring in the area. We opted to stay up in the mountains as opposed to town (Eugene / Springfield), as that's how we roll......Located Harbick's on line, wife called and booked it. Said the gentleman she spoke with was extremely pleasant. So, that was nice. Anyway, pull-up late in the afternoon and what a cool (I will use the term somewhat loosely) mountain lodge! Wonderful service, nice sized rooms, and just an overall comfortable stay, even if it was just for an overnighter. Would definitely stay here again if we pass by this way. Takoda's across the hwy. for dinner; well worth it!

Jane M.

Yelp
The nicest people, clean rooms, most comfortable beds and mountain air, can't ask for more. Maybe just a coffee maker, but the county store is right across the the road so not a big problem. Thank you for the awesome stay.

Yelp
Service was outstanding, Robin took great care of my wife and I, when we got to the room, it was of course a little outdated, it's a country inn---but it was VERY clean and cozy. The bed was one of the most comfortable 'hotel' beds I've slept in. Will return.

Jen B.

Yelp
Great little hotel, we stayed on the second floor and were able to sleep with the window open listening to the frogs that live in the area behind the hotel, the rooms were clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

Bonnie S.

Yelp
We stayed in room 8 which had a patio, microwave, small fridge and jetted tub. It is located across the street from the country store and Takoda restaurant. Rooms are very clean and help is friendly. King bed was comfortable and room decor very nice. There is a gazebo with a nice BBQ grill out for customers to use.

Yelp
enjoyed this place clean, nice people and yes outdated who cares I don't. if I wanted the Hilton I wouldn't of come here. it's the mountains in central oregon and probably paid off. I will stay there again, and again. yes has cable and a flat screen.

Yelp
We stay here every year when we mountain bike down the McKenzie River trail. These guys are always great to us, and this year put us in a house they have when they couldn't fit us. The hotel is a typical crash-and-go. We're usually just there to sleep and shower. The house was clean, old, and charming, and came with wi-fi and wood for the fireplace. All we needed was our wives! 5 stars for the service and friendly personnel.

Yelp
My family had reservations at a campground aug. 5-15th, or so I thought. When we got there I was wrong. It was the 6-16th. So... we have 3 dogs, my parents were in a motorhome, we had a tent trailer. I'm thinking we could get a place in an rv park for the night and we could sleep outside, well... all of our bedding was in the tent trailer which I was not going to open up to get. That left me very upset since this was my mistake. We found Harbicks Inn but I read on their window before I went in, No Pets. So we drove off trying to figure out what to do. It was 100 degrees and everyone was hot and needing a place to stay. We decided to rent an rv spot at Patio Rv Park for my parents and my brother and the 3 doggies, then we went back to Harbicks for my sister, my husband and I and what a great decision that was. They were very accomodating. Their rates were very good, their room with 3 queens wasn't cleaned yet so they gave us 2 rooms instead for the same price. That NEVER happens They even put candy by each bedside. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view out the back windows were beautiful of the forest. It was quiet, and like never before, it was dark. Their blackout shades actually work. So many times I have stayed places, and for me it is usually out of necessity or conveinence and I have never got a good night sleep because it is noisy and to light in the room. Yay Harbicks. I highly recommend Harbicks Country Inn and their restaraunt acroo the street is wonderful as well. Thank you for the stay.
