Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton

We had an unforgettable experience at the Hilton Harbor Club Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the breathtaking Pigeon Point, one of Saint Lucia’s most iconic attractions. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and we were lucky to have a stunning view of the harbor from our 3rd-floor room. Next time, we would opt for a higher floor (5th or 6th) to enjoy an even more spectacular views. ||||The pools were immaculate and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel’s restaurant staff was exceptionally accommodating, particularly when we made special meal requests for our younger child. A huge thank you to the team at Julia’s restaurant, who were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.||||Special thanks to our waiter, Kelvin, who each day welcomed and served us a super friendly and attentive manner, to the delightful hostess Stacy who also remembered our preferences as soon as we walked into the restaurant, and to the wonderful Lady at the Pizza station who made our pizza exactly by our taste, just like our delicious Frisco Pizza Alba at home. Their attention to detail truly made us feel like we were at home. ||Additionally would like to give a big shout out to the hotel Manager Audrey Best-Jacobie who was always with a smile on her face, touring the grounds of the hotel, very welcoming, taking the time to check in with us and ensure everything was perfect.||||We look forward to visiting again and seeing everyone soon, including our special friends Ginger and Curry. ||||Saint Lucia itself is an absolute gem, with its unique attractions, beautiful landscapes, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend the Hilton Harbor Club Hotel to anyone visiting the island—it’s the perfect base for exploring everything this stunning destination has to offer. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place to relax. Rooms are clean and spacious and facilities are more than sufficient. But what stands out in this place is the service from the staff. They are so hard working and super helpful. We were impressed by the service of Stephan, who is the guy that usually works at the towel station by the swimming pool. From the first moment we saw him it was obvious how proud he is of his work, he runs all day along and goes out of his way to satisfy the customers. Nothing is too difficult for him. Real asset to the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. I stayed from Wednesday- Sunday. It was my birthday and I enjoyed staying in Saint Lucia. The hotel employees were very nice. I wish I can remember names because there were a few specific individuals who were very nice and complimented my dress on my birthday. If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and want an older crowd then this is a hotel for you. No parties or events and it’s not adult only. Overall, I will give it a 3/5 because during our breakfast I didn’t feel the waiters were attentive to me. They were often overlooking me. I remembered I requested water and instead gave it to a different party. Also, I asked one of the ladies if they can warm up food for me and she said no they can’t without any reason. Lastly; they were charging our cards everyday without explaining why. We had to go to the front desk and ask what are some of these charges and why wasn’t explained to us. Overall, the front desk employees and hosts of the 6th floor restaurant were the best to me. I wouldn’t come back but thank you.

Review I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Chris and Annalisa greeted us with their friendly faces and complimentary drinks. The hotel’s location at the stunning Rodney Bay Marina offered breathtaking views and easy access to some of the island’s best attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, shout out to Arthur, Tonia and the rest of the team. I felt truly pampered throughout my time there. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity I could need. The bed was comfortable, however the weight of the duvet seemed too heavy for such a hot country but I loved waking up to the view of the marina. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious meals and top-notch service. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the on-site spa was an absolute treat. I also appreciated the vibrant atmosphere and the range of activities available, from sailing to exploring the local culture. Whether you’re looking to relax or be adventurous, Harbor Club offers something for everyone. All in all, my stay at Harbor Club St. Lucia was nothing short of perfect. I can't wait to return and will be recommending this beautiful resort to all my friends and family!

My cousins and I attended afternoon at the Harbour Club Hotel 10/01/2025. We had an amazing time. Our waitress Priscillia (hope I've got the name spelt correct) was amazing from the get go. She made us feel very welcome. She was attentive. I could go on and on. There was a particular sandwich which didn't care for and she took it off the display for us (very thoughtful) we had so much food. All very nice. |All of the staff who passed us by were all very pleasant| Harbour Club keep up the good work. We will be back

We stayed here over NYE and it felt like all the staff cared about was the party. (The party that they charged $300/ticket.) They ran out of towels at the pool and had no solution other than to take the only 2 bath towels out of our room. I waited over 2 hours one day for one pool towel. Lunch would take over an hour to make, they had seating for maybe 50% of the guests so people fought over the chairs. We often didn't have hot water for showers before dinner, we had to ask several times for coffee every morning at breakfast. In general the staff was very nice but did not have any urgency to deliver. Everyone we met at the pool had a few vents as well - and a few even left the hotel early to book another. The hotel was clean and in a decent location but we will not return, especially not during a busy travel week. For the price we paid I expected more.

Amazing customer service! This hotel is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the Caribbean. The friendly manager Marlon was very welcoming at Breakfast and all the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the view is great from the pool deck and bar area.

Harbor Club gave us an outstanding experience! The team was super helpful and they went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed! They provided us with all the amenities! We had a beautiful view of the marina! Gros Islet is a great area to be in for exploring the island with amazing beaches! I recommend a boat tour! Very much worth it!
