Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton

The staff at the hotel were amazing, and genuinely made the holiday. They were all very polite and they were absolutely fantastic with our 1yr old daughter and bent over backwards to make sure we were well looked after.||Special mention should go to the following:||Kwasi - Pool guy. Every day would find more floaties for our daughter to play with. He was excellent and really helped produce the relaxed atmosphere.|Shernicka - waitress. Amazingly friendly, would go out of her way to ensure our daughter was happy at the table and was eating well. Absolutely fabulous and a joy to have her as our waitress.|Nahum & Troy - Barmen. Again excellent, really relaxed and a delight to have around. |Shane & Aliyea- Front Desk. Both excellent any issues no matter how small were sorted immediately, and good advice and knowledge of the local area. Again amazing with our daughter.|Kelvin - server/waiter. Another brilliant staff member nothing was too difficult and was always polite and lovely.|The pool cleaner whose name I didn’t get searched for over 2 hours to retrieve a ladies wedding ring from the bottom of the pool.||The hotel itself is nice and a lovely view of the marina. There are a few local food options close by but not all were open unfortunately and so if you want to go further afield you need to book a taxi.||The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent and the lunch menu of burgers and pizzas were genuinely really good. The beef burger was one of the best I’ve ever had.||The dinner menu again was really good, the only wrinkle on the menu was the Saturday night bbq was not worth the $66 price tag unfortunately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbor Club Hotel in St. Lucia, and I was highly impressed. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Every space from the lobby to the rooms was spotless, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable environment. The customer service was outstanding across the board. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Chris, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us to our room and made sure we were aware of all amenities and much more, his warm attitude, and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience truly stood out. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at the Harbor Club. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Lucia!

Staff was incredibly attentive, the outside pool bar was great. We took a swim up room and it really was a lot of fun. The steak restaurant upstairs had beautiful views and the food was good.The hotel arranged for a tour for us and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Nice hotel and friendly staff and good location. However I would recommend getting your own transfer separate from the one they offer. Paid for a private taxi from the airport to the hotel however even though I paid in full this is not the service I received. I feel as though the taxi driver tries to make money on the side by adding random people. Other than that I loved St Lucia and the staff was very kind to me.

My wife and I stayed at the Harbor Club (Hilton Curio Collection) in Saint Lucia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can confidently say this was the pinnacle of all our Hilton experiences—even surpassing our stays at high-end Conrads and other premium Hilton properties. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every aspect of the stay—from the exquisite food, serene pools, luxurious spa, efficient transportation, to the immaculate housekeeping—was world-class. A special thank you to the phenomenal staff who made our stay unforgettable: Donna Lansiquot at the spa – a true professional who set the tone for relaxation. Candia in housekeeping – kept everything pristine and always greeted us warmly. MacGarvey & Kwasi – who took care of us poolside with great food and drinks. Seriux, Jewell, and Aliyah from concierge – always helpful and thoughtful in planning our experiences. Givane – our amazing waitress at the rooftop restaurant. Darwain, our driver – courteous, punctual, and friendly. We left with full hearts and lasting memories. I highly recommend Harbor Club to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxurious Caribbean experience. Five stars aren't enough!

The staff members at this hotel were incredible - so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived for our wedding. The pool and swim-up bar were amazing, and the staff member who took care of us while we rented out all the cabanas was outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our special day perfect. Beyond the great service and amenities, the overall beauty of the hotel and the whole country is truly 5-star worthy. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We’re currently staying at the Harbour Club Hilton Curio in St. Lucia, and we just couldn’t wait until the end of our trip to write this review – that’s how amazing everything has been so far! From the moment we arrived, we’ve felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The attention to detail and the personal, friendly interactions from the entire team have truly made this a special experience. It’s clear that nothing is ever too much trouble – everyone goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. One of the things we’ve loved most is how present and engaged the management team is, they take the time to stop, chat and make sure everyone is having the best possible time. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference. Breakfast each morning has been absolutely lovely – fresh, delicious, and served with such warmth. We want to give a special shout-out to the fantastic team members who have made our stay unforgettable: Audrey, Kelly, Chris, Viamce, and Nataley – your kindness and care mean so much. And of course, John, your energy, infectious smile, and true Caribbean spirit is truly infectious. We still have a bit more time left, but already we know this has been the perfect stay.
