I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel, despite staying there for quite a long period of time. One of the major issues I faced was with the hotel’s poor security and irresponsible parking management. The hotel management clearly does not take accountability when guests receive parking fines, even though the vehicles are parked in the hotel’s area. Instead of assisting or protecting their customers, they simply dismiss the issue and leave guests to deal with the consequences on their own.
This attitude shows a complete lack of professionalism and concern for the safety, convenience, and well-being of their guests. I find it unacceptable that a hotel which should prioritize customer service would neglect such an important aspect of the guest experience. The lack of responsibility from the staff and management made me feel uncared for and disrespected as a paying customer.
After this bad experience, I have no intention of ever returning to this hotel. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking, as the management’s failure to ensure proper security and accountability can easily ruin what should have been a comfortable stay.
