So awesome! Karin was very nice and friendly and got our orders perfect! It was quick to get our food and so good!!! Also nice atmosphere sitting outside. They have a bar and to-go also. Very good experience, will come back! Thanks Karin!

Food was yummy. Waitress was not the most friendliest Burger was tasty. Fresh fries were nice and crispy curly fries, outdoor seating. They also had live music. Not impressed with our server but the food was great.

Great place to grab some food right by the water! Our food came out very fast and everything was hot. The corn on the cob was very juicy. We devoured our hamburger and tuna burgers

We did not realize the restaurant closed at 8pm. We showed up at 7:58. Patrick told us to go ahead and have a seat. He let the kit hen know there would be 2 more burgers to make. He was wonderful. Patrick was super friendly, very concerned with making sure we got food and fast. We both had the cheese burger and fries and it did not disappoint. One of the best burgers I have had in a while. Seasoned curly fries were perfect. Next trip to Hilton Head we will be back to eat here again!

We biked for 2 hours thought we would grab something for lunch. We were blown away by the food! Fried chicken burger was the best I have ever had. My husband got the jerk mahi-mahi sandwich, he said it was delicious, never had anything like it before. they accommodate my daughter’s burger wrapped in lettuce with her gluten intolerance, she said it was the best burger ever. My son loved their chicken fingers. I thought this might be a pricy tourist trap, boy was I wrong!!! We will be back here again! Highly recommend.

We ate at this restaurant because it was close to the lighthouse. There was no wait to be seated and staff were fairly quick to come give us menus and take drink orders. We found the food to be pretty mediocre (we both got burgers and our child got chicken fingers) but the drinks were good. They were quick to fix the issues with my husband’s burger. It was surprisingly expensive for the quality of the food. Only outside dining and it was shady so it was at least pleasant to sit outside.

Look the food is great. The wait staff is spread a little thin, but that seems to be everywhere right now. As such you wait a bit longer than you should both to be waited on and for delivery of drinks, checking on etc... But the location is unbeatable, they have live music and the food is great. My Mom had a burger and came back the next day for another. I almost always have the blackened Mahi sandwich, which is always good, but today I had the Jerk Chicken Mango salad. The dressing was bright, the greens were fresh and the salad was probably one of the best I have had in quite some time. Given that I have always thought of the place as a sandwich and beer kinda joint, that is really saying something. Will never hesitate to eat here... and beats the PANTS off the adjacent crazy crab!

For what it is, this spot is severely underrated. Truly the workhorse of harbour town - they are always slammed but still find a way to put out solid, consistent food. And the staff is always so pleasant. Great spot that we come back to time and time again.

We went here when we visited Harbor town. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal! Our order included peel and eat shrimp, Tuna salad (my personal favorite), kids chicken tenders and the jerk fish sandwich. We were seated quickly but it took a really long time to order drinks. Food was quick once we ordered. Our server was very rude and made things uncomfortable.

I ordered food to go from this place. I will say it was packed and I was a little confused on what to do. The wait staff were helpful but moved quickly. It was a nice outdoor restaurant. I had a burger and added caramelized onions and bacon. The food was good the burger was fresh. I would come back. The place was wonderful just a little short staffed for the amount of patrons they get.

Our waiter, Karin, was great. He was so responsive despite a busy 4th of July holiday and shared about his home country (Honduras), which was fun to learn about when we asked questions. The views/atmosphere were awesome too!

Fries are the best fries I've ever had in my life. I got the Jerk Chicken Mango Salad which I didn't really care for. The chicken was a little too spicy for me and the lettuce was quite large. Ended up finishing all the fries on everyone else's plates. My family said that the burgers were pretty satisfactory, pretty good. Outdoor seating is very nice. Birds chirping, sun shining. If you're on a time crunch, perfect place to be. Food was made quickly and it was good quality.

Grabbed a quick kid's hot dog that easily filled me up. Most of what I want to pass along is that it's a nice place to catch lunch with your kids. Lots of shade, good prices for being in this exclusive place.

Our server was Patrick. He's super friendly and very attentive. The food was amazing and the service even better. The shrimp po boy, crab legs, jerk chicken sandwich, and fajita po boy were so good.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Absolutely atrocious experience I had this evening. I was babysitting two girls and sat down to get dinner with them waited over 40 minutes and never even got a menu. Went up to staff multiple times and nobody seemed to care to send anybody over to serve us. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled and will never be coming back here nor do I recommend anyone come here. When you're on vacation, you should expect quality service and a staff that cares. None of that was shown tonight. Extremely disappointed and again do not recommend at all!

Food, service & ambiance is spectacular. Our server Dennis is an exceptional server & on it everytime! Would definitely come back again.

Good family option. Meal options are fine and with with a great view. Appreciate folks at Harbourside for their thoughtfulness. For us -- good for takeaway.

The food was decent. We ordered 2 Jerk Chicken Mango Salads and one had about half an inch of vinaigrette in the bottom. It made it a litttlleee too rich to finish. Our waiter was amazing and quick. It was a pleasant location to eat as there was a person singing live music.

Very quick service. Burger was surprisingly good and curly fries were great. I was expecting sub-par food, but for an average American fare restaurant, it was above average. Very kid friendly and we would eat there again if we found ourselves in Harbour town again. Don't expect gourmet, but you might just be surprised!

Our experience was outstanding!! Patrick was the best server we could've asked for! Definitely coming back for him and the beautiful patio! The food was amazing and the drinks were ever better! 15/10

Good food, outstanding views, fun vibe and GREAT service. Dennis was personable and attentive without being overbearing or hovering.

Overall this was a good place for a quick lunch. The onion petal appetizer was the best part, perfectly cooked and the chipotle aioli was so good. The drinks we had (wildberry lemonade, and John Daly) were soooooooo yummy and refreshing. The main entrees were okay, nothing too exciting, if we ever came back here it would be for the drinks and appetizers.

Nice little bar in the harbor. Good drinks. Fast service. Drinks are around $12 average. Worth it to relax and enjoy. Shopping near by and bar food available. While I was here love music was being played. I would recommend this if you are in the area.

Quick spot to grab a bite to eat and a drink. Ambiance is not bad. Lots of really nice boats to look at. Food is ok at best. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly.

Got the crab boil and it was really good for the price. 35 dollars for snow crab, sausage, corn and shrimp is really hard to beat. Service was good as they took us in half an hour before closing time and had the nicest waiters. The ambiance was really nice too they had live music right on the music. Will be back

I have come here twice now. Once with my son and wife for Mother's Day and it was so good we went again last night with my mother in law. It is self seating, live music, plenty of menu options and also a cute bar. We got chili dogs, chicken sandwiches & kids grilled cheese. All were very good. My wife had cocktails which are not pictured and my mother in law and a lobster/shrimp entree that she said was amazing! Service varies. It was a bit better on Mother's Day but we felt a bit ignored last night, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I do recommend trying this place out. Decent price for what you get. There are many small shops around as well as boat tours and dolphins. To get inside you have to go through the main gate and there is a $9 cash charge per car for a pass which is not bad. The only major downfall is lack of parking.

Beautiful scenery, great food but lacking service. My family and I visited this restaurant on a Thursday around 2pm. Greeted nicely at first by our Jamaican waiter (publishing his first name not needed). Took our order when his personality started to change into addressing us like a smart-ass; continued till the end. Fish sandwich was great though.

This is a spot place to eat with families. The location is great. Evenings can be nice with live music.

We love this spot! Always has good live music and the fried pickles are delicious. But what makes it really special is the kind and attentive service -- Annesa was our waitress, and she was so sweet with our young toddler. It made our visit so special!

The reviews for this place almost scared me away but we had a great experience here for early dinner. Super friendly waitress and the food was great. Drinks fantastic and great setting. Would definitely come back!

Service was subpar - Ophelia had quite an attitude and barely cracked a smile/acted annoyed she was there. The food was good but attracted flies like crazy. We've eaten outside in Hilton Head but haven't experienced like that before. Not a long wait for this place although maybe now we see why.

Love this place, Allando and Gavin are the best they always take care of me and their customer service is top notch.

Table reservation is on a first come first serve basis. If you have a "larger" group do not come here. We had our party split up & a few kids so it took a minute for everyone to figure out what they wanted. Our server Dennis came over to our table 2-3 times asking if the party was just going to sit there or order because he was losing money. Food is not the greatest for the prices. The whole experience was a lot more stressful due to our server just trying to get money and go home. Very very disappointed. To top off the nigh... a cockroach was waiting for us when we opened our table umbrella.

Stopped by after checking out the pier and walking around the lighthouse. Nice place to stop for a drink and we scored a high top with a view of the marina, shaded from the sun. I ordered the Dragon Berry Lemonade and my husband ordered a Greyhound. Both were refreshing and just what we needed after walking around in the heat. Good service - the bartender was friendly and attentive. Prices are what you would expect for a touristy place, $9.50 for each of our drinks and the drinks were not large. Would recommend stopping by!

Guitar singers, cold drinks and a burger in an idealistic setting in beautiful Sea Pines Harbour Town. This is one of my favorite informal places to enjoy the view of the harbor, listen to Gregg Russell in the distance and people watch all the vacationers in HHI. Sunsets are also spectacular in Hilton Head, so grab a table before sunset and enjoy the setting!

Worst customer service ever or none really. No hello. No nothing. We ordered another drink and never got it. Just terrible.

Average at best. Hot dog was brown on the outside and pink in middle. Didn't seem right. I didn't eat it. The seafood platter was good. Good drink selection for a marine side small bar.

Fun outdoor spot that's not too pricey! We didn't need a reservation and could just walk in to a good time. There was live music which made it fun and the food was great. I will be returning!

If I could post 0 stars I would. We have been coming to this restaurant for years because it's right outside our hotel, it's outside, it has a view of the harbor, and sometimes there's live music. We arrived tonight around 6:20pm and stood by a table (sign said please seat yourself) for several minutes before realizing no one is as going to bus the table. So we bussed the table. No big deal. Except that none of the 3 workers we talked to to throw away someone else's food gave a darn or said anything to us. About 10 minutes later, a waitress finally came out, she still didn't wipe the table or take the check from the previous customers. Honestly who knows how long that leftover food had been sitting there. I'm not up to date on the health code but I'm sure there's many violations here. Finally the waitress takes our order and then never shows up again until it's time for our check. Except 30 minutes later, still no check. The service has never been great here but this is an absolute joke. The food is average at best, it is overpriced, and the service has gotten worse and worse. We are past Covid. Why is this place getting worse and worse?? Is there even a manager who works here? No the answer is no. Regardless of proximity, I won't be back to this awful place.

Terrible service. There was only 1 open table in the place (self seating), so we sat down. Waited 15 minutes, nobody came to check on us. Stopped a waitress to see if someone would bus the dirty table. She removed the trash, but nobody wiped it down and there was still bits of food left on the table. Left.

A waiter came over to us and insisted we wear our mask OUTSIDE until our drink were served but never took our drink order. Then we sat in the sun for a good ten minutes and waited for the waitress to actually come over to our table. It was very hot out so we order just drinks and apps which she was clearly annoyed by. Food was good service was not great.

This is a delightful outdoor bar in the Harbourtown area. We enjoy glasses of beer and wine and small plates. We had the pimiento cheese plate and French fries. They also have pub style sandwiches and entrees. They usually have live entertainment in late afternoon and late evening. It's fun to watch all the people and boats going by. Service is friendly and prompt. I expect we'll continue to visit here in the future.

We like to stop in here from time to time when we come into Harbortown by boat. On this visit, we came over with friends and had lunch on the patio of the Quarterdeck. After lunch, we checked out a couple of the shops. We were headed back to the boat when we saw Todd Cowart playing out by Harborside so we decided to stop in and have a couple of beverages & listen to Todd. The service was a little slow on this visit but our server was friendly. Not a bad place to relax & enjoy a cold beverage.

Decent food with a nice outside area to enjoy the surroundings. Service was lacking, and not all tables were filled. Other than that, we would return.

Harbourside was good. Enjoyed a griddle burger. Service was reasonably attentive although spread a little thin (thanks to Covid and staffing issues that everyone is experiencing right now). I will say that the drinks are a little watered down, as seems to be typical of resort bars.

Bar food and very busy. It's a bit confusing on how to place a order. Maybe I missed a sign somewhere. They have a takeout window or table side ordering. I ordered from the takeout window because I wasn't clear. I had the double burger. It was overcooked, dry and bland. My wife had the Turkey burger. It was also overcooked, dry and tasteless. Part of the confusion with ordering was trying to stalk for a table since it was very busy so my wife and I divide and conquered. She searched for someone leaving a table while I ordered. Once I got the food and sat down at the table a waitress came over and politely informed us that tables were for people ordering table side only and not take out. We explained the confusion and she said it was okay to remain there to eat. Feeling guilty about her tips since I had already tipped when I ordered at the bar we elected to move to picnic tables and eat freeing up the bar side table for a ordering customer. Food was basic bar food. Not thing to get excited about rather just to curb the lunchtime craving.

Stop by with daughters and wife tonight after our dolphin cruise. Quick service. Great musician. I had the Jerk Fish Sandwich; it was awesome. My daughters who are normally very pick finished their meals. My wife said her burger was equally delicious.

Read the reviews people! Place sucks and way too many options in the area to settle for this garbage. Not only is the food awful, the service blows. Kelli (with the manbun) had the personality of a $3 bill. No manners. Rude. Entitled little prick waiting tables thinks he's going places. Update..... HE's NOT!! Sadly places in Hilton Head like the HH Diner and this dump will always survive because of oblivious tourists who don't do their research. Stay away at all cost no matter how long the waist is anywhere else!

We were a bit nervous to eat here because of the mixed reviews, but we had the loveliest lunch after seeing the lighthouse. We had the friendliest server ever, and our food was delicious. The chilled peel-and-eat shrimp were so good and gigantic, and the burgers, fish sandwich, and fries were cooked perfectly. We had extraordinary customer service, and the whole family left happy. So glad we ended up eating here!

I was pleasantly surprised! We expected mediocre servant food, but this please located by the water had excellent service and tasty food. Prices are elevated as it's a tourist spot, but thats expected. We had a yummy Peel and eat shrimp appetizer with spicy seasoning. A Caesar salad (prepackaged dressing) and crab legs. All were tasty and a lovely outdoor setting with great Covid precautions! Masks by employees who also insisted customers wear masks (thank you).

It started out great! Our server was funny and was attentive. He got nothing wrong. The dragonfruit berry smoothie was great, not strong in the alcohol but good. The size was not worth the ten dollar price tag though. I had the black and blu burger. The fries were so good. Perhaps the best on the island. But the burger made it seem like they used pepper with pepper sauce and sprinkled with pepper. Basically the pepper taste overwhelmed even the blue cheese. I was at 5 stars until the star of the meal, the burger, was subpar. I would give it another chance if given the option, but was not impressed the first time.
