Harbourview House, Bermagui

We had a wonderful stay at the Beare Beach House. The location is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view overlooking the beach and ocean, that we never got tired of! The house itself was very comfortable and clean, with large, spacious bedrooms, a huge comfy couch with plenty of lounging space! We especially enjoyed the pool table and the BBQ on the back deck, enjoying the coastal breeze! Overall, a comfortable, well-kept home in a stunning setting — we would happily stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable, fantastic place to lay our head and rest your bones. The beds were soft and cuddly, lovely tea and coffee machine. Outdoor area for a sneaky BBQ. Stones throw from the rock swimming pool and beautiful sunrise viewing Point. Even though it was on a main road the ambiance was lovely. The rose garden was beautiful and the dogs were a beautiful addition. Price was fantastic. The place was beautifully arranged and clean.

What a crazy amazing town and place to stay. Had such a fantastic experience at Harbourview House, bonus points for allowing our fur baby to stay with us for our summer break. Will definitely be back in the near future. Thanks Katya and the friendly staff at Harbourview House, you made this a memorable stay.

Really just needs to upgrade bed to a king & get better pillows to be a 5 out of 5 stay. Great location & fantastic friendly staff. Ground floor accommodation for easy access. Quite a large room with a very good shower. Kitchenette covers most needs. Hard to fault except for bed and pillow

Harbourview House delivers in location, cleanliness and space. I had the best week’s stay. Best of all is that it is pet friendly. My dog also had a great time meeting the next door neighbors’ dogs. Receptionists are very warm and accommodating. It is just walking distance to the pubs/restaurants/shops. Will definitely book here again when I head down to Bermagui.

Our stay at Harbourview House was devine. The perfect home away from home while staying in Bermgaui. A place you can exhale and feel instantly at ease in. Every aspect exceeded our expectations down to the spare box of toys in the cupboard that our 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed as well as the croquet out the back. You cannot get a better location as it is so central to so many great amenities; a children’s playground across the road; delicious restaurants and bar at the Fisherman’s wharf, ocean pools at your door step and the town centre and beach a short walk away. Katya and the team were perfect hosts and we would recommend Harbourview to anyone visiting Bermagui.

We couldn’t fault our stay at Harbourview House! The rooms were so great. Had all the amenities and were so clean. The beds were super comfy and we had our dog with us and they provided bowls, bedding and also a space for them to go to the toilet. They also didn’t make us uncomfortable with dog rules or anything. We were so relaxed! The staff were so lovely too. It’s in a great spot as well! We will definitely be back!

There is nothing to fault with Harbourview House. This is my 3rd stay in two years and returning again in Feb 2026. Travelling with two Golden Retrievers it's not easy finding accommodation that welcomes the dogs. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly, the premises clean and immaculately presented, plenty of room to relax outside, you wouldn't know you were staying in their specific "dog" rooms; Even though you're on the main road it's very quiet; the Country Club across the road for meals and leash walks for dogs are welcome.
