Excellent service and food This Flagship HARBS does not disappoint Went around HARBS restaurant all over Japan but this has the most cake and food options

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing dining experience. The wait staff came across as arrogant and unwelcoming, which set the tone from the start. On top of that, the restaurant enforces draconian rules, including requiring every person over six years old to order a drink, which felt unreasonable and more about squeezing money from customers than hospitality. The food itself was nondescript and forgettable. The menu advertised a croque monsieur, but what arrived was simply a basic grilled ham and cheese sandwich — misleading at best. To make matters worse, the drinks only arrived toward the end of the meal, leaving us with no time to enjoy them properly. When we were unable to finish almost half of the food, we were not allowed to take it away, despite having paid for it. A more sensible and respectful approach would be to inform customers of any risks and allow them to decide whether they wish to take away the food they have purchased. Overall, the experience felt rigid, transactional, and lacking basic customer care. I would not recommend this place and will certainly not be returning.

I thought it was a good restaurant when I saw a long queue waiting outside the restaurant. Turn out, it was the worst experience in this trip. Can you believe cake was served before the main course? The waitresses even put down the bill. They were all too busy to find out only salad was served. After repeatedly requests,the fried rice with egg finally came. It was without temperature. Obviously it was left behind in the kitchen for some time. When we asked the waitress why, she simply said she would call the chef to talk to us. Enough. We did not want to waste our time further. Because of the long waiting time, the cream inside the cake was melt down. What a shame! Think twice if you want to go!

Located in the Azabudai Hills, this establishment is a new landmark of Tokyo. It is compulsory to order at least one drink per person. The coffee is average, while the cake is a large piece, but I personally found it to be overly creamy. The first few bites were enjoyable, but it became less so as I continued eating. Despite this, the cafe has a pleasant ambiance that is conducive to relaxation.

We were very lucky that we didn’t wait long to get in. The layers cake with fresh fruit was really good. You can taste fresh fruits every single bite, especially with creamy cream. It is finger-licking good. I almost lick on the plate!

Decent afternoon tea atmosphere, attractive decoration, nice cake and attentive service. Waiting time less than 15 minutes. Must go and take a relaxed afternoon with your friends. Must try Mille Crepes, full of fruits at each layer. Yummy ! A cake and a drink not more than ¥2500, really bargain, much cheaper than Angelina in France.

Best HARBS store we’ve ever been to. Service is a lot quicker here and pasta is more expensive by 200yen but tastes much more flavourful. All cakes from HARBS is super delicious and light. We’ve been here a couple times and luckily never had to wait in line. But when we went to the other branches we always queued up.

As usual, the food is good. Pasta is good portion and decent. Cake is always tasty .
