I had such a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe, all thanks to Carenthz! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm personality and professional attitude really made our visit more enjoyable. She checked on us regularly, recommended great menu items, and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s staff like Carenthz who make customers want to come back again. Thank you for the outstanding service – keep up the amazing work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This posting is about the Hard Rock Cafe Penang. We ordered the Messi Chicken Sandwich which was good and so was the pulled lamb Burger. The fish and chips was also delicious. The hot fudge brownie is a must try. That’s the postive side to the visit there . The negative side was the fries that came with all the 3 mains were very salty. We also ordered extra fries which came after we finished our mains and that too was salty. I had to make a complaint about it and they didn’t charge for it. The hot chocolate and ice chocolate drink was horrible, I think whoever made it should make some major changes in the quality of the drinks. I ordered 2 Coke Zero and was given 2 glasses of warm water instead. I had to tell them twice that we ordered Coke Zero and only after that we were given Coke zero more than 1/2 way through our meal. The tea with milk was horrible too and it was a mug of milk with watery tea. We expected a much better quality of food from Hard Rock . We paid good money for substandard food and service. This is the worst Hard Rock Cafe that I’ve been to.

Hard Rock Cafe Penang is a must visit! The energy here is electric, perfectly blending legendary rock history with a chill, coastal vibe. The Ribs was massive and flavourful, and the overall atmosphere makes every meal feel like a special event. A huge shout-out to Haris Mhd Isa for his exceptional hospitality. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, proving that the staff here are just as much "rock stars" as the memorabilia on the walls. Highly recommended for great food and even better service!

My husband and I came here 2nights in a row last weekend since we stayed in Hard Rock Hotel. And it was actually our second time came to the HRC here. We experienced good service while we enjoy the meal and the live performance in the HRC. The band who performed on that 2nights was Superfrenz. The band was so friendly, played well and accepted to all the requested songs. We reserved a table for 2, on both nights. As a Unity Member, we get 1 foc cheese cake as a compliment for booking the table. The main course food is nice but only 1 small comment, we cant order a hot plain water after 10.30pm.

We had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Cafe Penang. The food was awesome and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was excellent, especially from Haris, who went above and beyond to help us with my daughter’s birthday celebration and made it truly special for our family. His friendliness and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Haris and the team, for the great service, amazing food, and a memorable celebration. Highly recommended!

This is actually a review of the restaurant. Ambience is great, service excellent— very friendly, informative, quick. Mr. Haris was especially attentive and helped us rectify an issue with the order. We ordered the strip steak, pulled lamb sandwich, burger, mac & cheese and kids meals. The only dish that was good was the steak, fries and vegetables. Unfortunately, everything else was somewhere between mediocre and not tasty. It is convenient for in house guests and also good that there is a modest discount, but I wouldn’t make the journey to eat here.

Came for the Christmas dinner. Service somewhat could be better. Some were really great i.e Mr Black and Mr Em, the rest of the crew were not bad but could feel a bit undertrained or probably part timers. Lack attentiveness and initiative to clean tables. Food wise was okay, not great but not bad either. Highlight was the medallion made to perfection. Anyhow, wonderful night here nevertheless with the band.
