Hard Rock Cafe Penang

Went here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The place was quite full so reservations are recommended. Food was freshly prepared and delicious, service was fast, and the live band sang beautifully. Will definitely come back again if we’re around Batu Ferringhi.

Excellent dining place in Batu Ferringhi with western cuisine. The service was amazing. However, similar to any western cuisine, the food ingredients were less than unexpected. If you’re looking for a nice dining place in Penang, do not miss this place.

Just a few meters away and you can already spot the iconic Hard Rock Cafe door — a welcoming sight! I’ve been to their KL outlet before, and it’s always top notch, but this visit was another level. As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and assigned a table right by the stage. The ambience was absolutely rocking — vibrant vibes all around, with cool tracks playing that really set the mood for the night. Yes, the food is known to be on the pricier side, but it definitely lives up to the reputation. Tasty, satisfying, and worth it. We had a pleasant time and a truly great experience throughout our visit. A big thank you to Amirul (forgive me if I got the name wrong), the Operations Manager, and his team. You guys did a fantastic job, especially in handling my partner’s gluten-free burger request. The way you managed it was thoughtful and professional — much appreciated! Definitely coming back again soon.

Nice food and service with the standard HRC menu and a couple of local dishes added. There was one error with our starters, I assume the waiter misheard us when we ordered the boneless wings but I stead got the regular wings. They were quick to rectify this and so it didn't spoil our experience. The only disappointment was the somewhat small range of music memorabilia, which I one of the main reasons I enjoy visiting a Hard Rock Cafe. I would have thought being attached to the Hard Rock Hotel that it would have been a bit more substantial.

I have been in multiple Hard rock and this by far the worst I have ever seen. The place packed and over their capacity. Staff are super friendly and trying their best to make it happen. Floor wet all the time , the hotel is dirty and the pool are nasty. I think the management need to see the hard rock standard and learn how to manage to that standard . Again - the staff are amazing and trying their best however with so many people can’t even build reports with their clients.

Excellent service and outstanding care from Logeswaran the burger was top tasty. The food and drinks were spot-on, served promptly, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was the effort Logeswaran put in to ensure everything was perfect he anticipated needs before I even asked and added thoughtful touches that made me feel valued as a guest. 👏 A huge thank you to the whole team for delivering service that goes well beyond expectations. This visit turned into a memorable highlight of my trip, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in Penang. Highly recommended!

Truely terrible experience. Had a larger group and we had people getting meals before kids and a couple of people finished before the last was served. The waitress was chatting to a table next to us while taking our order. The food was variable but not great. They describe all the ingredients in the adult menu but the kids menu didn't describe anything and we found hidden mayo. The memorabilia was quite limited compared to other Hard Rocks. This one missed the mark

Stayed in Hard Rock Hotel and did not want to go downtown to eat, so had our dinner here instead. Not surprised how the food tasted like, after all you cannot expect too much from American food, but good service I have to say. When we came there was not live show yet.
