Food was amazing and the staff are very professional and friendly. We loved our shake and berry smoothie before our walk and we later returned to enjoy the 'Messi burgers' One was Beef and the other Chicken, both cooked really well. Would love to stay in the hotel on another holiday when we come back.

Had a splendid stay here in Hard Rock Hotel. Delicious food in a comfortable environment with a great pool and sea views. Soaked in a the me-parked style pool. Gorgeous room that was fully equipped with the amenities. Truly an amazing holiday.

Excellent hotel on Batu Ferringhi. Celebrated New Year's Eve here with the family. The hotel with the slides is perfect for our 9 year old. The NYE party had good performances & fireworks which is great fun. Would definitely come back again.

We had the pleasure of dining at Hard Rock Cafe Penang! Our server, Haris went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. He were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food was great. We look forward to returning soon!

A definite must-dine when you're staying the hotel. Food and atmosphere superb as always, very cozy with music and the people there are open minded and very cool, the staff there are friendly and can chat with you while you're dining as if they are your friend. Food portions are huge, if you're the type that don't eat much, don't order a lot as me and my friend was having trouble just finishing the appetiser. 10/10, would defo visit again.

Went to the hard rock Cafe for lunch and we loved it. After a long walk on the beach we were looking for a nice place to cool down. It wasn't busy as we were early and we had a lovely lunch. Rashid our server was excellent as were all the staff. In fact we booked to go back tomorrow night for dinner. Recommended
