“During our visit to the renowned Hard Rock Cafe in Buenos Aires, we noticed that the dining area was notably small, yet clean and pleasantly cool. The stage, albeit small, was present. We ordered the ribs, which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. In contrast to other cafes within this chain, these ribs were undersized and lacked the expected flavors. There was a concerning scarcity of meat, yet an overabundance of fat, which didn’t align with the anticipated dish described on the menu. The waiter politely inquired if everything was satisfactory, to which I expressed my disappointment with the dish, mentioning that it fell short in terms of taste and portion size. Having visited the same chain in Chile just three days prior, I encountered a considerably higher standard for ribs, rendering the experience here quite contrasting. Following my feedback, the waiter acknowledged it and moved on, which might indicate it’s a norm in this establishment. The service was somewhat lacking; at times, the staff seemed to overlook the presence of patrons, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, with only four occupied tables. However, the cocktails were commendable, impressing us with the bartender’s skills. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t functional. On a positive note, the restrooms were clean and well-maintained
