Hard Rock Cafe

Pretty much standard Hard Rock food . Located in a square . The manager was very nice and had a nice talk . Accommodated me taking photos.

We had our wedding reception at the Hard Rock Cafe Cartagena and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whether you are looking to dine casually, or host an event. When we were considering different options for where to host our event, Miguel stood out as someone who was friendly, helpful, clear and easy to communicate with. He helped to ensure that everything was organised to make our dream event a reality. We had exclusive use of the downstairs bar and patio. All staff were warm, friendly and attentive to us and our guests. Miguel regularly checked in with individuals to ensure that they were happy. The restaurant and amenities are clean, there is free wifi for guests, vegetarian and gluten free options, and various memorabilia on display as well as the store with a good selection of Hard Rock souvenirs. In our opinion, the Hard Rock Cafe Cartagena has hands down the best service of any restaurant in Cartagena, or Colombia as a whole! We felt so welcome and cannot fault anything. We arranged for a special menu which still featured some of the Hard Rock classic options. The food was so delicious, our family and friends are still raving about how good the food was a month after the event! 😊 It's a shame that we live on the other side of the world otherwise we would be more frequent visitors, but we will definitely be back. Thanks again to Miguel and the team for helping to make the best day of our lives rock!

We visit Hard Rock globally and have membership, so of course we could not miss Hard Rock Cartagena. Food: it was hard to get gluten-free options and very difficult for our server to understand, even though the menu shows the gluten-free options. We used Google translate to give the full requirements (translated to spanish). Most other restaurants in the area were more helpful. The server brought the order with wheat/gluten bun after full explanation received. Disappointed. Atmosphere: amazing with great selections all over the walls. Music is playing all the time and not too loud. Other staff: fun and helpful, only table server was disappointing. Overall, the layout and atmosphere were brilliant, just like all other Hard Rock cafes. If you have no allergies, it is worth a visit. Otherwise, be careful.

Nice and clean! My husband and i had dinner, let me say: amazing service and food! Hamburgers and fries were so good! What we didn’t like: there’s not enough space outside to eat, party of two per table, and city pipes smell so bad that we almost had to get back inside. Besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back while sunset sets

Food was way below average! Got a cowboy rib eye, and most of it was just fatty and tasted even rotten as medium rare was ordered, so we had to leave most of it. Burguers were very regular, with a mistake made by the waitress as she was clearly in a rush. Honestly, don't waste your money here. Tremendous disappointment 😒 just go somewhere else and experience a truly delicious typical dish.

Located at old city center of Cartagena, not at all busy as prices are above average for Colombia. Food was just standard for HRC. Several items from the menu were not available.

This Hard Rock Café is small, and it’s not as exciting as many of those as I have been before. It was a bit dark, and what I would describe as below the standard in decoration and atmosphere. However, the food was just as good as any other Hard Rock Café I have been to. So while the atmosphere and appearance may not be up to par, the food was fantastic, which is what matters most. Service was good, and the bathrooms were relatively clean. So if in town and you feel like having some American Sports Bar food, come here.

Centrally located you have a nice view over the historic center when sitting outside. Inside can be busy and loud. Burgers were done according to our request (azul / rare) and dessert (brownie) was delicious.
