Hard Rock Cafe

False Advertising & Rap Music – Saved only by the Staff I visited this location with high expectations for the Hard Rock brand, but it was a major disappointment due to misleading menu descriptions and poor atmosphere. The "False Advertising" Issues: The Burger: I ordered a double cheeseburger based on the menu photo, which showed a huge burger with double cheddar. The reality was shocking: I received a tiny, "kid-sized" burger with white cheese. It looked nothing like the photo. The Menu: The menu still lists "Daily Local Dishes," but when I asked, the waiter admitted they haven't served them in a very long time. The Atmosphere: It is called "Hard Rock" Cafe, yet they were playing Rap music the entire time. It completely fails to deliver the expected rock 'n' roll vibe. The Positives (Why I gave 2 stars instead of 1): The staff was the only good part of the experience. Both the waiter and the manager were polite, professional, and spoke great English. When I complained about the burger, the manager tried to fix it by adding extra bacon and cheese. Also, the mocktail was delicious. Verdict: Don't expect the classic global Hard Rock food or portions here. It is overpriced for what you get, and you can find much better quality and service right next door. It was our first hard rock experience. But the cocktails were great, and the tender was probably the best we've ever had. If you're going to buy clothing or other hard rock gear, we think it's too expensive.

I had lunch here one time during my visit to Podgorica this week. Nice vibe, like the typical Hard Rock Cafes. Nice displays of clothes/shoes from famous artists like Madonna, APL.DE.AP, etc. I had the local burger (it had the local prosciutto and kajmak spread) in it. Interesting flavor, a bit salty for my taste due to the njeguski prsut/prosciutto ;) Staff were friendly. Lovely view of Independence Square!

The place looks very much like any other Hard Rock cafés found elsewhere and the staff were quite helpful and friendly but the food was really awful. I had also ordered delivery before and thought it wasn't great because it was delivered, but having tried the food straight from the kitchen this time, I can say the food here just isn't up to standard. The chicken sliders I had ordered, the buns although toasted, were cold and tasted stale, the coleslaw and the piece of pickle inside didn't look or taste that fresh. The milkshake I had, just tasted like foamy milk with whipped cream on top and not made with ice cream. Foodwise, the Margherita flatbread was the best thing we had there. The service staff also seemed genuinely nice and were quite helpful. If I were to go back, it'd just be for beer, coffee or soda. Hopefully they can improve the food soon.

Unfortunately, we only remembered to take a photo after eating. We had a very filling and delicious burger, and my son and I shared one, but we couldn’t finish it. It was large and generous. The price isn’t cheap, though 😄. Most importantly, I want to highlight the staff—they were friendly, polite, and professional. Special thanks to the employees!

We originally found a different address online, but while walking around the city we stumbled upon this square and discovered that the Hard Rock Cafe is actually located here. The place itself is beautiful and very clean, with a great atmosphere. The staff were kind, friendly, and very accommodating. We arrived during breakfast hours, but even though only the breakfast menu was available, they made an exception for us and served burgers – exactly what we wanted. Everything was excellent, and I can definitely recommend visiting this Hard Rock Cafe in Podgorica.

As we were on our way home, we decided to make a stop to mark this visit, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding, the breakfast was delicious and overall, it's a friendly and memorable place! I highly recommend it!

We decided to give Hard Rock Cafe in Podgorica another try. They did not have the Legendary Nachos available. We did not try anything else, we just drank our cokes and left. I did not have high expectations when we went in, so I can’t really say we were disappointed.
