Both are very polite and. Helpful. Food is was very tasty. Pool is ve Big and neat. We will definitely came back here this.hotel.

We traveled all the way from Spain to visit India and stumbled upon the hotel bar in Goa looking for a relaxing time, where Elvira and her team provided us with an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and attended to with a smile and friendly service. The drinks and food served at the bar were delicious and very affordable, allowing us to unwind and relax in a pleasant atmosphere. Elvira and her team were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our visit was the beautiful pool area.bWe loved being able to take a dip or lounge by the pool while enjoying a drink or snack from the bar. If you're visiting Goa and looking for a place to relax and enjoy a good drink or meal, the hotel bar is definitely worth a visit. Elvira and her team will make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Staying at Hard Rock Hotel Goa was an absolute blast from check-in to check-out! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with killer tunes spinning in the lobby and the friendliest staff you could ask for. My room was super spacious, decked out with all the rock ’n’ roll memorabilia, and that giant comfy bed made sleeping in feel like a luxury. The pool Area, food and the service was next level any request I had was handled with a smile, whether it was extra towels by the pool or tips on the best nearby beach clubs. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Goa nailed the perfect mix of laid-back tropical vibes and high-energy rock ’n’ roll spirit. Can’t wait to come back!

It's good for the price. But rooms need to have a place where we can put dry clothes,bath room string is not enough clothes don't dry fast And about the morning buffet (breakfast) it's not up to expected quality ,I stayed here for 5 days and most of the food items on the menu were the same. But I appreciate the staff for their hospitality and everyday they made sure to clean the room on time.

The hotel is really nice. The staff as well. Overall you can enjoy your stay here. But the food quality needs to be improved along with the variety of dishes. Also a small yet honest feedback, the rush you guys do when your customer has to check out it a bit overwhelming, specially when you have a toddler with you. Rest I can give you a 3.5 or 4 stars.
