Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The location is ideal, very close to the main tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. A big plus was the friendliness of the staff – Maria at the reception and Samuel from Guest Experience were incredibly attentive and welcoming, contributing greatly to the quality of our stay. The breakfast was rich and varied, perfect for starting the day right. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Great location near metro stations, with easy access. The staff is very polite and helpful. The noise from the parties didn’t bother us on the 5th floor; everything was calm. Clean rooms and a large bathroom, which made everything more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid for a few days and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed – truly outstanding service! The location is great: about 10 minutes from Atocha Station, and it also has a great connection to the airport – just one transfer needed. Around 20 minutes on foot to Puerta del Sol, which is a walk you should definitely take to enjoy the city vibe. Our room facing the street was spacious, clean, and comfortable – perfect for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. You can order eggs any way you like – fried, scrambled, poached, or as an omelette with your choice of extras. Of course, there were also pancakes and waffles, which were delicious! The restaurant serves the classic burgers and cocktails that never disappoint. And in the evening, the RT60 rooftop bar is the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset over Madrid. A very special highlight for me was my birthday cake – such a lovely and unexpected surprise! 🎂 Thank you so much to the amazing team for making it memorable. All in all, we had wonderful days in Madrid and an even better experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. Highly recommend it – our first pick if we come back to Madrid!

I gave Hard Rock Hotel a 5 star just because I stayed in this hotel and had no problems whatsoever. The staff has been very amiable and helpful. And I want them to continue to be hospitable to their guests. The rooms are a bit small but livable, since you would be out and roaming around Madrid, why do you need an extra large room? The elevators is small but not busy at all, no long waits and is always vacant when you need it. Although, I wish they would add more scent in the hallways to help elevate the mood of the hotel. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, safe and close to a tapa's strip, La Latina street, and Mercado Aston Martin, then this Hotel is the place.

Overall comfortable, nice actual king bed with comfortable bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure building and room levels. Location was so-so, not much going on around the hotel, which could easily give the wrong impression of Madrid if you don't venture away from immediate area.

Our room was cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. There’s a parking garage available, which was convenient (for an additional fee). The only downside is that it’s a bit of a longer walk to the main tourist attractions, but it’s manageable if you don’t mind a little stroll. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay — we’d definitely consider coming back!

I rocked my weekend in Madrid and stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. What a rocking place for a Rocking weekend. Nice Room, great Food and Drinks and Rocking Staff Members… I really enjoyed my time. We will see us again
