We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid and couldn’t fault the experience. The room was excellent — stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean — and the service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. A very special mention goes to Sam (aka Prince), who truly made our stay extra special. His hospitality, local recommendations, and warm personality really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Madrid, and his tips helped us make the most of our visit. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant without being overwhelming, and it’s a great base for exploring the city. Had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The service staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with storing my luggage when I arrived early. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would be awesome if there were bedroom slippers. Overall, a great experience!

We had a very nice 3 night stay with my wife. Reporting before the visit through their website we got a really nice free welcome present (don't want to spoil surprise for others who would do the same). Breakfast was really good, nice free selection to order (omelettes, dessert) and otherwise comprehensive too. Rooms had a bit of special touch and hotel looked very nice. Unfortunately the upstairs bar was closed and visiting in December we couldn't enjoy the pool, which looked welcoming. Recommend.

Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for 3 nights and I was really impressed with this hotel.|The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. |Our rooms were modern just like what you would expect from staying in a Hard Rock Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and everything was there that you would expect from a good hotel.|I have read previous reviews and I do agree with the noise issue, but this stopped at 12am and we were out exploring Madrid most of the day.|I would definitely stay there again as we very much want to return to Madrid!|Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Overall, a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel! The lady at the reception was very helpful, and the housekeeping staff were extremely hardworking — our room was always clean and tidy. I loved the stylish room design and especially enjoyed the sound bar for playing music. The only disappointing part was that we had requested connecting rooms, but this was not arranged as expected. Still, it was a pleasant experience overall and I would consider staying again.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid for a few days and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed – truly outstanding service! The location is great: about 10 minutes from Atocha Station, and it also has a great connection to the airport – just one transfer needed. Around 20 minutes on foot to Puerta del Sol, which is a walk you should definitely take to enjoy the city vibe. Our room facing the street was spacious, clean, and comfortable – perfect for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. You can order eggs any way you like – fried, scrambled, poached, or as an omelette with your choice of extras. Of course, there were also pancakes and waffles, which were delicious! The restaurant serves the classic burgers and cocktails that never disappoint. And in the evening, the RT60 rooftop bar is the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset over Madrid. A very special highlight for me was my birthday cake – such a lovely and unexpected surprise! 🎂 Thank you so much to the amazing team for making it memorable. All in all, we had wonderful days in Madrid and an even better experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. Highly recommend it – our first pick if we come back to Madrid!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The location is ideal, very close to the main tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. A big plus was the friendliness of the staff – Maria at the reception and Samuel from Guest Experience were incredibly attentive and welcoming, contributing greatly to the quality of our stay. The breakfast was rich and varied, perfect for starting the day right. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay!
