Hard Rock Hotel Maldives

It was advertised as all-inclusive, yet the butler told us that the minibar drinks were not included and only the mini-fridge items were free. Naturally, we assumed all-inclusive meant everything was covered, so we used it without worry — but we ended up being fully charged for it. Whenever you request anything, you must double-check both the butler and the reception. Excursions weren’t included either — every option was paid, and the prices were only disclosed right before charging. There was zero transparency throughout our stay. I strongly advise you NOT to go.

We stayed at the Hard Rock for one week with our four year old daughter. It was well equipped for children and a very family friendly resort. We would absolutely return again - we thought it was great value and a beautiful place. We read lots of positive reviews before we booked this one and they were all true! ||The vibe of the hotel is great, it's lively without being irritating - they play music through the day by the pool and along the walkways in the island. They also have a fun aqua gym session in the pool and good entertainment in the evenings including great live music. ||The staff are so friendly and helpful, they remembered our names and were happy to help with any queries. ||The resort was spotlessly clean. Our room (a silver beach suite) was spacious and well located near the bar and beach!||The food was excellent and plentiful! The drinks selection on the all inclusive menu was very good.||The beach was clean, the sea was beautiful with plenty of sea life including rays and baby sharks. The sea swing is a nice addition! There were very few guests at the resort so it felt very relaxing and exclusive. ||Tips:||The speedboat transfer was easy and well managed, but it was quite a walk through the airport to reach the hotel desks at the airport - be mindful of the walk if you have children with you. ||We were bitten by mosquitoes on a few nights when we crossed the bridge over to Crossroads Marina and Saii. Wear decent insect repellant in the evening if you are leaving Hard Rock! ||The kids club was quiet and so we stayed with our daughter when we took her there to play - it's worth being aware of this if you are expecting to drop them off to play with lots of other children. They had two air conditioned rooms to play in, and a big outdoor space.

It’s our son graduation trip to Maldives and we are glad that we choose to stay at Hard Rock Maldives. The staff service is excellent, some of them remember which Villa we are staying at, we are always greeted with smiles, Musta’ s service was also great! Kids can enjoy free meals too! When we accidentally left our bag outside of the villa, it was recovered by the security guard and was returned to us safely! We were very impressed with all the service and facilities on the atoll. We also had fun riding the bicycle around the atoll. Thank you Hard Rock Maldives for the wonderful time and memories we created as a family!

We have just had the best eight days at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. Travelled as couple and our two children, 22 and 23 yrs. Beach Pool Villa and Over water pool villa - both spacious, great decor, very full mini bar and with everything you could possibly need.|Stayed at Hard Rock but also used Saii Beach Club and Pool Bar. The service and hospitality everywhere was exceptional - the team are so friendly and geniunley want you to have the best time. Nothing is too much trouble. The music, whether by the pool, the acoustic sets on the beach or live bands in the Hard Rock Cafe were excellent. You can have "quiet chilled time" or lively fun time - so many places to choose.|The food was amazing - Make sure your try the Elephant and Butterfly, Miss Olive, Kebab and Curry, the Thai (All part of Premium All Inclusive) and Nihonbashi Blue (Got $50 discount per head there). |Snorkling trip was well worth it, went scuba diving with Ali and his team - absolutely fantasic and took the kayaks and paddleboats out a few time too - such a giggle.|Special thanks for the fantastic service to Thiru at the Beach Club bar, Shella at the Pool Bar, Kanna at Kebab and Curry and Chamath at Nihobashi Blue.|But most importantly, to our fabulous host Pathum - he made our holiday. He really was excpetional. Fabulous suggestions for all meals, booked our restaurants, picked us up every night whatever time we wished, bumped into us during the day - always pleased to see us and making sure were happy and having a good time. Suggested water sports, trips etc. He genuiely cares about his guests and is such a fun person to be around. Always professional and he is clearly very passinate about working for Hard Rock. He is a great ambassador for your brand and a credit to your company. Thank you Patham x

We stayed in October 2025 for 10 days. We really loved the hotel — a large green area, lots of beautiful spots, gorgeous beaches with a gentle entrance into the water, and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the Hard Rock Cafe and the Kebab & Kurry restaurant. The breakfast selection was varied enough, and the staff was very attentive. Special thanks to Señor Miguel, who led excellent Brazilian jiu-jitsu training sessions. We were absolutely delighted with our vacation and will definitely come back!

Simply wonderful . It's been our second time in hard rock hotel and we were so pleasantly surprised to get an amazing upgrade to a diamond over the water villa with a private pool. Service is wonderful and the location just 15 min away from the airport therefore is very convenient for a short 3-4 days getaway. Definitely coming back next year !

We had unforgettable stay at the Hard Rock Maldives for 5 nights, 2 of which were in the Silver Beach Studio, and the remaining 3 in the Diamond Overwater Pool Villa. The hotel was absolutely sensational and the service was incredible - all staff on the island really made our stay special with their positive attitude to everything and desire to make your stay as good as possible. Kudey was absolutely incredible - he organised multiple activities for us, such as the floating breakfast, wine and cheese on the beach, and the private beach dinner. He truly made our stay as great as it was - thank you Kudey!! Kudey is the most attentive and brilliant hotel manager I have ever encountered - he is one of the main reasons as to why we will visit the Hard Rock Maldives again in the future. Saugad was also amazing, his enthusiasm and happiness really made the wine and cheese night special - plus he picked great wines! RJ at the Hard Rock Cafe was always so positive and kind, and remembered our names and drinks orders even only after 1 visit. Musta was also a very funny person, and really made our lunches at Elephant and Butterfly enjoyable!

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Maldives to celebrate my Birthday and had an amazing time. All of the staff were phenomenal, specifically Maide and Mustaqeem in the pool bar area. They were both a pleasure and deserve recognition. These are the types of employees that make vacations even better, and keep people returning to the resort. The staff also decorated my room and left cake and champagne to celebrate. The Ocean employees were very helpful in helping us determine which activities to sign up for. We chose the ocean adventure snorkeling and parasailing, which were both amazing. The Halloween Party with the haunted house, bar, and Buffet at Sessions were fantastic. You could tell that the staff put a lot of effort into the holiday. The food at Sessions, Elephant and Butterfly, and the Cafe was great. I would definitely recommend staying here and it was worth the lengthy travel from the United States.
