I stayed here for a week and it was an awesome experience. Everyone at the hotel was so thoughtful and kind (an especial shout out to Patricia). They really made this solo travel feel welcomed and appreciated. Also being on the main drag in Hanga Roa was a bonus as it made it easy to walk to everywhere in town. And the tour packages they put together were great. Also my room was large and very nice and the common areas of the hotel are very well appointed and decorated. It was like staying at a home away from home. I can’t recommend the hotel enough - I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew our time at Hare Nua Hotel was going to be special.||We received such a warm welcome when we arrived, complete with a snack, drink and a comfy seating area to wait while waiting for our room to be ready. We enjoyed learning more about the history of the hotel and were pleased to explore the grounds before heading to our room.||Rooms: Our family of four had a great space that included a king bed and also a twin trundle bed for the kids. It was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water, which was welcome after our long days touring the island.||Service: We encountered the kindest and most helpful staff during our stay. From the reception desk to the breakfast room to the drive to the airport, everyone was amazing. You couldn't ask for more!||Breakfast: Hare Nua really shines in the breakfast department, It was lovely to have a table assigned to and set for our family each morning. The variety of fruits, a sweet, warm bread, fresh yogurt, fresh juice, coffee and made to order eggs help fuel us for the day ahead. Our kids were always so excited to see what delicious food awaited us! It was such a good amount that it fueled us and held us over until after each of our tours was over. Keep up the great work!||Location: Hare Nua is in a great spot along the main street. It's easy to get to shops, restaurants, and even to walk towards the water where there are more sights, restaurants and shops awaiting you!||Bottom line: Hare Nua Hotel is a special spot that we would not hesitate to recommend or stay again if we were fortunate enough to return to Rapa Nui. Excellent service, accommodations, and the value of the included breakfast make THE BEST place to stay on the island.||Māuru-uru! <3

OMG! Easter Island is a dream location and Hare Nua was our dream accommodation in Hanga Roa. Located on the main street, so close to everything, but quiet at the same time. Hare Nua is a real boutique hotel - small, but with all amenities that you need, everything is of excellent quality, in particular if you consider where you are! Hotel is 5*, very comfortable, with a lot of common spaces, jacuzzi, honesty bar, etc. Some reviewers were complaining that the breakfast was served (not buffet) and therefore not sufficient - it is actually opposite. The brekafast was very good and absolutely sufficient, you may order various hot dishes made to order and everyday you receive different home made cake. I really believe that served breakfast is a very responsible choice considering that you are on a remote island with limited supplies. But all comfort of Hare Nua was not what made our stay - it was the Staff. We felt like a part of a big family. From the checkin, tropical welcome drink, cute sign with our first names during meals until birthday celebration for my wife, with birthday cake, traditional Polynesian crown for her, Happy Birthday song in local language and warm greetings from all the Staff. Thank you so much Hare Nua Family! We can't promise that we will come back, as this was the most remote travel in our life, but anybody visiting the island should try Hare Nua experience!

Such an awesome hotel. Family run and full of smiling staff. Breakfast was fab, with a lovely set up of fruit, yogurt juice and cake that was different every morning... plus your choice of eggs! The room (20) was great, spacious with a super sized king bed that we both slept so well in. The honesty bar was also a great touch. If you can... stay here!

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly situated in the main street, walking distance to shops, restaurants, downtown sights, sea front. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff is so friendly, pleasant and helpful. They arranged all our excursions and activities, some of them in advance and others last minute so that we get to see and do everything we wanted to up to the last minute before going to the airport. They arranged a late check out so that we were even more comfortable. Lots of details that will make us remember this jewel in Hare Nua and their staff for a long time and highly recommend it to everyone both couples and families alike.

This hotel gave us warmest welcome as soon as we arrive and detailed care and service was provided until we depart the hotel. It was like as if we stay home. I liked the bread came in the bag with warm temperature for breakfast. We didn't use hotel's transportation that they offered as we walked from airport (just four blocks!), however, the forecast was rain when we return to the airport, and I asked Patricia at the front desk for taxi and she and other staff was arranged the taxi without a second thought. Thank you for making our trip to Easter Island much much more memorable!!

This boutique hotel was amazing and beautiful. We were greeted with poe' and tropical fruit juice in champagne flutes when we arrived. The staff was so friendly and helpful and they even spoke English. The rooms were beautiful and breakfast was gourmet and beautifully laid out. The entire hotel was so beautiful. Cannot imagine any other place could be more wonderful than The Hare Nua Hotel Boutique. It's definitely the place to stay.

This was the best hotel experience of my life and I have been very fortunate to do a lot of vacation travel, so I've had quite a few of these experiences. We were picked up at the airport by Maria who gave us a tour around town before bringing us back to the hotel. When we arrived Vanya (not sure I spelled that right) greeted us with a traditional sweet treat (po'e I think it's called)told us a bit about the history of the hotel, and took some Polaroids of us. Our rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL. They took note of all our dietary restrictions ahead of our arrival and each breakfast plate was tailored to our needs (lactose intolerant for one person, vegetarian for another, pineapple allergy etc). And... IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! I am absolutely blown away. I expected a basic blah continental breakfast and instead I got the best breakfast I've ever had for every single morning of my stay. Frankly with the number of different dietary needs in our party, this was beyond impressive. At breakfast on our last morning, they also put the Polaroids with a sweet farewell note at our table. Check out was seamless and stress free and Maria took us back to the airport. We could not have chosen a better location and I highly encourage you to choose this as your stay on Easter Island.
