Everything about our stay was beautiful. The hotel was lovely and our rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Best of all was the staff - they truly care about their guests and will do everything they can to make your experiences wonderful. They arranged two tours for us with a great guide as well as an evening show. Vania was particularly helpful. You can't go wrong with a stay at Hare Nua!

This boutique hotel was amazing and beautiful. We were greeted with poe' and tropical fruit juice in champagne flutes when we arrived. The staff was so friendly and helpful and they even spoke English. The rooms were beautiful and breakfast was gourmet and beautifully laid out. The entire hotel was so beautiful. Cannot imagine any other place could be more wonderful than The Hare Nua Hotel Boutique. It's definitely the place to stay.

Love this place. Very close to the restaurants and groceries in town. Only a few minutes of walking to the coast. And the staff are really nice and helpful, especially Vania who has helped us out throughout our stay. She is a sweet lady who answers our inquiries and she is always smiling! We stayed for 4 nights and they had variations of breakfast items every morning. Everything delicious and in generous portion :)

This boutique hotel is PARADISE! The street it's on is unassuming but when you walk in you are instantly transported to Polynesian style luxury. The staff is amazing and they speak a good amount of English which was so helpful for us being that our Chilean Spanish is small. There are only 19 rooms so it's intimate and quiet. Breakfast is tropical and gourmet and our table had a lovely sign with our names on it everyday. There are no tv's or phones in the rooms. You don't even notice and may actually even appreciate it. There are many sitting areas outside with books and games. They help you with anything you need. We will definitely stay there again when we go back. They make all the guests feel like family.

Hare Nua was easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Maria, Sebastian and the entire team made us feel so welcome and were genuinely kind and friendly. Every single detail of the hotel is thoughtful and well cared for, you can tell they take a lot of pride in the property and in providing a wonderful experience for their guests - from the beautiful design elements, the welcome refreshments, and heartfelt goodbye. The room we stayed in was spacious with very comfortable beds. The common areas were cozy and peaceful and the breakfast was outstanding and delicious. The hotel is well located and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I would encourage anyone considering a trip to Rapa Nui to book their stay at Hare Nua - you'll not be disappointed. Our stay at Hare Nua Hotel Boutique was nothing short of magical. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to our heartfelt goodbye, we felt so cared for. The name “Hare Nua” means “Grandma’s House,” and it truly lived up to that: warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond, even mailing postcards for us after we left when the post office was unexpectedly closed. Breakfast each morning was something we genuinely looked forward to, and the location couldn’t have been better: walking distance to everything in the main area of town. Hare Nua made our visit feel extra special, and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island! The adorable hotel cat in also a plus. :)

The Hare Nua Boutique Hotel was an excellent stay for our time on Easter Island/Rapa Nui. We were always greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. The included breakfast was great and a good start to our days. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Fresh water was always available. They had an honor bar for drinks and snacks that you would note your purchases and they charge you on check out. The pool was the right size for cooling off after the hot days. The grounds of the hotel were so nicely appointed and the lobby was comfortable. Overall, this was an excellent choice for our hotel and I highly recommend it to others. I for sure will stay here again if I can ever get back to the island for a repeat visit.

The people really make this trip to Rapa Nui. They are so engaging and calm and friendly. We immediately relaxed as soon as we walked into the hotel. Nothing was a bother - the kids using the pool, organising tours of the island, and making dinner reservations. We loved out time in Rapa Nui and will definitely be back.
