Hare Nua Hotel Boutique

I cannot say enough great things about this gem of a hotel. The staff is amazingly welcoming and friendly. It was clear that our comfort was their number one concern. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. The location is very convenient. We moved to Hare Nua from another hotel that was none of the above. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hare Nua|5/5 Excellent|I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The hot breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. However what sets this hotel apart is the absolutely amazing staff. They picked me up at the airport on time. When the tours I booked myself cancelled, they found me replacements. When my flight out cancelled, they kept on top of it, and worked to arrange another hotel for the night. This staff is first class!

We really enjoyed our stay! The arrival was nice with a welcoming drink and snack. The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities. The breakfasts were very tasty. The staff were friendly and hospitable. We felt we were welcomed guests. Happy to recommend the hotel to anyone going there.||Note the hotel does not serve food at other times but is very close to many places to eat. Walking distance to a lot, including markets and pharmacies if you need something.

What a wonderful place to stay in paradise! Everyone at Hare Nua was very helpful, warm and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The bed with crisp white linens made for a perfect night sleep. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect too.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport we felt like we were going to a family home. This is a very charming hotel, plenty of hot water, big rooms, good ac. You are on a tiny remote island so do not expect luxury - what you should expect and get is the most amazing service. The three women at the front desk are there to help with any questions, welcome you for the complimentary breakfast, suggest hotels and make you feel at home.

This place is very nice. Quaint, good service, and comfortable modest rooms. I would not consider this a 4-star hotel, however. My 5 star rating is based on standards for a 3-star hotel.

From beginning to end, the service at Hotel Hare Nua was perfect. We booked through a third party, but I would recommend booking directly with the hotel. Cristina responded to all of our questions in advance. She provided invaluable information regarding getting our park tickets and immigration paperwork. The hotel recommended 2 full day tours with a private guide, Hugo. He was excellent, knowledgeable, interesting, and a great conversationalist. Everyday breakfast was delicious. There is a lovely jacuzzi. The grounds are well kept and charming. Every nearby restaurant was excellent and inexpensive. Stay here for the service, the charm, and the comfort. We will return.

Best welcome andxservice. Always with a smile and so so helpful . beautiful place ,very well kept place. . Very clean and the breakfast spread was just great. Great location too. And the pool and Zacizzi area is great. . I recommend this place to anyone visiting Rapa Nui.
