Hari Niwas Palace

Our wedding at Hari Niwas Palace on 11 October 2024 was deeply disappointing due to the rude behaviour of the waitstaff. We were incredibly disappointed with our experience at Hari Niwas .While the venue itself may look beautiful, the service we received completely ruined our wedding day. The waitstaff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Several guests mentioned that the waiters were dismissive when asked for Starters/Entree on entering the venue and they were saying its finished provided it was a plate system . At one point, one of the waiters outright ignored a guest’s request . For a venue that markets itself as being “high-end” and experienced in hosting weddings, the customer service was unacceptable. It’s a shame because this was supposed to be one of the most important days of our lives, and the poor treatment left a lasting negative impression. We do not recommend this place if you want an stress-free and enjoyable wedding experience. Thank you !

Myself Vidhi! 2 months ago I was in Jammu with my friends and for us, I booked rooms in Hari Niwas Palace from YatraDham.Org platform. I truly can share that I got the perfect staycation to stay with the best facilities given by them. we are seriously fully satisfied with this Place. Next time we will definitely book this place again.

That is a old and good looking historical place and Maharaja hari singh gold chair is also available there for look after in museum…… and river jammu tawi view restaurant is there…..

A beautiful property of Maharja Hari Singh but badly managed . A very sad state of affairs to a royal Palace . This was our second visit in 3 years but the rooms still dilapidated dirty the bathrooms are dirty and old towels . Although we booked in Aug 24 for 23 Nov 2024 . The rooms allocated to us were opposite to the ones we had requested for . Vimal & Rahul , both had confirmed but they just did not bother .

Old world charm.. Located in trikuta hills, the place offers a beautiful view of the himalayan ranges , tawi river. The place has a museum and a restaurant for people, ample parking. Evenings are much better if you are wanting some calm time here

Very un professional staff as it was complete mess. They book one room and give you other room for booking and then harras you to change it as it's very un origanised hotels. Same happen to me and staff has no customer centric approach
