This is merely a three-star motel, a far cry from a four-star establishment or a boutique hotel. Its rooms are cramped, furnished with dilapidated pieces, and lack air conditioning—though these shortcomings pale in comparison to its abhorrently racist service.
We had reserved two rooms for a three-night stay, booking two months in advance, and explicitly requested quiet accommodations. Yet, we were assigned rooms not only facing the street but directly opposite a bustling nightclub. The first night was torturous, with the cacophony persisting until midnight. When we approached the front desk to request a change, Ethan informed us that a rear room would be available for the remaining two nights. However, later that day, an elderly staff member reneged on this promise, awarding the room to a Caucasian family seeking twin beds instead. What of our request? Our "solution" arrived in the form of a pair of flimsy green earplugs—apparently, this was deemed sufficient for Asian guests.
Avoid this place at all costs. It is utterly devoid of value.
