I rated this property as terrible because of the lack of professionalism and responsiveness. I had to cancel due to a snow storm in the Sedona area and no one responded to my cancellation message until a week later and only after I sent them a second message. I was not given any kind of a break on the room and not even an offer to refund the cleaning fee. I had to ask for a refund of the cleaning fee a week later and it posted as soon as I did. The property manager said that it posted automatically when the cancellation is done or soon thereafter, but this is a complete lie. It only posted because I asked for it. They would have just kept it otherwise. I didn’t have to cancel because I was past the refund window. But I did anyway so that they could offer the room to others who needed it. This went unnoticed and unappreciated. They absolutely do not work with you. Really sad as I go to Sedona often and now they have lost my business for good. Don’t stay here if you’re not willing to put up with unprofessionalism.

So much fun in Sedona, this room has no TV , but who needs one when you have so many things to do here, cleaning was top notch and very cozy home!!! Definitely worth the trip , friendly staff and easy checking in and out , 10/10 in my book !!!

I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe and comfortable in the studio. Yes, it is a divided house on a quiet residential street, but I did not get the "horror movie vibes" that another reviewer commented on, nor do I think this is -- by any stretch -- a "poor neighbourhood." Maybe a king wrote that review. ||I loved how many trails and parks were within walking distance.||I am a light sleeper, so I opted to use white noise/earplugs at night, but the other guests were very respectful and I slept soundly. People need to remember that this is an expensive town and this option is much cheaper than the hotels down the street. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was a great last minute booking that saved me from a much worse hotel. Definitely a little quirky, but it was good for a night and the price was right. More of an airbnb than anything. It's right in West Sedona, you can see the mountains right outside when you wake up in the morning which is beautiful and the area is walkable. I did have a house centipede in my room at one point but I moved him out pretty easily. I would return for sure.

This house is separated into several units, but you can hear other tenants as if they were in the same room with you. Even a soft clearing of the throat can be heard. Whoever was on the other side of the wall was having video calls late at night and music singalongs early in the morning. ||The bathroom was separated by a thin door and the toilet was placed right next to the separation door. It was extremely embarrassing to use the toilet while you could hear the other tenants next to you and they could hear *everything* you were doing.||The kitchen is an entrance and everyone from outside can see you through the blinds.||Everything looked dirty and uncared for.

Short review: 3 bedroom house, not hotel, no TVs, vegetarian only, must remove shoes before entering||Long review: We found this place through a third party website advertising as a hotel. Rates were reasonable, so we booked. Not what we were expecting. It was a shared house between 2 boarders and the host, including the bathroom. The host (I assumed he was the owner or live-in friend of the owner) kept the place clean. We liked the colorful theme of the Mantra room. Each room has a coded door lock for each tenant.||There was no TV in the room. For us, this made no difference since we do not watch TV. In fact, it was rather peaceful without it. There is internet access, so you aren’t completely cut off from the world.||The kitchen can be used to prepare vegetarian foods only. No meat, fish or eggs. This was listed in the House Rules in the photos I added.||There is a lot of Eastern religious imagery and culture. The carport-converted-into-room looked like a meditation room. Really fits into the Eastern-Indian theme of Sedona.||One of the house rules you must respect is taking off your shoes before entering the home. This helps keep the place clean.||Overall, not what we were expecting, but it wasn’t bad. If you’re looking for an actual hotel, look elsewhere. If you can get along with housemates and don’t mind sharing kitchen and bathroom, then it’s ok.

First of all understand that this is NOT a hotel, its a rented room. I had a private kitchen and bathroom all to myself but its not a hotel, more of a B&B. The place was clean and the owner/ manager left me a lone, EXACTLY what I wanted. The location of the place was nice, not at all what I expected from the negative comments. It was quiet, other people were staying in the room next to mine but I couldn't hear them at all. Its close to major roads so getting to the spots you want to visit is easy. I had a lovely time staying there and when I come again, I will expect to stay here.

Set in the rural area near the mountains the scenery nothing short of divine! I stayed in the "Shaman's Cave" room, which was most adorable! I loved the decor and the vibes were brilliant! The bed is a little firm, but everything was clean and the host was very kind. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen so you dont have to eat out of you dont want to. It was a very welcoming environment. I felt so still and peaceful in the mountain air. I absolutely loved my stay at Harmony House!
