Pamela, as well as the entire staff, have been absolutely exceptional. This has an elegant touch in the decor and the food is a chef's kiss 💋 MUST VISIT!!

Google
One of the best restaurants in Muskogee, maybe even Oklahoma. The food was amazing, atmosphere is great, and everyone was super nice, friendly, and professional! We were waiting on a party member for nearly an hour and they never made us feel like we were taking up space or anything and even gave us a free dessert! It was an amazing first time and I will definitely be back! Oh, and everything is very affordable and fairly priced!

Google
Warm and inviting environment with great food. As a traveler these are the type of places that make it worthwhile. Felt like visiting grandma's house and having an amazing sandwich. The honey mustard is hands down the best I've had and I'm all over the U.S. Great job and I really do appreciate what y'all do.

Google
Great lunch place. New in town and met a friend there for lunch and it was delicious. Chicken salad was the highlight till I got to the dessert! Will be back.

Google
We enjoyed the Saturday brunch at 12:30. The wait staff was beyond expectations. We discussed not knowing which of the two chicken salads to choose from and they gave us samples of both to try to help us decide! Also the food was delicious! Especially the cinnamon roll (not pictured because it was eaten up before we pulled out the camera).

Google
Harmony House is one of the best places in Muskogee for lunch. They have a daily special. My personal favorite is the Neiman Marcus Chicken Salad Sandwich. The ambiance of this quaint little house makes you feel fancy. Every table has a sample of their delicious cookies. They have a nice bakery. They have everything from cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, and cupcakes. Definitely try the lemon cookies they never disappoint.

Google
The lunch special is so worth it. I got potatoes soup, chicken tetrazzini, clover roll, and a lemon meringue pie! They all taste so homey! The salt level is just perfect!

Yelp
My wife and I went for the first time today. While we're from Muskogee we only make it back a few times a year. My mother-in-law suggested we go for lunch. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs in front, although there is a ramp in the back with the bakery entrance. The ambiance just in keeping with the 100-yr-old setting. Tables for 4 are scattered in a couple of front rooms, and the chairs are small but sufficient. I had the Norman-Marcus chicken salad sandwich. The bread was fresh and the chicken salad was ample and flavorful. I had a side salad with homemade ranch and it was very good. My wife and mother-in-law had baked potato soup for their sides and it was hot, thick, and filling. I finished with the German chocolate bread pudding and our waiter was foresighted enough to bring 3 spoons. My wife and I enjoyed it very much; hot, chocolate, cinnamon, and very rich. We'll have to add Harmony House into our list of places to stop when we're in town.

Yelp
If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would! Harmony House is one of our local treasures. It is an old two story house that is set up so cozy. The bakery is where you check out and we always get extra goodies to take home. We love to eat here lunch and if you haven't tried the Saturday Brunch, you need too! They have a daily lunch special that comes with a roll and your choice of fruit, salad, or soup. Oh it comes with your choice of dessert!!! All are wonderful options. Our favorite desserts are the cupcakes and bread pudding (which is a different flavor everyday). We have ordered cupcakes for birthdays and special events. Always wonderful and you cannot go wrong with anything g you get. The service is always amazing. The staff are always hustling and wear a smile. They have an amazing apricot tea...so so good!

Yelp
I don't go to Harmony House enough! It's always such a delicious lunch. Every special is good, and it comes with dessert! Today, I had the apple bread pudding, and it was incredible. The same staff have worked there forever, and the servers are so nice. You can tell they all get along so well. And it's the cutest old building downtown. Beautifully decorated. Hands down best bakery in town too. They make the most exquisitely decorated desserts.

Yelp
Solid little place. We were leaving the VA Hospital and were looking for a new place to visit. Great service. Small venue in an old home. Bakery in the back, limited seating and menu items. Mostly light lunch items. We both tried their Monday lunch special. I had the tomato soup. It was phenomena. The chicken casserole reminded me of one my grandma made. Came with deserts. I had a lemon square and my wife a cupcake. Both were wonderful. Everything just hit the spot. Worth a visit.

Yelp
I called about a month ago to order a cake for our mother's 90th Birthday celebration (in my mind this is a very big deal... keep in mind, I called a few times earlier in the week, and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone) So needless to say... I was glad I got a real person on the phone. The young lady said that I could call back as time got closer, to place my order. She gave me the options for what type of cake to order... so myself and my siblings wanted to mull our choices over. A few weeks have passed...when I called yesterday, 10 days before the event, to place our order. The person on the phone said, "I'm sorry, we are too busy to make your cake. We could have it ready in about 2 weeks or after that date". I asked her if she could recommend any other specialty baker in town. She mentioned "Walmart". ( I haven't lived in this town for over 35 years...I don't know where to shop in town, but Walmart would never be my choice for recommending to an out-of-town customer looking for a specialty cake!) I immediately reached out to a few friends that used to live in Muskogee, but now live in Tulsa. They advised me to call Ludger's Bavarian Cakes in Tulsa. I visited their website...OMG.. the choices were amazing. I called immediately, they were professional, polite, and accommodating, and gave me countless options. I was SO pleased about how they took my call immediately, and were more than happy to help me. The type of cake I ordered was more than double the price of what the Muskogee bakery offered me....but I will gladly pay double, or more, for professional service, options, and people who actually want to help. I look forward to enjoying and sharing the cake with our 30+ guests from Ludger's Bavarian Cakes...even if I have to drive to Tulsa to get it. (and I look forward to telling everyone where the cake came from...and that it didn't come from Harmony House).

Yelp
This place is charming AND delicious! 100+ year old house converted to a restaurant and bakery. My Reuben sandwich was excellent, the pastrami was tender. My wife tried the chicken and Swiss lunch special and she wasn't disappointed. Chicken was moist and the sauce had some really nice flavor. There's a small plate on the table when you sit down with cookie samples from the bakery! Excellent marketing move since the cookies are amazing! Definitely recommend!

Yelp
HH is a local staple with great daily specials, fresh salads and yummy bakery. My personal favorites are their macarons and Hobbit grilled cheese.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place. We walked in and I thought the decor was a little dingy and didn't "flow" it clashes. It would be great antiques, cloth or no table cloth instead of plastic. They really can make it super cute and elegant or spruce it up like a high tea establishment. Our waitress was Ashlyn. She was slow and not friendly. My order came with 2 sides. One option was toast so I asked for a slice of toasted raisin bread, she said "you can't get that" ummm does she understand that people are there to buy food, but ok I guess I'll get yogurt. Then we never got refills and it took 20 minutes to order. People who came in after us were leaving and we were just starting to eat. We finally got our food. The French toast casserole was hard and dry on the outside and the middle was not cooked, it had raw egg and slimy in the middle. Thank goodness for Pamela! She came to the rescue, she was so nice and friendly. She made us feel welcome and got us refills on our drinks and took time to listen and apologize. The quiche was delicious just not a very big slice, a little in the small side. Pamela and the quiche is the reason they got 2 stars

Yelp
Good and service is always fantastic. That's why there is always a wait. Weekly specials include one of their many yummy desserts for a price you can't beat. If you have a little one be sure to ask for a tea party. They will bring their choice of drink in a little teapot for a little tea party. It is precious Servers and owner always friendly and helpful. Be sure to take some cookies home with you or you will regret it! Local favorite

Yelp
It is a very quant place and everyone is very friendly. My husband and I don't get here often but we like making a point to stop by on our way home back to Fort Worth. Everything I have had is very tasty. I recommend.

Yelp
Went here for lunch, had the Rueben sandwich Was really nice, had a pickle n some chips. Unfortunately the chips were soft, bag must of had a hole in it. Overall I enjoyed the experience and I will be going back They have a lovely confectionery area and you can't help wanting to try one of the many delights on offer.

Yelp
Thank You for the great takeout yesterday! It made our day if insanity go much smoother. The King Ranch special was great. You are the only establishment that can rival my aunt's.(when she makes it.) I guarantee that the hubby and I will be back at some point. To those that have not come into Harmony House for a meal, this is definitely one to add to your dining bucket list for lunch. It is a great establishment for comfort food done right.

Donald S.

Yelp
Great place for a light meal, located in a converted house. Probably functions more as a bakery than a restaurant. well worth a visit.

Lynne S.

Yelp
We came here, an hour before the posted closing time, for lunch. When we went to the door, it was locked. We called and asked if they were open & we were told they were. When we said we couldn't get in because the door was locked, she put us on hold. Then she came back and said "we decided to close early." TERRIBLE business practice!

Yelp
This is a very unique must try while as a local or a Muskogee visitor! The menu itself is unique. Also there are daily Monday-Friday specials, and festive teas. Desserts and cookies you can order (cakes and cookie orders) to go too. This is one of our favorite stops, it usually is busy, and a good reason too. Soup, sandwiches, salads, and the specials -give them a try!!

Janet D.

Yelp
Cute old house with "shabby chic" decor. Service & food were both very good. If you like interesting, local restaurants over the chains you should try Harmony House.
google avatar

Maggie K.

Yelp
Took our family here on a recent trip to Oklahoma. An old house turned into a restaurant. Very nicely decorated. All of our meals were delicious. Service was excellent and their bakery goods are well...yum. You pay your bill in the bakery so you can't leave without an additional purchase of something sweet. Great marketing! Will be back for sure on our next visit!
google avatar

Brittni P.

Yelp
This is such an adorable place! It seems to be very popular among the town as it has always been busy when we come, regardless of day or time. Though we've had to wait for a table each time, it's always been pretty quick and we've never been disappointed. Both times I've gotten the half Neiman Chicken Salad sandwich and either cup of pasta salad or cup of baked potato soup. Both times the food was delicious! Our servers were so nice each time! Definitely recommend this place for lunch, please don't be deterred due to the wait, it's worth it!
google avatar

Yelp
I took some business clients there on a Monday hoping for a nice, quiet meal. It was too busy to have an enjoyable lunch. I was embarrassed at the noise level and the inattentive service. Wouldn't recommend nor will I be going back. Food critique: So-so, at best.

Janet F.

Yelp
Great home made food. The bread is amazing and it is cooked fresh. The desserts are the best!

Kimbelee W.

Yelp
The service and food were outstanding. We had the Brussel sprouts, Chickpea and Buckwheat dumplings, chicken piccata and chicken pot pie. It was all delicious. I'm a vegan and one in out party has a soy allergy. They made sure our food was prepared properly and told us the chef would prepare it special for us! Will definitely go back!
google avatar

Sheila R.

Yelp
Food was Great! Was an amazing lunch stop! Make this your lunch stop. Staff was great!

Kim S.

Yelp
Nicely decorated but the food is way too expensive for what you get and not very tasty. The $3.75 cupcakes were several days old. If you need a little bowl of soup or a bla sandwich it's ok. I wouldn't eat here again. $14 for a chicken salad sandwich with enough chicken salad to only fill half a sandwich and an old cupcake and water. Presentation isn't everything after all!
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
Fridays special is my ABSOLUTE favorite thing, the taco soup is to die for and the bakery is awesome, I have not once had a bad dessert there.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped for lunch and road trip snacks to go. The toasted pimento cheese was good but the chicken salad was even better. Freshest cupcake ever. Delicious sweets and all was good!

Yelp
Good food, charming atmosphere, and helpful staff. Definitely recommend! Great place to grab lunch at a local establishment.

Yelp
The unique location is an old home with a lot of food to choose from! The food is good, wonderful bakery with countless dessert options and a very friendly staff.

Sarah H.

Yelp
Everything is phenomenal! Made from scratch food with different specials. Don't forget to grab some extra cookies for later!

Yelp
So happy we were able to dine in here for lunch today! I got my usual (have to EVERY time) Beths Grilled Chicken Pita with honey sauce..so good!! And took 2 dozen cookies to go. Love this place!

Jeffrey H.

Yelp
great lunch place even though its a bit off main roads tomato soup was really tasty pimento cheese sandwich great grilled on herb bread chocolate cookies for dessert reasonably priced

Mikel H.

Yelp
Love the menu here! This is a great place to get some local favorites, like Beth's favorite or king ranch chicken. The burgers are really good, too!
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped here on the way to Tulsa. Cute, quaint, very friendly staff. The food was excellent. My chicken salad wasn't fancy but very yummy. The Elvis bread pudding was excellent!
google avatar

Allison G.

Yelp
My favorite place in town to eat lunch! The specials are all fabulous. The monday chicken Swiss is my favorite special and Katy's creation is my normal order. The bakery items are all delicious.

Iva O.

Yelp
I love harmony house. I go in order the daily special so I can get a dessert. Their dessert case is amazing. I love to dine in to get that harmony house experience.
google avatar

Yelp
I've come to Harmony House plenty of times, as it's kind of a go-to spot for old friends when I come to town, and it's like a little bite of home. Yes, it is an actual house that has been turned into a small but very popular restaurant. My usual is the pick two special with Beth's Chicken Sandwich and a cup of tortilla soup. Everything is always made fresh, I see like twenty people I know in here each time, and their bakery is absolutely great. Go to the bakery! Don't like baked goods? Go anyway--totally worth it!
google avatar

Mindi A.

Yelp
What a cute spot! They converted an old home into a restaurant and bakery, complete with drive-up window around back. Most of the tables are small, able to seat 2-4 people. I only saw 1 table with 6 people. They have daily lunch specials alongside their standard menu. The soup of the day was potato and I was able to order a half sandwich with a cup of the soup. The soup was perfect! Not too rich like some potato soups, but with plenty of flavor. The chicken sandwich was also flavorful. Do not leave Harmony House without getting something from the bakery! I ordered their special Elvis Bread Pudding (spice bread, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce) and just loved it!! The cupcakes looked delectable, though I did not try any. The bakery is on the back side of the house and is where you pay for your meal. Eat here, you won't regret it!

Yelp
This is where the ladies of Muskogee meet for lunch. A nice selection of dishes, a friendly staff, and some pretty good food. I'll be stopping in on my way through next time. It's not right on 69, but worth the short detour.

Yelp
Harmony House is a nice, homey spot to grab a decent lunch at a decent price. We were traveling and wants to find an alternative to the chains lining the highway. Harmony House is, indeed, in an old house. The dining room is in the front of the house and a bakery in the rear. It's very comfortable and charming. The waitress was very friendly and talkative and the service was good. We all had either a cup or bowl of the soup of the day, which was tortilla soup. It was very good, a nice amount of spice. One of our party didn't like that he chicken in the soup was shredded than chunks. The accompanying clover rolls were excellent. I also had a half sandwich of pimento cheese on wheat. The menu offers lots of options for toppings but I like mine plain so the pimento cheese has to stand on its own. It was very good. My wife had the lunch special, which was king ranch chicken. She said it was good and similarly spiced as the tortilla soup. The special also includes dessert. She got the vanilla Valentine cupcake, which was on the small side (but good for a punch time dessert) and tasted good. All in all, it was a nice lunch at a reasonable price.

Lindsay D.

Yelp
Very good hidden gem of the town. Amazing specials and salads. The bakery is delicious.
google avatar

Kerri M.

Yelp
Our go-to spot for lunch when we are in town. Don't leave without some lemon crinkle cookies. The best.
google avatar

James M.

Yelp
Great little quaint old house restaurant with a bakery as well. I liked the Reuben a lot, but my dad's open faced roast beef sandwich (Kate's Special?) took the cake! Good cookies in the front at the bakery.
google avatar

Angela W.

Yelp
Went to lunch with one vegetarian and two meat eaters. The restaurant is in a former house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a 3 star for the vegetarian because there were few choices that were freshly made. There was a veggie burger from the freezer. The two meat eaters voted 4 stars. The hamburger and fries were fresh and yummy. The daily special with moist chicken and soup was also a winner. The bread pudding was shared by all three. It was moist with raisins and the perfect ending to lunch. We also took a strawberry cupcake, from the bakery, to go.

Valerie R.

Yelp
Too many good things to say about this lovely place! Food, service, wait staff, prices, atmosphere were all great!
google avatar

Mark Z.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with a home feeling. Bright colored walls, attentive and caring service. Simple but unique menu that is packed with flavor. Pastries are very tasty and made fresh. I really enjoyed the environment.

Hilary J.

Yelp
It was so good, good atmosphere and a fantastic waiter! He explained everything, gave recommendations and when he realized it was our first time there, he brought a sample of the bread pudding. Which was also amazing!
google avatar

Megan K.

Yelp
Super cute and welcoming. Free cookie samples! And amazing lemon bars. Would definitely recommend the quiche if you're looking for more of a meal. You get a lot of food for your buck so I think it's worth it. The one disappointment was the brewed coffee, a but watered down. But the service and food is all A+

Jimmy K.

Yelp
Don't know what makes this place special but they really hit the nail on the head. Great apricot tea, great cookies. Their PBJ jelly is strangely better than any PBJ I've ever made myself. Idk Suggestion show up on Wednesday and get the chicken tetrazzini. It's freaking good!

Liz B.

Yelp
What a cute and unexpected find. My husband and I stopped here on our way to some friends house. Wait staff was friendly and attentive as were all other employees we encountered. I chose the summer chicken salad and the hubby had the club sandwich. Both were delicious. The bread was super fresh and the salad was to die for. I will say the honey mayo in the summer salad was a bit sweet but still oh so good. They had a plate in the middle of the table with a sampling of their cookies. My favorite was the lemon and hubs loved the PB. Needless to say we took a pack to our friends as a thank you gift for hosting us. We will return the next time we are passing through and you should too!
google avatar

Maria A.

Yelp
Loved the lemon squares and the tuna wrap! Not too impressed with the open face roast beef sandwich or the traditional burger tho, not anythinf i would crave for again. Quaint spot to visit
