The minimalist space was thought of as an art gallery with white walls and light grey waxed concrete floors, in addition to intense neon lighting. Color monochromes are used as canvases for the clothing racks and counters, while the presentation cubes display folded garments as sculptures.

They still owe me 65Euros for a trouser that I paid for and for which no delivery has been made. It's been more than two months since my order. They write back nice and charming Emails with a lot of excuses, but refuse to act. I really cannot recommend the online shopping. Especially if they just steal your money and don't stand by their word.

Not sure what the story is but this brand is missing something on the communication side. I purchased some jeans in a style I already owned and found the sizing to be off by 2 sizes. I sent them back and received refund 10+ emails and later. If I would t have inquired, the refund would most likely never have come. It seems that every email is answered with what do you want and any further replies are ignored. When inquiring about sizing to avoid ordering and having to return again, the reply was again something like what do you want. I really hope they can work out these problems as the design and quality of the clothing are really nice for the price point.

A while back I visited clothes on this website. I returned most of my order because it did not meet my requirements. My return package arrived on September 29, but I still have not received any money. Phone and emails are not answered. I hope to get my money back in another way, but I'm afraid I won't see anything back. I would not recommend anyone to order clothes from this company.

I ordered one month ago, i sent 10 emails and no one replies. I paid $300 AUD and still no update on my parcel which is still in paris and has not left to australia sydney.. bad service, no communication with customers... i dont mind waiting but you guys provide no reply and no responses to customers with any update. can I have some sort of update on when I can recieve my two hoddies i ordered please.. #6088

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and you will save lots of time and nerves! They have a strategy how to get more money from people by sending them incorrect size clothing, which you obviously have to return back. And instead of making a refund after a week or two, they are not intending to make it at all. Although in their emails they are writing that they will - they only postpone doing it. Only if you start serious conversation, making complaints via bank and Paypal and also hire a lawyer - ONLY THEN they will proceed to make a refund for you. I waited for more than 1,3 month to get a refund. Please avoid and don't waste time with this pathetic company!

The stock itself is pretty fly. However the communication is really poor. I purchased an item from harmony and unfortunately they sent me the wrong item. I tried to get into contact with them through email and calling their number directly up to 10 times with no progress. They have still not replied to any of my contact :(

No communication, I am still waiting for them to reply to me in regards to my order which has not been sent. 3 hoodies + 1 t-shirt. They say 48 hours delivery, its going on to the second week now -- no delivery and no reply from their end.

Your product is terrible. I bought pants there and they broke the same day. When I came back I showed them to a really bad educated French guy that told me he couldn't do anything. I send messages to your customers service but you only offered 30% discount! A couple of days ago after trying to talk to you I bought another pair of pants and I gave them as a gift to my bf and THEY BROKE. You don't worth anyone's time or money.
