This is my experience.
We were welcomed by a truly breathtaking landscape, the view from the hotel is spectacular and undoubtedly its greatest asset. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect the same level of excellence. We were charged €740 for one night, yet upon arrival, there wasn’t even a bottle of water by the bedside, no welcome gesture, no sign of care.
To make things worse, the sauna hadn’t been turned on, even though we had clearly communicated our arrival time in advance. The hot tub had been turned on and was very hot, unfortunately it was dirty and full of flies and we didn't have the courage to use it.
And the towels smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been properly washed or aired, an unpleasant detail that further highlighted the overall lack of attention.
These may seem like small things, but they add up to an unmistakable impression: hospitality is clearly not a priority for the owners of this hotel.
With such a high price point, we expected not only a beautiful location, but also a level of service and care to match. Sadly, we left feeling underwhelmed and unwelcome.
