We didn’t eat there this time, but we’ve eaten there plenty of times in the past and it has always been fabulous. So fun, the food is great drinks are good but usually the music is the entertainment and that’s why I love this place. they have awesome local bands and Their House band is fantastic. Today we had a great experience with the band called last train to Juarez. We really enjoyed our day. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Theres no better place to experience the Steelers outside of 3 rivers stadium. Have a Ben Roethlis-buger medium rare and enjoy all the friendly people and great staff. Be ready to be huggged and high fived by perfect strangers when the Steelers score. Sing along with the polka fight songs. Have a blast.

I was here mid-afternoon on a Friday. Service was meh until she was done cashing out, and the new crew came in, but I was leaving by then. Instead of asking if I'd like another drink, it was more of a priority to check messages, and that was right in front of me. She had already checked out, although she hadn't punched out. Go somewhere else if you're going to completely ignore me, texting. I sat at the bar, and she was right there in front of me, facing the other way. I waited awhile while she took care of the patrons on each side of me, but wasn't too interested in helping me. They were obviously regulars, but to skip me while I'm sitting right in the middle, no extra chairs, was bad service, It took awhile just to be acknowledged and it took so long to ask if I wanted to order food that I decided to just do an appetizer as I'm sure both would've come out at the same time if I also ordered an entree. It was the end of her shift, and I really got the end of the shift service. Once she was gone I was able to get a drink refill and was treated like I was there. Go take a look at my picture, Am I so hideous that I don't deserve good service? If so, put a sign at the front, "Ugly people will be served, but only after all the beautiful people. Sincerely, Mgmt." I only had the potato skins. The potato part was great with no raw potato, but they could've dispersed the toppings evenly and a little more generously. You can tell where they started to put the toppings on and which one was last. Would you make a pizza by putting all the toppings in the center and not evenly distribute said toppings? An extra 10 seconds of effort would've made them perfect Since I had so much time to myself and was right in front of the margarita handle, I noticed that the handle is absolutely filthy. More than a few shifts worth of dirt buildup. Could've cleaned that up in the amount of time it takes to... send a text. I'll go back. It's not my first time there but it's the first time I've sat at the bar alone. I've left a positive review on my other account which was 5 stars. It was a great place every other time. This time, though, the service was insulting, to say the least, and the handle was nasty. It leaves one to wonder that things out of sight might even be worse? There's no excuse for a dirty handle, especially if there's time to text. I'm writing this hoping that it is t aken seriously and other customers aren't treated like this as I'm sure it's a rare event. You have a great place, and the service energy should match that, even if it's during a shift change. No steps of service were followed. No welcome, no intro, no suggestions, no interaction, no "thank you", just a long wait. Until we meet again.

Great food and friendly environment. It seems this is a local hangout which says a lot. I had the chicken fried steak which was excellent. Tender meat with a light and crispy crust. Smothered in white cream gravy and real mashed potato's. Entrees come with soup or salad. I opted for the soup which was cream of mushroom and was very tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Have come several times for breakfast which was excellent.

Saw the place on Fox 10 news and tried them out for breakfast. Ordered a breakfast burrito and it was the best burrito I've had in a long time. Service was great. Staff very friendly. Will go back again for lunch and dinner. Will recommend to all.my friends.

Atmosphere was great. Place was exactly as advertised. Food was decent, BBQ was the best thing on the menu in my opinion. Dancing was fun, and the coach (I wish I could remember his name) was great. This is not a negative in my opinion. The only thing I would say that I was not expecting is how loud it was. Our party was two tables and we could not hear anyone further than two chairs away (we were yelling). Again, not a negative. It was fun. Considering how big and crowded the place was I thought the service was good. Bathrooms were....see previous comment. Thanks!

Well butter my biscuits and call me a cowboy, Harold's Cave Creek Corral is the real deal! From the moment I moseyed on in, I knew I was in for a good ol' time. The ambiance is so authentically Western, I half-expected a tumbleweed to roll past my table (it didn't, but a friendly server did, which was even better!). The food? Let me tell ya, it was tastier than a gold strike! I reckon my tastebuds did a little jig with every bite. And the folks there, both staff and fellow patrons, were friendlier than a Golden Retriever with a new tennis ball. It felt like walking into a saloon where everybody knows your name, even if they've never seen your dusty boots before. The decor is a hoot – I spent a good while just admiring all the bits and bobs that give it that true cowboy charm. And the live music? It had my toes tappin' and my spurs (if I'd been wearing any) jinglin'. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to shout "Yeehaw!" even if you're usually the quiet type. If you're looking for a genuine slice of the Wild West with great grub, toe-tappin' tunes, and a vibe that'll make you feel like you've stepped onto a movie set (but with much better food), then saddle up and head to Harold's. You won't regret it, partner! This place is a true Cave Creek gem. Five stars brighter than a desert night sky!

Me and my friend and his mom were there for the concert for rodney adkins. We came in to eat hours before the show started. We brought some drinks in we intended to have after we ate while we waited in line to get in but once we sat down some lady came and confiscated them. I felt like I was 3 being scolded by my mom. Like we are not allowed to have water. We hadn't even pulled them out when we sat down. They were only intended to be consumed when we left to wait in line. But I guess that wasnt allowed. I must have missed that on the rules and regulations page. The food was ok for bar food. The event wasnt organized no one knew where to go to line up to get in for the show. We had to walk around the building cause we didn't know where we were supposed to line up. They had 2 lines which people had no idea where they were supposed to stand. Again poor planning and poor communication. But once they had people get through the vip line they ended up merging them into the ga line which was stupid and defeated the purpose of having 2 lines. That was just crazy to have people cut into another line in front of other people. Once we got in they has sections off for vip which ok great. But the security allowed people to stand in front of the entrance to that area which was difficult for wait staff to get in and out of there. If your gonna have wait staff bringing food and drinks through there then you need to have an entrance thats not allowed to be blocked off by patrons. It was poorly executed and planned out. I have been to many events and concerts and this was the worst way to execute a show. I definitely wont come back here not to eat or for a concert. Next time you should be informing staff and making signs showing where people are supposed to go for the concert separately from the restaurant/ bar. It helps w the confusion when asking staff where we are supposed to go.

We wanted to sit in an air conditioned spot after being outside for 2 hours. Harold's Corral is usually busy in the evenings. During lunch not so much. There were only a few customers. I got a bowl of free popcorn while I was waiting for my friend. We got seated and decided to share a sammy and fries. I just wanted the fries! Service was quick and the fries were yummy. They hit the spot. Live music on the weekends. Dance if you want! There is indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of outdoor parking on their site.

Harold's Corral was my first stop after getting in from the airport for a few days of golf. I like to order local beers when traveling and had a Kiln Lifter local draft. It is a locally brewed brown ale with a slight bourbon finish. It was delicious!! For lunch, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado. I was trying to get my veggies and asked for lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. The bartender said it was on the side. I think she meant it was a garnish since it was on the side with cole slaw on it. The sandwich was very short on chicken and the cole slaw was very sweet, almost like they used sugar water on cut cabbage. The meal was ok and the bartender didn't seem too interested in conversation. Harold's is probably a fun bar for locals and the golfing crowd, but not somewhere I'd recommend.

Harold's: From Heavenly Wings to Hell in a Handbasket There was a time -- a glorious, finger-lickin', napkin-destroying time -- when Harold's was the crown jewel of my lunch hour. For eight solid years, Harold's was the place my taste buds wrote love letters about: crispy, juicy chicken wings and service so good you'd think they were gunning for sainthood. But yesterday? Yesterday was the funeral for all those beautiful memories. I rolled into Harold's with my girlfriend and business partner, ready to unleash a chicken wing demolition derby on our plates. We ordered our beloved spicy wings, stomachs growling like we hadn't seen food since the Great Depression. And what did we get? Chicken wings that looked like they had survived the Dust Bowl. Dry. Brown. Flavorless. These wings weren't spicy -- they were in witness protection. They were so bad we genuinely considered filing a missing persons report for the taste. Normally, my buddy and I would inhale one plate and order another faster than you can say "extra ranch." This time? We couldn't even finish one sad, dusty platter. But wait, it gets better! The only thing drier than the wings was the attitude of the young brunette manning the outdoor bar. I came for wings, not to be scolded like a delinquent teenager just for trying to order a beer while standing -- at a bar, of all places. Last I checked, standing and drinking is half the reason bars even exist. Turns out, my friend broke the tragic news: Harold's got sold about a month ago. Well, that explains it. Harold's went from "Best Wings in Town" to "Please Don't Make Me Eat Another Bite" faster than you can say "under new management." It's like buying a Ferrari, but when you get behind the wheel, it drives like a rusted shopping cart with a flat tire. Sadly, Harold's is off the roster. From here on out, I'll be lighting a candle in memory of what once was -- a sacred place where wings reigned supreme and customers weren't treated like contestants on Survivor: Harold's Edition. Goodbye, old friend. We had a good run. Rest in Greasy, Spicy.

I really enjoyed my time at Harolds on Friday night. The staff are amazing, so friendly, and had good service. It was my first time here and I was surprised at how cool and awesome the atmosphere is here dining and on the dance floor, and it is a direct reflection of their staff. Food was tasty, and beer was a great price and tasty. Ill be back..

Eaten here a few times. This time had the fish & chips for Good Friday . Was delicious. Service was provided by a very busy elderly waitress. Although she told us initially, how busy she was, she provided great service. Love the ambiance. Very age diverse crowd.

Super fun Arizona/cowboy/western themed atmosphere in a great western themed restaurant & bar. Large menu of food & drink with lots of choices for everyone, and lots of draft beers on tap. They have a really nice outdoor area with side bar, that frequently hosts special concerts & events. Parking is mostly dirt lot and crazy, and the restaurant/bar area can be very loud, making for difficult conversation and socializing. Another thing that bothered me was the number of older customers (most were clearly locals) that were sucking up a seat at the bar for literally hours to have a drink...so get there early or be prepared to stand. Last comment, menu prices are a bit steep but limited dail specials are available (see photos).

Sat in the bar with our family tonight. We had the best waitress! She didn't write one thing down and got everything perfect! Missed nothing. Food delivery was prompt and especially hot. Our cocktails kept flowing regularly! I really like their fries here. Their ranch dressing is world class! They had a band start (Wednesday night acoustic). It wasn't too loud and the music was good. A little James Taylor, Van Morrison, etc. Good variety during dinner time.

Harold's is a must! Superb menu to choose from. We like it for breakfast as well as dinner.

Great breakfast! The server was attentive, never needing to ask for coffee refills! We ordered and had our food in just a few minutes, fresh and hot off the grill. Lots of friendly folks.

The ambience is relaxing for a quick bite for lunch. The old fashion's were yummy! Service was really good as well.

Came for lunch. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Appetizer and loved it. It's definitely shareable and huge. Perfectly crispy crust. I love a good thin crust pizza. They bring you sour cream and salsa on the side. If I lived here this would be my go to meal at this restaurant. Hubby ordered a burger, medium. It was overcooked but we didn't send it back. Hence the four stars. He lived the fries that came with the burger. I also ordered sweet potato fries and they were actually waffle fries as a side. I prefer regular SP fries. It was a huge plate though. Easily shared. A little undercooked so maybe ask for them extra crispy. They come with a fabulous homemade ranch! All in all I really enjoyed my meal.

It ain't fancy. It ain't gourmet. It ain't expensive. Best to go during the week, as tourists infect the place on the weekend.

Our routine stop in Cave Creek. The food is always good, and the place seems to always be busy. A good country western vibe, it fits the feeling of the city.

There's so many solid options, especially on Taco Tuesday, to choose from and the kitchen consistently delivers! If you're in Cave Creek, get it on over to Harold's!

My friends have been talking up this place and last night I decided to stop in and boy was my experience terrible. I went down to the bar by the patio to get a drink and one of the young female bartenders( not the pregnant one) with long brown hair was extremely rude to me. I was barely acknowledged, she was very short with me and I had to go to a different bar to get service. Hire nicer people!

Went to dinner with a couple of friends at 6:30pm on a Thursday night. There was a band playing when we walked in. We were seated about 5 tables from the dance floor which I quickly realized was not far enough away from the music. While the band was fantastic it was so loud that we had to screen at each other just to have a conversation. I don't know why the music had to be so loud as nobody was on the dance floor but next time if I am there to talk with friends and not necessarily listen to the music I will be sure to request a table further away from the music. While our server was very friendly, throughout the evening we had to hunt down our server and ask for whatever we needed whether it be to order, missing ordered items, or more drinks. I did notice that he was also serving tables on the patio but the restaurant had a lot of empty tables so it is hard to say if he was being too thin. I definitely didn't ever see him standing around. He seemed to always be bustling and hustling but nevertheless we still had to wait and it really extended our meal quite a long time. I ordered the smoked ribs but without the sauce but I avoid sugar most of the time and the ribs were really tasty. Definitely a menu item I would order again. All in all not the best experience but I will definitely give Harold's another chance and will make a different choice on the seating if there is live music.

Harold's is an awesome old time establishment! We came there with a group of guys and had an awesome time, food was great with large portions and the beers were ice cold with plenty of selection. It was a very comfortable place to sit and hangout for a while in Cave Creek and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us.

Been here many times and the food is always good. Great breakfast and nice drinks. Line dancing was super fun. We also go on our motorcycles.

Went to Harold's this beautiful Sunday morning and was denied seating outside although there were available tables because it wasn't fair to the inside servers. Then got my boring side salad with non tasty Italian dressing. What has happened to Harold's??! So many other establishments to visit in Cave Creek don't waste time on this one. It's a tourist trap gone downhill.

Seriously? I ordered a tequila with lime and I get charged for having it on the rocks? So now we're charging for ice??? Get over yourself, Harold's. Your food is meh. The music is "whatever". I'll take The Chip all day every day Get over yourself, Harold's!! (twice!)

This place is everything you need , great food , probably best burgers anywhere , large menu , all the beer you could want , great service , a super roadhouse is how I describe it . Usually I wait a few trips to post any review , this time however I forgot to post one last year on our 5th time in , now 20 times strong , I guarantee this place is a must on every level , ownership really knows what they are doing here .

We came here for AZ Bike week and my sister and I shared a half order or ribs, a loaded baked potato, sautéed garlic and spinach, and coleslaw. This place was packed but we were greeted immediately and seated at a table with great people watching. Our server was on point and very attentive as well. Our food was served promptly, hot and fresh! I need to come back for the peach cobbler. We had a great experience! Pro's: - centrally located - great customer service - food served promptly, hot, and juicy - good prices - clean restrooms - games to play outside - outdoor seating and outdoor bar - fun old west charm - they have peach cobbler Con's: - I can't think of any

We found it inviting and welcoming for tourist. The vibe was lively w/o the rowdiness; a sports bar/live music / play cornhole out on the patio kind of wonderful. We ordered the "Cam Bam" and Hangover Burgers, Steak Calzone, Margherita Pizza and Apple and Peach Cobblers for dessert (highly recommended) and were not disappointed in the least. The bill for 5 people was about the same it would be at any restaurant food chain but this was certainly more enjoyable and memorable! Highly recommended for a good time! PS Thank you to server Elizabeth for making our daughter's Birthday Dinner so special!

We went to Harold's yesterday for the first time. Traveling for an hour we got there just after 4:00 pm. We were seated immediately in a large room which had a bar to the back area. Another bar was to your left as you walked in. Our waiter came to take our drink order which was brought right away. He brought our salad and soup which was very good. The waiter took my empty salad plate and he noticed I had left my fork on the plate, I had not noticed, but he did and brought me a clean fork. He works the tables very well with no stress. The prime rib was wonderful with the creamy horseradish. This place is nicely laid back and can handle large groups of people. We will certainly be back and possibly bring others with us. Very pleased with the prices, the service atmosphere and cleanliness. No frills and that's what we like.

We went on a Saturday to an outdoor concert. Place was rocking with music inside as well as outside. Enjoyed the night. A very mixed crowd of young and old:)

We had a fantastic time dining at Harolds. The rack of ribs and the fish tacos were excellent. Although very busy, the service staff was very attentive. Our server, John did a great job watching over us. Kudos to management.

We had drinks at this place! The bar is straight out of the Urban Cowboy movie. Our waitress (Angela) had fun with us because we were visiting from NJ and she is originally from PA.

I had the best server in town ! Hands down she was excellent very kind sweet young lady , we had questions and she kindly answered them and told us how every food item on menu is hand made and very delicious we came down from Denver Colorado to visit cave creek about couple weeks ago for breakfast which we never been my wife and granddaughter and I had chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy and they were excellent very hot to enjoy so awesome she made us feel super special thanks to her .

$20 for a prime rib, baked potato and house salad is a pretty great deal, but you can see how much fat wasn't trimmed off, and the potato was self-loading which meant the cup of shredded cheese was cold straight from the fridge instead of melted over. I did enjoy the live music and back patio, although the side patio right up on the bar was pretty (cigarette) smokey. Harold's felt like a place for regulars since the bartenders seemed to know most of the customers by name, and more often than not, I heard a parting "see you tomorrow" as some of them finished their beers and left. I kind of felt a little chillier welcome as an out-of-town tourist, but service was fine.

Great food, great service. I had the Pull Pork. Did not disappoint. Will definitely go back.

Food was very mid.....service was very poor, server seemed way more interested in talking to her other tables for long periods of time, our food was sitting in the back for a long time because when I received my plate it was scalding hot and she handed it To me from across the table! I burned my hand and almost dropped my plate ! My cole slaw was warm and the burger was so dry! We came from out of town to try this place because we are huge Steeler fans! Huge disappointment!!! The place was cool and the atmosphere seemed like it could be cool, but that was not our experience! I would not waste my money or time.

One of THE places in Cave Creek. We have Pittsburgh friends that are there on most weekends for Steeler games, and I know Harold's treats them well. We met with a group of friends and kids for Friday dinner and dancing. The apps and food were great. The all you can eat fish and chips special was cooked well, and the pretzel app was a hit with everyone. The big open back patio was perfect for the kids... giving plenty of freedom to move... and it let the parents enjoy the night as well. Once the band started, we were all entertained watching the experienced dancers. Our little girls loved dancing along as we moms begged our young boys to dance with us... since the dads were all glued to watching sports on the tvs above the bar. It was a fun end to the night after dinner and drinks.

This is a local hangout. Stopped in for dinner. I had the chopped salad which tasted really good and everyone else had the meat ball sandwich. Friendly staff. Great place to watch sports and grab something to eat.

This place is a awesome place to watch a Steelers Game. It's the biggest Steelers bar West of Pitt & on game day this place Rocks. This place is family, kid & dog friendly... food good & the service is Awesome. Like a said a cool place to catch a Steelers day.

Family-owned and operated. Adorable diner with a good variety of menu choices. Homemade baked goods are a part of the daily options. Customer service was very good and the food was satisfying. A neighborhood favorite of the locals. Charming.

Harold's in Cave Creek AZ is a local favorite. We've been coming here for years. Our favorite waiter- Mason always is friendly and has a smile on his face! The food is excellent. Probably some of the best wings we've had and their Wednesday Prime Rib can't be beat! We love their breakfasts too! It gets loud when the music starts so come early if that's not your jam. Great daily specials!

I hate to give this place two stars as I really do enjoy it. I do think they have decent food and a good atmosphere.. They unfortunately allow people to smoke on the outside bar but it's attached basically to the inside bar. Arizona law specifically says you can't smoke within 20 feet of an opening to the main restaurant but they obviously don't care here. These smokers are less than a foot. Eating here with that is just gross. I now get to go home and change so I don't smell like smoke all day. I also made a complaint to the state and I'm not even that person. I don't complain to anybody, but this is ridiculous. My lunch sucked because I had to suck in second had smoke the whole time. I'll come back for a beer sometime but will not eat here.

Harolds has it all! as a PA native and Steelers Fan Harolds was one of my favorite restraunts when living in arizona. When visiting I obviously went back and brought Me Brother and Me Cousin. Their Review simple. Best-Wings-They-Have-Had-All-year WE LOVE JUMBO WINGS and harold's delivers just that - live music, line dancing, nothing but the pittsburgh steelers you want that you want to make the trip up to cave creek and experience harold's for yourself!

Lots of fun and entertainment here plus delicious food! Did call ahead and got seated right away. I ordered the meatball sub and it was amazing! Loads of homemade sauce and meatballs on the perfect hoggie roll. Hubby ordered a huge hamburger which he really enjoyed. We shared a 16oz beer and enjoyed eating it all! Service was good and the country band was excellent!

Stopped by Harolds for Happy Hour .. noticed a new item on Monday Night Specials .. Lasagna Dinner .. one of my favorites, so I ordered and it was very very good plus the generous portions were under $13 WOW .. wouldn't hesitate to watch this special to come back around again!!

Ambiance in the daytime was great. Enjoyed live music. Food was not at all what we expected and we were disappointed. Service was very good and we appreciated that. This place is super fun in the evening with live music and people watching.

Fun fun spot!! Food and service was great! Went with a group of 12, they went out of the way to accept our group! We will return!

This was a fun destination cruise. Classic cars out front, lively music and a crowded dance floor welcome all who walk through the doors. I had a delicious rib eye, and baked potato as I enjoyed watching the folks on the dance floor having a good time.

Beware of takeout, the simple problems no silverware. The real problem is getting home again to open your dinner and find it burnt to a crisp. Return to get it fixed, no care or even acknowledgement that the cooks can't well cook. Once back home for the second time. Upon opening the container with the "replacement "meal we had a surprise... same chicken fried steak, just with the burned breading scraped off. Well most of it. There was still plenty burned that they didn't scrape off. So the "new" meal was a lie and a obvious play at being deceptive. The management refunded the meal, now if I just had the last hour back.. Will contact the health department and see if they can help protect the public.
