Harriet's Rooftop

Atmosphere was amazing! Watching the city skies go dark was so magical. Tabi was a fantastic server. Recommended me the pornstar margarita, and now it’s my new favourite. Tanesha was a wonderful hostess, accommodating me without a reservation. Food was delicious! Oysters are nice and plump from PEI. Shrimp tempuras are very flavourful, teriyaki beef ribs fall off the bone, the beef jus that comes along with it is very rich and packed with flavour. Overall wonderful experience alone, couple, as a large party.

My partner took me here for my birthday and our server Tabi was so friendly and sweet. She made some great recommendations for the food and drink options (we didn’t get any drinks though). She was able to describe the food options in detail, which we really appreciated. Everything tasted great, and there was a complimentary dessert for my birthday! The views really does make up for the experience as well, and I love that a live DJ came in as well. It seems like a great area to host a small event too. Overall, amazing food, atmosphere, and experience!

Beautiful space, there’s a view of the CN tower and seating is comfortably spaced apart. Food and drinks here are on the pricier side and average tasting, you’re really coming here more for the vibes and view. Service was consistent and friendly, reservations probably recommended for the better seating that has a view. There’s a happy hour until 7pm that includes food and drink options.

The view is stunning, the food and wine were delicious! I loved that we were seated on the couches; it was super comfy and amazing as we shared wine and little apps and sushi rolls. Totally vibey with a really fun dj and music too!

I was in town on a random Wednesday evening and fancied a casual drink after dinner. Found this bar on maps and thought to give it a try. We arrived after 9pm so they had already stopped serving food. At that point we were able to sit/stand anywhere we wanted. I really appreciated that all the staff were so friendly when i asked them questions. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and even made us some cocktails that weren’t on the menu. The live singer really set the vibe. At the end of the night he gathered a small crowd that sang along to his last song. Overall, we had a great experience. I find that rooftop bars sometimes have a snobby atmosphere which i dislike, but this place wasn’t like that at all.

I had a really great experience here! The views were absolutely stunning and made the atmosphere so special. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole visit. Everything came together perfectly, and I truly enjoyed my time. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Sushi is great btw !

We had such an amazing experience at Harriet’s. The food and drinks were incredible but what truly made the night special was our waitress, Tabi. She was so sweet, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our entire group felt taken care of, especially as we were celebrating my friend’s birthday. She made the evening feel effortless and special from start to finish. Harriet’s is such a great restaurant. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, the views are absolutely insane and everything we ordered was delicious! It’s the kind of place you want to linger, enjoy the moment and come back to again. Huge thank you to Tabi and the whole team for such a memorable night. :)

We visited Harriet’s to celebrate a family occasion and wanted it to be memorable, and Harriet’s Rooftop did not disappoint. We had reserved a time slot for dusk - and the entire experience of transition from lovely sunlit external/skyline views - turning highlighting nicely done interiors of the place to life. (They reserve tables for 2 hour slots and thus choose wisely based on your requirements). Our server was quite helpful in choosing cocktails, which were both great looking and balanced taste. We ordered small plates/ appetizers for food - Shishito peppers, Veggie Rolls, Tempura etc. - really liked the presentation and tasted quite well too. Place is slightly pricey, but well worth the experience.

You don't need to be on the high rise buildings to get an amazing view in Toronto! We enjoyed one of the most awesome Toronto night views at Harriet's rooftop. Reserved a table for celebrating my husband's birthday. All tables have great view :) There are some public parking lots and GreenP is nearby. So parking in the city is sorted. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered veg spicy avocado roll, edamame, mushroom gyoza and cocktails. Everything was great! Crew was professional and friendly. We enjoyed our long awaited date night here. Highly recommend to everyone.

A 10 minute uber ride from our hotel, this trendy rooftop bar has a mix of cool cocktails and Asian fusion small plates. Located in 1 Hotel Toronto, the SOHO vibe is alive and well here. I booked for 5 on open table, we arrived on time and we were ushered to our covered patio seats. My pet peeve kicked into high gear when we were immediately reminded by the greeter at the check in desk that we have only 2 hours to eat. First off, it was a Saturday at 7pm there were a lot of available tables for the duration of our visit, there was no necessity to mention the time restriction. We ordered a lot of dishes, too many to list, they were tasty but not amazing. Drinks were good and the table server was excellent. I understand the patio cover is retracted when it's a little warmer, the views were terrific. Our group rated overall experience a 3.5 but I'm giving a 4 star.

View | Happy Hour | veggie roll View - From a high vantage point, Harriet offers a stunning vista of the cityscape. Surrounding tall buildings create a breathtaking panorama, showcasing a diverse range of architectural styles from all over the city. The central location provides an excellent view of the varied and impressive city skyline. Happy Hour - The happy hour menu at Harriet is truly fantastic. The value is great because it essentially cuts the prices of many dishes in half. If you have the opportunity to visit during their happy hour window, we highly recommend it. Veggie Roll - The veggie rolls were truly exceptional - crispy, flavorful, and delicious. The dish consisted of 8 to 10 rolls, making it perfect for sharing as an appetizer between Monica and me. were so good we got two orders. Pro tip: The GPS location may not lead you directly to the restaurant. The restaurant is located inside a hotel, so you should head to the front of the hotel and take the elevator to the top floor to reach the restaurant. Pro tip: They have the ability to close off the outdoor area using a glass enclosure, making it weatherproof. This means that even if it rains, you can still enjoy the stunning view of the city without any worries about the weather.

Enjoyed a light meal here. Didn't expect it to be light but it was due to the tapas style. That said do not come here when you're really hungry. Menu is limited. We were told it changed often. I'm not really a fan of restaurants do that because the items seen reviews are often no longer on the menu.... which was exactly the case this time. Overall food was pretty good. I recommend the fish taco appetizer. You'll need multiple orders if you need me than two. Prices were moderate. Service was good. View was not as expected but still a cute spot with a good vibe.

So back in July of 2024 we decided to take a trip to Toronto. What a beautiful city! We ended our trip at a rooftop restaurant recommended to us by our Lyft driver. Harriet's Rooftop is everything! You enter in through the 1 Hotel and go to the 16th floor. There you will find this gorgeous restaurant with great city views. We sat down at this beautiful booth adorned with soft pillows. Very comfortable seating. We were there for Happy Hour. The drinks were beautiful and tasty and the food was very good. We ordered sushi rolls, chicken sliders, ceviche and drinks. Please see the pictures. This place is a must if you are in the Toronto area.

My plan to grow a spectacular sunset from this rooftop bar was extremely disappointing Lots of cranes and construction and obstructed views. Add a DJ that's not my style. It looked so promising. Do not recommend for sunset

Picture perfect spot for sunset, they even have a row of seating under the pool that gives first row view of sunset over the skyline. Not came for drinks but they also have restaurant service though it felt cramped for that. It's on top of the 1 Hotel which also has a very nice lobby bar/restaurant. Very moody and nature inspired. Definitely a trendy spot.

Harriet's has an amazing view of downtown Toronto. You can take pictures with the CN Tower in the background. We came here on a weekend and the rooftop had great vibes with a live DJ. Thankfully we were seated right away without a reservation. The service was hit or miss, though. It would take several minutes to find a server and flag them down but they were helpful once we were attended to. I ordered the purple rain and it was one of the most aesthetic cocktails I've seen. It was sweet and you could barely taste the alcohol. The prosecco adds a nice touch, too. The two rolls we ordered were the Truffle Scallop and the H-Roll. I'm a big fan of truffle but even the truffle paste dolloped on top of each roll was starting to get overwhelming. The H-Roll was delicious and has a kick of spice at the end from the spicy aioli sauce. We ordered the miso glazed cauliflower as an appetizer but it ended up coming after the rolls. I liked picking at the pomegranate seeds. Food and drinks are pretty pricy here but you're definitely paying for the ambience, too. I'd say it's worth a visit if you're visiting Toronto and looking for a nice rooftop bar.

We had only 48 hours in Toronto so of course I had to check out some cool rooftops before we left. The only one I knew of was Bisha Hotel/Kost, but after doing some research I found out about Harriet's Rooftop. My party and I went to Kost first and they were just in love with the views, drinks, and bites. I convinced them to check out Harriet's for a different view and scene, not really knowing what to expect either. I called prior to see if we can even get in without a reservation. The lady on the phone was so sweet and kind and said if we get there before 9pm, we'll be able to at least get in and stand by the bar, otherwise it's a gamble. I gathered the troops and we made it by 8:45pm. We walked in and there was a wedding reception going on on the right, but the left side was full of greenery! Got to the rooftop and everyone's jaws dropped. My entire party thought the views and the pool were immaculate and I definitely agree. The vibes here were amazing! Luckily we were able to get a sunset and nighttime view here. The changing colors in the pool was the perfect touch. The only downside and reason for 1 less star is the lack of space to stand. There was barely any room by the bar without people and servers walking by. And the same with standing behind the pool. At this point it might've been better to get a reservation so we at least had a table to sit at. I got the espresso martini which was great! And reasonably priced for a rooftop bar like this. I would definitely recommend going to Harriet's for the nighttime view!

Such a cute rooftop and you're able to see a great view of Toronto. Music was good and it was a nice mix of people there

We just were at this spot for an incredible event. The food and the service and the vibe were truly great. Manager FATIH and his staff were perfect. They were super Friendly and nice and letting us know about the food we were eating with such enthusiasm. Then the view was so amazing adding to the overall experience of dining here. Thank you HARRIET wherever and whoever you are. The short ribs on a skewer and the tempura shrimp were my favorites!!!!!!!!! This made my TIFF experience the best!! Shout out to manager FATIH.

I was a bit surprised by how much I enjoyed my brunch here. Maybe I was just expecting a standard Western brunch menu, but instead found the likes of a chicken katsu sandwich, bento box, sushi rolls, octopus hush puppies, and an absolutely fantastic french toast here. Our group loved the sushi so much we ordered seconds-- specifically the scallop roll. We had a table overlooking a gorgeous view, and a really positive and friendly server. We stayed at the 1 Hotel on this trip so it was a convenient trip up the elevator, and we even received a voucher because our hote suite we booked wasn't ready until over 2 hours after the stated check in time. It was a great way to cap off a weekend in Toronto.

My sister and I came here before the Taylor Swift concert and it was perfect! They had a DJ playing all her music and the ambiance was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely go back!!

On a sunny day, sitting down on the roof patio is like walking into a secret garden with epic views of downtown Toronto. Great spot to take tourists or have a casual business meeting. They have a neat little rooftop infinity pool in summer. Drinks are pretty good and while the prices are expensive ($20 cocktails, $15-20 for a glass of wine), it is generally in line with other fancy bars in the area. The evening crowd leans a bit more towards the 'pretentious' types - think Instagram models and trust fund bros - something to be aware of if you're looking for a more casual vibe. Service can be a bit spotty, especially when it gets more crowded.

I only came in here for a drink after we had dinner at 1 kitchen. I used to love this place to party but love that it's turned into a move mature bar space. The views of the city are still the most magical!

Harriet's is fun! Cool views, chic ambiance, okay drinks, tasty snacks (loved the shrimp). Pretty much everything you want in a rooftop bar vibe. Good times.

We came during a special event weekend and had the Caribana menu, so I think our experience will be different than most. But their food is so thoughtfully prepared and flavorful. The service is incredible. And the views are so fun! Definitely worth a try, and if they move the black cod cakes to their everyday menu, you must give it a try!

Came for a private event at Harriet's rooftop and was left a bit disappointed. I was so excited to come to this beautiful rooftop for drinks and food but unfortunately everything was below par for our party. To start, our reservation at 9PM included an entire section of the restaurant/ rooftop. Which unfortunately was not given to our party on time, since there was another previous private party that lingered around in our designated space. Service throughout the night was lacking & slow. Many times we were left empty handed without any drinks around which is unfortunate. Food was mediocre and only served on one side of our space, many times the party goers did not even know there was food available to us. Having additional servers throughout the night would have alleviated some of these issues. Views are nice as you get the Toronto skyline and rooftop pool in your photos. Overall if there are more staff working here in the future who are more attentive I can see it being a hit!

Food was good but the service was ridiculously slow. I'm from the US so i'm not sure if it's just a Canadian thing but I did not enjoy waiting 30 minutes for food. If I knew it would've been like that I would've gone somewhere else.

Amazing evening at Harriet's! From the food to the atmosphere to the service. All first class! Fun, and polished everything was spot on!! The music and the vibe were chill and swank without going overboard. Get the scallop role! Tabi our server is a gem, five star service!! Fun, informative and passionate... heck even her recommendation for Sunday brunch was perfect! (Try School) Highly recommend Harriet's!

We went for my birthday dinner my boyfriend made a reservation for weeks in advance only to be seated at the worst excuse of an overflow table I've ever seen. Our table was awkwardly placed at the front of the restaurant beside ugly sliding doors that separated us from the rest of the space. My boyfriend asked if there was another table we could be moved since it was a special occasion we made reservations for weeks in advance, to which our server could not care less - didn't even say happy birthday - and told us the other booths were reserved for bigger parties. We had ordered drinks when they sat a party of 2 at one of the bigger booths near us. We were so disappointed that we asked for the bill and left. Poor service with no effort to make our experience positive that we did not want to stay for the meal. A monumental waste of my birthday evening.

Beautiful views at night. Music was a vibe, food was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Servers were very nice , patient and accommodating. My only complaint is that for my shellfish allergy I couldn't have the Chicken Karaage Sliders because they fry it in the same grease as other seafood. The only dish I could enjoy was the hummus platter and H salad which were both amazing.

First timers in Toronto. Found this place on google/tiktok. We had beautiful table for 2 on the terrace overlooking the city. The best part however was the service. Niall was a joy. He gave delicious recommendations for food and drinks. Great personality! We will definitely be back.

The vibe was amazing, especially at night. The food and drinks were a vibe. Definitely a great place for a date night or grab drinks with your friends. I also love that it's international. Went to one in Toronto - just as fun!

Lovely atmosphere. I had a couple drinks, and they were somewhat diluted. I couldn't even feel the liquor at all. I tried the crab sushi and it was "fine." This was my initial visit at Harriet's Rooftop after a long period of excitement, but I wouldn't return. Not even for beverages. I don't suggest. It's overpriced, and it wasn't even satisfying.

The service was so terrible I had to write my first ever yelp review. I had a reservation for 8:30 on a Monday. I had to wave down the one waiter working after waiting 20 mins and when I told him if we can move seats, he said I'll see what I can do. Then after another 15 mins, I see him move a couple also with terrible seats to the exact spot I asked for. Needless to say, we walked out. The only thing this place has a view, as for the food and service, terrible.

The service and the ambience was excellent. The sushi and drinks were extremely over priced. I paid $60 for one sushi roll and one mojito. They need more signage because my group had a hard time finding the entrance.

Beautiful rooftop bar with amazing skyline view. Every server was SO kind. We saw a couple get engaged outside at sunset - magicalll! The cocktails were delicious and good for both bar or sit down.

Hostess and service were absolutely wonderful! Very polite and welcoming. Upon arriving, we were told there was only seating available. Which is fine because we didn't have reservations. We ordered a drinks from the bar, I had the purple rain which was OK( I've had a better version of it at home) . My partner had a beer, can't go wrong with that. As far as the out look from the roof top, wouldn't recommend. There was a lot of construction going around from the other high-rise buildings. Nothing spectacular to look at. No water views. So, as far as the atmosphere, I would say, the patriots are very snooty!!!! Definitely a social media hot spot. (If you're looking for likes only!)

Service and vibe were 100/10 but please save your money and eat elsewhere. We got the sliders, artichoke dip and charcuterie board and were extremely unimpressed. Super overpriced and the burger meat was giving breakfast sausage vibes with no salt. Drinks were delish, and would be back for a seat at the bar only.

Completely disillusioned and disappointed in the site. We went to celebrate a birthday and the reservation was from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm, however from 10:45 pm the waitress Samantha started mentioning that we should have left the table. Samantha was completely dismissive and rude with her service. He brought things to us roughly and even poured some water on one of the people at the table. Any request for service was met with anger and contemptuous looks. Even so, they charge for a service that honestly should not be charged for people like her because it made the experience exhausting. I also saw how he looked at the women at another table and looked them up and down just as he did with the people at our table. I do not recommend the service of this site at all.

We were really excited to dine here as it was all of our first time but left disappointed with our experience. We called an hour prior to our reservation to see if we could come in earlier but was advised that the restaurant is open at 5pm. The lady's tone on the phone was very sarcastic and rude. I cannot forget the way she ended our call "okay~ byeee~~~" in a high pitch sarcastic tone. As we entered the restaurant, the restaurant was filled with patrons already seated and dining. We weren't sure why we were told the restaurant is open at 5pm when the venue had many guests seated before 5pm. We were seated in a very low table and lounge seats. We had asked to be moved to a regular table to have dinner comfortably and not hunch over. Again, the staff weren't very accommodating. The hostess advised us it's reserved. But we also reserved our table and there are no options online indicating table selections and such. It was very upsetting when there were few available tables where we could have been seated comfortably and they were left empty during our dining time. We had asked our servers 3 times for water because no one came to refill our water. Some food items were heavy on sodium. We will not be coming back here again. People are not friendly and were very snotty. It is very unfortunate.

Not only does this restaurant provide amazing drinks and a breathe taking view but they're customer service is nothing I have ever seen before. Anna-Maria has gone above and beyond to show what it means to be in the hospitality industry. She is what I consider the platinum standard for customer service. Being able to provide high quality service and care for her customers which will go a long way. I hope to see her move up in the industry as she will always give a customer first experience. Applaud her with a free bottle of wine. She deserves it.

I have been coming to this place for one hour and I absolutely love it. Feels like I'm in a different country. Dylan especially deserves a promotion IMMEDIATELY. We already had a cheers to his future promotion because he is an absolute angel
