We just needed a single night of stay due to an unexpected flight cancellation. Our room was quite frankly gross. The shower area needs cleaning. The soap was a bit funky. Beds were bad hygiene (hairs and stains). All provided cups were unwashed and dirty. We found an underwear and crumbs beneath the bed, and the pillows in the closet I don't want to think about... I think if you're charging people to stay here, the room should be at least better cleaned for guests. See other reviewer's photos for reference.

This was an absolute stitch up of a place. Location was on point but it seems the hotel has been bought out by the Chinese restaurant and they absolutely do not give a shit about the rooms. We were in room 105/the suite room. Firstly we arrived at 3pm and no one was in reception. We then called the spare mobile number about 20 times on the door. We finally got a call back an hour and a half later giving us a key code. The person also then had our dates mixed up thinking we were checking out 2 days earlier than we actually were. From there things just got worse! We went into the rooms. They were messy as! Hair on the beds, a stain on the main room bedsheet, dirty dishes that stunk and mess under the table! We also had 2 x plates only for 3 of us. We asked them to bring us some breakfast bowls and bought us tiny fried rice bowls from the restaurant downstairs! They also never mentioned we needed a code to get back into the facility after 9pm. So we again had to call for this! And then as if it couldn’t get any worse on the final night the rain came. At 4am I was woken up to rain falling on the sill behind the main bed! The window sill got flooded and I had to put my towel on it to stop the noise. The curtains are held together with tarps and sticky tape! Overall the experience was shocking!

We not recommend to any decent people to stay here! There are no control, no reception and the front door open till 9-10 pm anyone can follow us to the room without knowing who's the customers ! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is unprofessional, the food weren't even average.👎

The room seemed to have been neglected for some time. One of the curtain rails was held up with string. The bathroom was both mouldy, dirty and the shower head had a leak. Additionally, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, which was concerning. My daughter was too worried about hygiene to sleep under the covers. Another inconvenience was having to use a cup to fill the kettle from the sink, as it didn’t fit under the spout.

Very nice little hotel. Felt like a nice private place to come back to after a day’s roaming. Clean and quiet despite being in the heart of town. I’ve stayed there twice and I find it very pleasant.

Hotel is in great location. Just the cleanliness may be an issue for someone looking for high standards. Was happy with the cost which it came for.

No reception a very basic room with two single beds which is ok but may $142 for the night is way over the odds. |Worst part was that someone came into my room (103) through an open (broken) window at 1.00am. |Scared the life out of me. |Looking at the other reviews my theory is that homeless people know there is a room that’s accessible with a bed, toilet, shower which they use. They leave their hair in the bed, remnants (love that word from another TA review) in the toilet etc and the guy who runs the place has no idea as he’s cleaned the room and thinks there is no one using it???|Looks to me like the place is on its last legs and recommend you avoid if at all possible.

My room was filthy, the flush button on the toilet was broken on one side. There was remnants left In the toilet from a previous guest who hadn’t flushed after themselves. There were other guests toiletries left in the shower. The television didn’t work, the curtain didn’t cover the window, there was someone’s dirty sock on the floor under the bed. The walls are filthy and need a good clean and paint. Guests out in the hallway were fighting and yelling throughout the night, and I was in a room on my own so was scared all night. No staff on the premises. I ended up having g to contact the police. The bed was comfortable but I wasn’t able to sleep due to the fridge making a high pitched noise all night, and the guests in the hall way banging on all the doors and yelling. The foyer is dirty, and not welcoming at all. The pictures on the advertising are very old and rooms are not like in the pictures. I guess it’s a cheap rate but I won’t be returning.
