Harrison Limited

First class business. I am by nature, a very casual dresser, and occasionally there is a reason to look my best. I am not talented in that category, but these guys have been helping me for years. A dear friend of mine recently passed, and all of my clothes are too large for me so they helped me in a real bind. Scott was able to guide me into a beautiful suit and have it altered for me within a week. I received so many compliments and I cannot think Harrison Limited enough.

I really enjoy shopping Harrison Ltd. Scott is very attentive to details and has helped us find particular looks. The employees are welcoming and the store has a friendly ambiance. Their selection is high quality and cultivated. Product lines range from NCAA polos to high end tailored suits.

I usually dont write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I have been shopping at Harrisons recently. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service and product line is exceptional. I have bought off the shelf and have placed several special orders for suits and dress shirts. Everything fits great and the quality of the product is very good.

Unfortunately today I had a very poor experience with the owner of Harrison Limited. Previous to todays visit I had been dealing with two very polite and competent members of staff. When I went in today I was met with incredible disrespect, I was totally shocked that a small individual business like this wouldn't put customer service/satisfaction as its top priority. The inventory at Harrisons is very good, the quality is just above standard and they have a relatively solid collection of shirts, sweaters and jackets. However after todays interaction I could not approve this store.

Scott and Alex are a rare breed in today's world of retail stores. They exude service. Their clothes and accessories speak for themselves but their staff has the remarkable talent to service you while leaving you to browse the shop. Truly remarkable....

I will NOT be shopping here again, and will not recommend this store to anyone. Worst customer service experience EVER. Worst product support EVER. Bought a $400 pair of shoes in December and they wore out by March. Brought them in and the sales associate told me they'd fix them for free and call me when they were ready in 4-6 weeks. 12 weeks later they still hadn't called so my fiancée picked them up and was charged $125. I spoke with the same sales associate over the phone about the charge and was told he would call me back when he was done with his customer. 24 hours later I still hadn't received a call so I went to the store. The associate basically called me a liar and said I must've not worn them "normally". We agreed to split the difference on the repair cost.

Really nice tie selection and really good casual shirt collection. The suits are ok but I did have a very bad experience and do not feel as if they lived up to the standards of a better men’s clothing store, especially given its location. The suit pants had a moth hole which should be a major red flag to anyone. The hole was well below the alteration area so they assured me there would be no problem. About a month later I saw a moth hole in the jacket. I HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER MOTH DAMAGE TO ANY OF MY CLOTHING. I went back and in no uncertain terms was told that it was my fault and THEY WOULD DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO FIX WHAT CLEARLY WAS THEIR PROBLEM WITH MOTHS IN THE STORE.
