"Harrison's Cave Located in the center of Barbados inthehighlands, the Harrison's Cave underground system of rivers and caves is one of the Caribbean’s great natural wonders. Visitors tour deep inside the crystallized limestone caverns via small electric tramcars and are allowed to get off at certain points, including ata 15-meter-high (50-foot) "cathedral" and a"village" with multiplestalagmite columns. This was my first time back to Harrison’s Cave since the renovations with all the Adventure Park features, and I absolutely loved it! I did the cave tour again—nothing had changed much from previous visits, but it was still beautiful and enjoyable. My absolute favorite part was the bird sanctuary. The guide in charge of feeding and directing the birds did an amazing job—he was confident, reassuring, and created a fun, safe environment where the birds could land on your arms and shoulders. I really appreciated him! The grounds are gorgeous, and while we didn’t get to do everything this time, we’ll definitely be back to try the zip-lining. We even saw monkeys running along the forest floor—it felt so authentically Barbados! Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a family, or a group, this is a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is laid-back and relaxing, and the natural beauty is unmatched. I highly, highly recommend it!

I really did enjoy thus cave which is not under a mountain. It's great learning how the island was formed and the cave found. Really nice formations. I'm not use to having a tram take me around but I think it's more to maximize profits. I started in a walking cave and think I still these. Outside of this, it's a must visit to experience things you may not have previously. Suggest early to avoid crowds.

Fascinating experience! If you have children traveling with you this is a must for your vacation. There is so much more to this place than just a cave, and what a cave it is! It is totally handicap accessible with the most challenging part getting into the tram. The cave, it's history, and timeline kept us enthralled for over an hour. Tour guide Sandra along with live wire Peter gave an over the top tour. Best ever! When the cave tour is over there is a ropes course, monkeys, and exotic birds to keep you entertained. If that is not enough then you can take a sip in the infinity pool. More upgrades are coming, so if you have visited once in recommend going again.

It is a genuinely magical place. The tram glides past shimmering stalactites, emerald pools, and soaring chambers while the guide keeps it lively with fun geology and island stories. It’s a unique experience and a true must-see in Barbados. The whole thing is smooth and well organized, about 45 minutes with a couple of photo stops. it’s warm underground, so light clothes and comfy shoes help, and in busy seasons it’s worth booking ahead.

This is definitely worth a visit! We took the tram and spent an hour exploring the caves, which were truly breathtaking. Afterward, we strolled through the park, admired the birds, and relaxed in the beautiful surroundings. There is a small place to eat and have some drinks. The entire area is well-cared for, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

Great experience! Sierra and Keon were our cave tour guide yesterday, they were a vibe and Sierra explained the history of the cave so well. Lovely historic place.

Tram Tour: Harrison's Cave is absolutely beautiful. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the cave's history. I definitely enjoyed this informative tour which lasted for no more than 40 minutes. However, I was not impressed with the customer service at front desk. We did have to wait a while as no cashier was there when we arrived.
