Parked in front of docks & went into office to check in. Office is next to docks on the left. Clean bathroom inside. Ring bell on counter for service. People there are super cool. They'll show you map & where to drop loaded trailer (left side of trailer lot). Pick up your empty on right side & head out. Quick & easy!! No time wasted :) Thank you!

Honestly, Harry & David located in Medford OR is the worst vendor I've ever used. I've wasted hours this year trying to get a simple $600 order to go through. Their customer service team is poorly trained and in countless ways they've messed up my order this year. I've had issues in the past too. If you want to spend $600 with a vendor only to have to spend countless hours following up with them when the order is not processed properly (and having to wait 1+ hours each time waiting on the phone or chat) only to have them keep messing up the order then Medford's finest business, Harry & David, is the vendor of choice for your holiday gift giving. I'll never work with them again.

Appointment time 10:am Checked in again at 8:30am. Still waiting to get unloaded. 2 hours over the appointment time. Long time wait No good service

Got delivery here was late for my appoit. they still accepted me even tho it was 30min before their closure time. No issues, no late fees, nice people got unloaded in less then an hour full trailer. Overnight parking lot, restrooms. Clean place

Harry & David offer many products. Do try their Moose Munch, chocolate covered popcorn ☺️. I also happen to work there and can say they are top notch! A few weekends back, as a way of saying thanks to their employees, staff members loaded everyone's car with cases of food. This truly touched my heart ❤️
