This is easily one of the best bakeries in Copenhagen. They have the classic pastries and also have the most amazing cheesecake. I think their cheesecake is definitely a must try. The chocolate chip cookies are okay and the lemon bars are very fluffy but quite sweet. Overall, as I left Copenhagen, I quite frequently miss this bakery.

We had some delicious pastries here on our trip to Copenhagen. The custard bun was moist and crispy yet soft, and the cinnamon bun was also great.

Warm service and a cozy little bakery with limited seating. I tried their signature cardamom croissant—beautifully crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, with just the right hint of spice. A lovely stop for a quick treat!

Amazing pastries!!!! At first we were sceptical since it was too busy and you couldn’t sit, maybe one of those tiktok places. But this bakery was fabulous. We went back straight after buying our first batch of pastries. The sales lady advised us on their classic pastries. You should definitely get their classic cardamom “croissant”. The best I’ve ever had in my life.

A small bakery with only a few seating options, perfect for takeout, but if you do get a seat, it's great because the atmosphere is very pleasant. The shop is very cute, and the food is delicious. The staff provides excellent service, offers good recommendations, and is very friendly. It’s a place you shouldn’t miss when in Copenhagen.

This place is always so crowded. The pastries are delicious— flaky and crunchy. I enjoyed my pastry. They had a lot of options— sandwiches and drinks. It was overwhelming with the amount of people in a small space.

The service was kind, but the cardamom croissant was too greasy for me. Unfortunately, I felt more melted butter in my mouth than real pastry. Don't forget to put a lid on your coffee because I was sitting on their bench in front of the cafe and some liquid from the roof dripped directly into my coffee, so I had to throw away the unfinished coffee:( (I know it's my fault, but the coffee is too hot, so I didn't put the lid on). The view in front of the cafe was nice! Maybe if I tried other pastries I would have different experience, but this particular one, which I tried because of its popularity and the fact that I generally like cardamom pastries, was not worth it.

Small bakery, but gets very busy with both locals and tourists in the mornings! Everything we ate at Hart bakery during our short time in Copenhagen was 💯. The bread/buns are superb (also when asked to prepare it with butter+cheese), the cardamom croissant and Spandauer are 😍, the sausage roll was really flavourful, and the yuzu pastry was 😋! The bakery has other locations around Copenhagen too, that are bigger and with more seating. Definitely worth stopping by a Hart bakery!
