Fantastic service from an Italian lady - super friendly and very informative! We then tried two of the pastries, the cardamom croissant and the twice baked cardamom w. a decadent black currant jam. Both were fantastic, flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced flavours - highly recommended. We ate from one of only 2 comfy benches inside (no tables), people watching as the sun went down, nice respite.

It’s rich without being overly sweet, and has quickly become one of their signature delights.

Tried this year's fastelanvs boller!! I really loved the 'old fashioned' one with chocolate ganache and a very generous vanilla bean cream filling. The other one was also very tasty, a bit sour to my preference, but the laminated dough was very tasty and crunchy. Always baked goods of high quality 👌

Good bakery shop at the heart of the city in Copenhagen. It is in front of the Frederik's Church- one of the main attractions in city, so it is hard to miss. It is quite small but we liked their pastry, they had good amount of options. I recommend the cinnamon pastry, it was delicious 👍🏼 The coffee was okay, not that special.

I came here after watching The Bear and I’m so glad I did! All of their pastries look amazing and the one I tried (cinnamon bun) was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you love great pastries.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The pastries we had were incredible! You must get the cardamom croissant and the cinnamon bun! Best pastries we’ve ever had!! Plus, you have a beautiful view of Frederick’s Church whilst you eat ☺️

Such an incredibly aesthetic and beautifully decorated café! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The coffee was truly delicious, and they also had the cutest products for sale — perfect for gifts. Definitely a place worth visiting again! ☕

A must stop if in Copenhagen , Hart Bakery was one of the highlights of our trip . The croissants were incredible flaky, buttery, and fresh. All the baked goods were top quality, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. A must-visit for amazing pastries!
