Hart's Hotel and Kitchen

A fantastic 60th birthday afternoon tea at Hart’s was greatly enjoyed by 26 members of our family. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Those with dietary needs were well looked after (as was a fussy four year old!) Staff across the whole team were excellent; professional, friendly, communicative and attentive. From booking, through the event and afterwards nothing was too much trouble. Our overnight stay was also very good with a comfortable room, a great view and a tasty breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

A great city centre location with very convenient on site parking. Beds very comfortable bathroom as good as one could ask and breakfast as good as I've had in a hotel. Prices compare favourably with other value providers, sevefal of whom are nearby, who don't achieve this level of quality

Stayed here for the second time over the weekend as we were over for a family wedding. We didn't feel the hotel was worth £200 a night, The bedrooms are small and are in desperate need of a refurb. The bedroom window - you could not open. We will not return to the hotel even though the location is great. You have to pay for the parking!

Stylish and beautifully designed boutique hotel. The attention to detail in the decor, combined with thoughtfully curated art, creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. A great stay for those who appreciate elegant design and a touch of creativity.

Absolutely superb experience. I am seasoned traveller both for business and pleasure both in the UK and abroad and I feel what often makes a hotel stand out beyond anything else is the service. From the point I called the hotel to make a very last minute booking leaving, the service was first class. A particularly thanks to Bryony on reception ans Simon, who came out to ensure I could get my car parked (as did another gentleman on the second evening). Beautiful location, amazing views from the garden and a lovely intimate bar and restaurant. Great little extra touches in the rooms and a gorgeous sized bath to enjoy after a busy two days in conference. Thank you so much.

Stayed at Harts a few times now . Staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very clean . Location is great for Central Nottingham but limited space in the Hotel car park although we have always managed to get a space. Used to be free but the Hotel are now charging but still cheaper than other Car parks. Overall a great option when staying in Nottingham.

Fantastic stay at this hotel, which was situated in a quiet area of Nottingham but still pretty much central. ||Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights in a standard double room, which was very comfortable, staff were incredibly helpful and greeted us everytime. Paid 65 pounds for each night and it was an absolute bargain considering how nice the hotel was. We do plan to return to this hotel and will plan to upgrade to better room. But all in all fantastic stay!

I cancelled my booking after 15mins of booking for the same day checkin. Was 15:00pm then cancelled 15:15 Because I received a last minute call that my son is unwell 😫. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY.. in the name of their 24hrs policy...I won't let this go. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 what a bad hotel.
