Absolutely superb experience. I am seasoned traveller both for business and pleasure both in the UK and abroad and I feel what often makes a hotel stand out beyond anything else is the service. From the point I called the hotel to make a very last minute booking leaving, the service was first class. A particularly thanks to Bryony on reception ans Simon, who came out to ensure I could get my car parked (as did another gentleman on the second evening). Beautiful location, amazing views from the garden and a lovely intimate bar and restaurant. Great little extra touches in the rooms and a gorgeous sized bath to enjoy after a busy two days in conference. Thank you so much.

Stylish and beautifully designed boutique hotel. The attention to detail in the decor, combined with thoughtfully curated art, creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. A great stay for those who appreciate elegant design and a touch of creativity.

Lovely boutique hotel. Small and central and quiet. Lovely staff. Great food. Nice views over the best part of central Nottingham adjacent to the famous castle and two top theatres. The rooms are small and there is no spa type facility but in my view this doesn't detract.

Our room was very small and we had the feeling the hotel was striving to be something which it was not likely to be able to achieve for a number of reasons. The bed was however very comfortable and the room was light. Tea tray was excellent with fresh milk but only one pack of two biscuits between two people! On the first night toiletries and water had been forgotten when the room was made up.All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very peaceful away from any traffic or other noise.

Stayed at Harts a few times now . Staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very clean . Location is great for Central Nottingham but limited space in the Hotel car park although we have always managed to get a space. Used to be free but the Hotel are now charging but still cheaper than other Car parks. Overall a great option when staying in Nottingham.

I loved it. It’s a really cool hotel. Just off the city center. The staff were amazing. Our room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived. But the receptionist immediately changed our room, no fuss. Everyone was so accommodating. Fantastic breakfast. Great value.

We found the place dreary and in desperate need of total refurbishment. It's flabbergasting how this establishment holds 4 stars; possibly the tiny rooms were passable 10 years ago. |It's debatable what's more shocking - the outdated decor or the poor service; uniquely for the hospitality industry the management, not the client, is always right. |The juxtaposition between presentation (4 star contemporary hotel with meticulous service) and reality (exhausted accommodation and complete disregard for the guests experience) is so astonishing, it's almost comical. Easily the worst hotel in over 20 years of travel.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. All staff were very friendly and efficient, location was great (nice to be very close to city centre but not directly on the high street)|Only small negatives were having to pay £10.95 per day for on site car park (which only had about 10 spaces) and full English being £5 extra per person in addition to the £12 per person charge for breakfast|Overall it was a lovely little hotel, amazingly clean, posh coffees and tea in the room along with filtered water, a comfortable bed and a really well maintained bathroom area|Thanks for a great stay!!
