Harukas 300 is an incredible spot to get a bird’s-eye view of Osaka. From the 60th floor observation deck, you can enjoy panoramic vistas of the city, Osaka Bay, and even distant mountains on a clear day. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the experience even more immersive, and there are informative displays about the city’s landmarks. Visiting at sunset or during the evening gives a magical perspective, as the city lights start to sparkle below. It’s a perfect place for photography or simply taking in the scale and beauty of Osaka from above. The access is easy, and the elevators are super fast, making it a convenient and memorable stop.

There are many different ways to enjoy this place. There is the Heliport Tour, TV Binoculars, Sky Gardeb 300, Edge the Harukas and Harukas VR Bungee Jumping. But my favorite was the Observatory Gallery which shows the indoor gallery constructed of glass all around from the floor to the ceiling. I also like the Sky Gardeb with an open roof where you can feel the air. There are also some cafes and restaurants that you can try which is so cool cause it has a nice panoramic view

Harukas 300 Observation Deck is an outstanding experience and easily one of the highlights in Osaka. The views are spectacular - a full 360-degree panorama of the city, Osaka Bay, and beyond on a clear day. The glass floor sections add an extra edge without feeling gimmicky. The facility is well-managed, clean, and professionally run, with smooth crowd control and clear signage. The indoor and outdoor decks are thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable regardless of weather. Staff are courteous and efficient, and the overall experience feels polished and premium. Well worth the visit, especially around sunset. A must-see attraction that sets the benchmark for urban observation decks in Japan.

Google
Must go to get a full observatory view. Recommend go nearing sunset to get both the day and night view. Did not try the food there as it doesn't look attractive enough 🤭 Got some unique boxes of snacks as souvenirs instead.

I prefer this over Shibuya Sky by a country mile. It isn't overcrowded, is inexpensive to enter, has stunning views of Osaka, and its cafe is fantastic with affordable offerings. The washroom is pretty cool too.

Come for the views. There’s a café one level below the paid observatory where you can sit with a drink and enjoy the scenery. The café accepts card and cash. That same level has a convenience store for quick bites. Below the café is an open-air garden. The Observatory ticket is optional if you just want great views.

A Beautiful and Peaceful Place to Visit The observatory tower is absolutely stunning – both from the outside and inside. The architecture is impressive, and the views from the terrace are simply breathtaking. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. There is also a cozy seating area inside, and even the restroom has an amazing view! Everything is thoughtfully designed to create a calm and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and panoramic scenery.

Google
This place is amazing and the observatory is definitely one of my favorite places to visit (despite the annoying inconsiderate tourists!!) The views are breathtaking and the open concept rooftop "garden" makes it even more incredible. Definitely worth a visit!!

Yelp
Amazing Amazing Amazing Beautiful. You can spend all day without feeling bored. Use Timelapse for the Sunset view definitely recommend- because you can see the Osaka turning into a Golden City That's really magnificent view.

Yelp
Abeno Harukas is a 300 M tall building in Osaka's Tennoji area. It is home to many restaurants, shopping areas, a high-end Marriott Hotel, a clinic, and many other places of business. The bottom is attached to the Kinetsu train station as well. My homestay Okasan took me to the top of the building to check out the view. The elevator up to the top is quite frightening as it moves quite fast and you stare up as the lights look like stars getting closer. My homestay sister's son freaked out as he's afraid of heights like I am and basically was losing his mind if he could see down. I toughed it out and enjoyed the view of Osaka, Osaka Castle, the dome, soccer field, my homestay sister's apartment to which her daughter was waving from the balcony and we could see her tiny figure in the distance. I got tons of pictures from up there. On the top, there is a beer garden that does BBQ and snack shop that serves Dole whip and other snacks. I hear they do events from even higher than the observation deck in which they have to use helicopters as well as have students who climb up to the top by stairs to bring good luck in their studies. The observation deck also had activities for kids and a dancing water fountain that plays music. The bathrooms were awesome as you can pee or poop in full view of all of Osaka. They had a large souvenir shop and I ended up making commemorative coins for my kids with their names etched on it with lasers. I don't know what the cost was to go to the top but I think it was worth it for at least one time. I fully enjoyed the views and hanging out at the top for about an hour. Scary but beautiful at the same time.

Yelp
This where we picked up our Universal Studio Japan Fast Pass. Get off Tennoji Station and walk about 5 minutes across the train station. Go around the building. Take the elevator to 16th floor.

Yelp
This is probably the most famous observatory in the Osaka area, also being the tallest at over 300m. Very close to Tennouji station off the Osaka Loop line. Price of admission is a bit high at 1500 Yen (about $12.50). You can see very far into the distance. You almost think you can sneak a view of Nara over the mountains. Like the Umeda Floating Garden, this is a very popular tourist attraction so it gets very crowded, especially at night, when the views are unbelievable. There is even a heliport on the roof and you can schedule a helicopter tour of the area from here. The only negative thing I will say about this place is the food is whatever. Pricey and not good at all. Oh well. And watch out for all the tourists with those damn selfie sticks. If it weren't for my cat-like reflexes, I would have been hit a few times. ;)

Yelp
I came here on my first night in Osaka. Great views of the city especially at night. I was able to get my bearings on the city and everything around me. For those into photography, note that due to the lights inside, they reflect off the window glass easily. Your photos will capture a lot of window reflections unfortunately. When I visited, that meant seeing weird reflections of Avengers characters, who were featured on the wall.

Yelp
This was a surprising find courtesy of the Google Attractions Search. This building offers great views from 3 separate floors plus the helo deck. So happy I stumbled across this awesome building as it offers some great views.

Yelp
Beautiful view of Osaka and beyond! Definitely worth it to see! If you stay at the Osaka Miyako Marriott, you receive free admission to the observatory.

Yelp
A beautiful look at the city of Osaka! Each side of the observatory is labeled with the compass direction, and the map they give you is super detailed and helpful. And if you stay in the hotel you get to go in at the crack of dawn at 7 am and watch the sunrise for free until 8:30 am... and yet they won't serve their pineapple cocktails until 11. boo. :) MOST OF ALL you must go use the bathrooms, even just to wash your hands. It's a beautiful reflective area and you get the same view!

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place, but the day I went it was cloudy with kousa. So, I really couldn't see too far off into the distance, but it was nice really cool to see a 360 view of the city at 300 m above ground. They had it all well thought out too. The interesting part is the outside area! You can enjoy the air at 300 m! We didn't have time, but some people were just outside chillin'. I think the next time I go, I'd want to go on a clear sunny day.
