Harukas 300 Observation Deck is one of Osaka's top attractions. Located on the 58th to 60th floors of the impressive 300-meter-tall Abeno Harukas skyscraper, offers breathtaking views. The Observatory ticket costs 2,000 yen, but if you're mainly after the scenery, you can enjoy the views without it.
I visited simply for the stunning vistas. Just one level below the paid observatory, there's a cozy café where you can relax with a drink and soak in the scenery. Both cash and card are accepted there. Beneath the café, there's an open-air garden. Getting around is easy—elevators are swift—making it a smooth and memorable experience.
The whole facility is well-maintained, clean, and clearly signed. The indoor and outdoor decks are designed for comfort, rain or shine. The staff are friendly and efficient, adding to the polished, high-quality atmosphere.
Overall, it's a fantastic experience and definitely worth visiting. A must-see that truly sets the standard for urban observation decks in Japan.
