On the Grid : Harvest Pizzeria

"Wood-fired pies with charred crusts and Ohio ingredients. Taking the Columbus pizza scene up a notch, Harvest serves up handmade pizza specialties from an open kitchen in the middle of its homey dining room. But don’t be tempted only by the pizza—the kale salad and warm ricotta appetizer can hold their own. On a sunny summer afternoon, lounging on the patio with a Front Porch Tea can’t be beat." - Fort

One of the best vegan pizzas restaurants in Columbus. They have vegan chorizo, sausage and pepperoni. They also have a veggie burger that can be made vegan sans the cheese. They don’t up charge for making any pizza vegan. We had the vegan pepperoni and the spicy yuma made vegan with a couple of NA beers. So good

I understand why people go crazy over this pizza. I jokingly referred to it as hippie pizza. It is pretty pricey. It’s really tasty and the atmosphere inside the facility is extremely top-notch. It’s a really nice place to have a good time with friends and family

Update - downgrading to 4 stars: I ate in and food was mostly good. Brussels sprouts - whoever decided to put that polarizing of an ingredient (raclette) on that polarizing of a dish (brussels sprouts) is a menace to society. Get the raclette off the brussels, its food abuse. The brussels were undercooked, but the raclette only added insult to injury. The italian sub was unequivically not served on dutch crunch bread. It was served on a hoagie that had croutons stuck to it. It was actually bizarre. It was as if Ohio got ahold of a California trend. Which is exactly what happened. My veggie burger was great, yet again! Parking sitch kind of sucks but I stand by their good pizza and veggie burger. Just stop abusing brussels. - Original review: I'll update once I eat in, as I intend to. I ordered and the food was great - and well priced. Veggie burger was a great - this is a thicker patty that is softer and has a flavor profile closer to bean burgers (although it has a nutty character to it) than something like the beyond or impossible. Which I like. I ordered mine with the potatoes which were cooked perfectly - crunchy but soft inside with a touch of salt. I got the beets and while I'm a beethead that always wants more, they good - they come with seeds, onions, garlic and soft cheese. I get a little annoyed with places that just dump balsamic on beets with a glob of goat cheese and call it a day. These are seasoned. The pricing was great - without service fees I paid 11 bucks for the beets and 14.50 for the burger. Considering many places are selling inferior burgers for over 20 bucks, this is a great value. I recommend!

This is my NEW favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, and even their vegan/vegetarian options are delicious. They accidentally confused my meatball sandwich with the one that has impossible meatballs (the meatless option) and I could not tell at all. I was unaware until they told me after I had already eaten half of it. It is that good. Tiffany was a great waitress and even boxed up the actual meatball sub for me to take home. The hummus crudité was similarly epic. It could be a meal in its own right. Every veggie on the plate was so fresh. Every bite stood out. No soggy cucumbers. No stale pita. It popped! The only nitpick I have is the lemonade is too sweet. I 50/50'd it using my water to get it just right. I will 100% be coming back.

We came here with a larger party and were very pleased with our experience. We ordered most of the menu and overall the food is very good. The appetizers are deelish: especially the meatballs and Buffalo Cauliflower. The pastas were not my favorite, clearly homemade but probably a touch undercooked as they were gummy, but the flavors in the sauce were delicious. Pizzas are excellent and the service was very good. My family also raved about the drinks, so kudos to the bartender as well. Overall a definite recommend.

Had dinner at the Harvest Bar this last Friday. The service was on point, with our waiter being helpful, friendly and personable. The pizza was great, as expected. But what surprised us was the cocktails. They were very good with a mix of flavors that on the surface you wouldn't think would work, but were incredibly good. The only criticism I can lay on the restaurant is that the interior was a bit non-descriptive.

awesome location and staff, tiffany was excellent along with the bartender. the dream team if you will, the food was good but i feel as though the chicken sandwich could’ve been more independent on flavor, i think all the strong flavors somewhat take away from a nice fried piece of chicken. it came out hot the buffalo cauliflower was good, maybe some more heat or buffalo flavor, but if it aint broke don’t fix it. the front porch tea cocktail was delicious and their courtesy to work around certain ingredients and even the liquor itself is wonderful. i work nearby and will be back.
