The Harvest House Bed and Breakfast is located in the town of Springdale. You can walk to Zion National Park or ride the free town shuttle to the park. This home has a beautiful backyard area for you to enjoy with amazing views! The room was clean. The bed and bath linens were high quality. The bed was comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room which was great for lunches and water. Breakfast was awesome and Noel made an effort to provide coffee and a to-go breakfast for our early drive to the airport. Thank you! I love the area with refreshments and cookies for the guests. It was perfect when returning from a day of hiking. Both Noel and Suzette know all about the area; don’t hesitate to ask.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming Bed and Breakfast, thanks to the incredible hosts, Noel and Suzette. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were not only delicious but also nutritious, giving us the perfect start to our day of exploring.||We were lucky to have a room with a breathtaking view of Zion, which made our stay even more memorable. Noel and Suzette’s extensive knowledge of the area was a huge asset – they offered thoughtful suggestions on how to get the most out of our time in Zion. Their recommendations helped us experience the park in a way we never would have without them.||The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful visit at Noel and Suzette’s Bed and Breakfast. Both of them were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts, and appreciate the effort they took to accommodate my dietary restrictions.||The location of the B & B is very convenient. The bus stop is nearby, and the entrance to Zion really isn’t that much further up the road. We used both the city shuttle bus and walked. The garden/backyard at the inn is lovely, and we really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds from the hot tub after our 15 mile hike. It was a perfect end to the day.

What a lovely bed and breakfast! The accommodations are excellent and the home so lovely. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy; they kept us going on our hiking adventures. We stayed in the downstairs suite, it had direct access to the backyard that we enjoyed so much also. Beautiful artfully decorated yard with a water feature and hot tub! The location is excellent in Zion downtown, but off the main street noise, so it was quiet and the view beautiful. We walked to the National Park entrance every day, maybe 10 minutes, but there is a city shuttle, starts in March. The hosts Noel and Suzette are so warm and welcoming and eager to give suggestions for hiking, sight seeing, and restaurants. Their dogs are adorable also! I highly recommend a stay here!

My daughter and I stayed 2 wonderful nights at HH B&B. Noel was great with communications and information, and he ushered us into our room an hour early on a Friday afternoon. The room, bed, bathroom were all perfect - clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The hosts offered cold water, sodas & cookies in a common area for guests. They have a gorgeous patio and garden in the backyard with incredible views of the Watchman and close-up viewing of the local hummingbirds. We never took advantage of the hot tub (temp of air was hot enough) but it looked enticing. The location was absolutley ideal for entry into Zion - either a 15 minute walk or 2 min walk to the town shuttle bus. We ended up walking each day (easy) because the shuttle was filled (approx8-8:30) and service spaced about 15 min apart. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner- heads up that they all seem to close around 9pm. Anticipating the crowds - we were cautious about getting to the park early enough in the morning. We did however wait for breakfast, which was served beginning at 7:30 and it was worth waiting for.... After getting our healthy food, we made it to the park by 8:30ish and onto the park shuttle after an approx 10 minute wait in line. We rented gear on Friday afternoon from Guru for The Narrows, then on Friday afternoon we hiked all through the Emerald Pool trails. On Saturday - hiked the Narrows up to the split and 20 min beyond on the right fork; took a break; then hiked the Watchman trail from 5-7pm when the sun was less intense. On Sunday we hiked up to Scout's Lookout then 20 beyond on West Rim trail. Saw CA condor, owl, swifts. Our fav dinner spot was the Brew Pub just outside the park. Setting, views were amazing on the outdoor patio - beer was delicious, and salad/humus platters were yummy and substantial.|Highly recommend this B & B; hosts were terrific and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Harvest House B&B while visiting Zion NP and we're so very glad we did! Suzette and Noel were lovely hosts-friendly and shared information about the local area, hiking, etc. Their B&B was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. It was very clean and had amazing artwork throughout. We stayed in the Watchman room, which has an incredible view of the Watchman rock formation from the private patio, as well as a comfortable bed and great shower. Noel made some delicious breakfasts that prepared us for long days hiking in the park. Their home is an easy half mile walk to the park, so we never had to mess with parking. Springdale itself is a quaint town with many shops and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance from Harvest House. You truly cannot go wrong in choosing to stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Noel and Suzette. Their bed and breakfast is located in the heart of Springdale and mere minutes from the park entrance. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed our view tremendously. The food was delicious … it was easy to understand why Noel is an aspiring restaurant owner. More than anything, our innkeepers were hospitable, welcoming, and offered wonderful suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning one day soon!

We very much appreciated the Harvest House as our home base while exploring Zion National Park. Clean, comfortable and pleasant rooms and grounds as well as great breakfasts. The best part for us was advice from Noel and Suzette and the other guests regarding the best ways for us to get the most out of our explorations.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at this B&B while in town to visit Zion National Park. The room was comfortable and the food served was good. We liked that we could walk to a number of nearby restaurants. The location of the B&B was a little to far for us to walk from the park entrance at the end of the day but the street the B&B is on is in-between two shuttle stops.

Yelp
Don't hesitate to stay here, we had a very nice experience Positive: - Breakfast was amazing. Really he is a perfect chef and everything he made (also with fresh herbs from the garden) is full of flavors. I am not a breakfast person besides oats but learned that eating good amazing protein before busy hiking day is awesome. -location, very short walk to the entrance of Zion NP - quiet, no children allowed - backyard, jacuzzi and tons of hummingbirds! - we also had some homemade lemon bars 2 days but nothing the other days. Don't spoil us with amazing evening snack and then provide nothing the rest of the days lol. - everything was very clean. - service. Example: we wanted to use the grill outside and Noel was so nice to clean the grill, put some utensils etc ready while we were doing groceries. - they only have 4 guest rooms so it's cozy and quiet and you get to know some people at breakfast. - they will give you all the details about the area when you ask them what to do etc. What could be better: (not negative) - there was only a little bit of milk in a can in the shared fridge. - coffee: tried the coffee at breakfast and it was horrible., so I drank tea. After a long hike one day I said damn coffee would be nice now (they have cameras in the shared room). Next day after hike there was fresh good coffee, made with different equipment than at breakfast. (Did they hear me?) Later we learned that the machine at breakfast only takes x amounts of coffee and if the more people say they want coffee the more water he will add which will of course dilute the coffee. so yes I definitely missed coffee. I generally do believe we would stay here again!

Yelp
We've stayed in quite a few B&Bs, but this one is by far the best. It felt like paradise to me, for many reasons. The hosts were welcoming, like cherished family. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped: nice ensuite bathroom, king bed, 2 fans, 2 nightstands, table and chairs, closet, mini-fridge. The location is superb, with mountain views, nearby eateries, and just a short walk to the Springdale shuttle, which can take you to Zion NP or elsewhere in the area. The backyard gardens were beautiful, and there were hummingbirds in continuous motion when we visited in September. And let's not forget the second B: the breakfasts were healthy, tasty, and beautiful to behold. Paradise indeed! We will be back!

Yelp
First time visitors to Zion. Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Can easily walk to the park. Harvest House is a cute and charming bed & breakfast. It was quiet and clean. Noel and Suzette took really good care of us making sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and generous portions. The evening dessert was so....good! Would absolutely come back here and definitely recommend.

Yelp
Love this place! It was our second time here and just as lovely as our first. The hosts are warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the hosts think of everything in case you forgot something at home. Peaceful stay and close to the park. Hope to go back in the future!

Yelp
Noel and Suzette were wonderful hosts, and we could not have asked for a better B&B experience. On our day of arrival, Noel greeted us and was a great resource for Zion. He also let us know if we were interested, they would be hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for the guests. We arrived just in time for Thanksgiving dinner from our morning hike, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal they made from scratch. In short, it was great experience, and we felt welcomed like we were longtime friends. Our room was comfortable, and it felt like a lot of personal touches went into the decorations/updates they recently completed. We also took advantage of the availability of an EV charger (they have both regular and Tesla chargers). Stix, their pup, is adorable and so friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would jump at the opportunity to stay at Harvest House again in the future- 5/5 stars.

Yelp
This will definitely be your "Home away from Home." You will receive such a warm and genuine welcome from both Noel and Suzette. What great hosts! First, You will get a quick tour of this beautiful house. Then be welcomed to drinks, filtered water and fresh cookies, and invited to use the jacuzzi and beautiful back yard. The house is decorated with beautiful photos of Zion and the backyard is decorated with local artist pieces. You are also able to use the living room, books and TV. You'll be given a key to your room and the WiFi/house code. Noel will ask if you have any food allergies or anything you need to stay away from in order to prepare a fabulous breakfast. Breakfast=Amazingness! The 1st breakfast included a plate with a lightly fried banana (which was BOMB and I have never liked fried bananas), strawberries, blueberries and yogurt. Second plate was over easy eggs with the best grits ever and some toast. I have never in my life had grits and loved it. Coffee and juice is available too. This breakfast held me over all day! Amazingness!! The 2nd breakfast included a yogurt parfait (w/blueberry, strawberries and granola. Also, a veggie omelet, toast with jam and butter. Coffee, filtered water and Juice were also available. This breakfast was enough to get through a tough Angels Landing Hike. Finally, Noel and Suzette were very accommodating. If you plan to arrive late let them know and they will make it work. If your cold, let them know and they will get you a heater fast. They had plenty of bath towels and bath supplies. They will also recommend great places to eat and things to do. If you need help let them know via text or phone and they will come to your rescue. As you walk up to the front door you will see a sign that says "you walk in as strangers, leave as friends" that's definitely true. Thank you Noel and Suzette for such a great experience! Can't wait to stay at Harvest House Bed and Breakfast again.

Yelp
I want to thank Noel & his wife for making my first trip to Zion AMAZING!! The view from their property is so beautiful. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Glad we stayed for breakfast both mornings because Noel knows how to get down in the kitchen!!! Can't wait to rebook and come back again!!

Yelp
Just prior to my stay at The Harvest House Bed & Breakfast, I cleaned out my photos folder and made the decision to never take another picture of a plate of food again. Oh, how I regret that since the breakfasts served each morning were as nurturing and beautiful as this B&B's idyllic surroundings. Harvest House is in Springdale, Utah a valley town just outside of Zion National Park. The first morning before a day of biking and hiking we were greeted with avocado toast served with a side of caramelized bananas floating on a bed of cream. The dining and common areas (in which masks are required unless eating) have been modified from the usual communal bread-breaking at the large dining table, to spaced, assigned eating areas throughout the open area due to Covid-19 restrictions. However, the B&B's newish owners Noel (the Chef) and Suzette Benson do an amazing job of filling the space with their natural warmth and knowledge of the area. It's almost a shame that there is sooooo much to do (if the outdoors is your thing) around the B&B because it's very comfortable and spacious lodging. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom and sitting area. Two of the upper rooms have balconies overlooking the serenity of the back yard complete with gurgling Koi pond and hot tub. From the yard there is a 360-degree view of mountains and buttes. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shopping as well as Zion National Park from the Harvest House. And getting there is just a 2-hour drive from Las Vegas. Our second breakfast was a crustless spinach quiche with roasted red pepper hummus and skillet-fried new potatoes with fruit. Now I know when I return for more hiking, that I can leave the energy bars behind because Harvest House sends you on your way fueled for the whole day.

Yelp
The owner was so RUDE to my parents. This property was for sale online (has since be changed to "sold"), so they were inquiring about it, and he was very condescending. It's odd to run a bed and breakfast & greet potential guests/buyers they way he did. As a business owner, he should have more respect, even if it was a simple miscommunication based off an online ad
google avatar

Yelp
The Harvest House is in the perfect location in town. The rooms are very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. We stayed in the Garden Suite which gave us direct access to the garden, hot tub and koi pond. Everything was set up in a safe matter and we didn't feel concerned for our health during these COVID days. You can't find better amenities in Springdale, we'll be back. Thank You Harvest House! Chet

Yelp
If you stay in a bed and breakfast during your Zion visit (and you should), stay here! The property is beautiful, you can relax in their backyard which holds a koi pond and outdoor hot tub, to the beautiful view of the canyon walls. The owners do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are both very welcoming and friendly. Especially during this Pandemic, they have taken every precaution to keep you safe. They UV clean every space used. The whole house is kept very clean. They wear masks when guests are around but still give you privacy. They have separated different spaces around their house to have breakfast in the morning and they're all cute (they also personally ask you what time you would like breakfast). We had breakfast in a cute table that looks out the window. They get really creative with their breakfast and it's two courses. Both very tasty and beautifully plated. Like I said, every reason to stay in a bed and breakfast, Harvest House delivers. Had a wonderful experience and thank you, Noel and Suzette for making that happen!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and I thank my lucky stars we did! We're not national park pros so having the insight of Noel was so helpful as we navigated our days in the park and town of Springdale. Noel and his wife take their role as hosts seriously and provide excellent service and a personal touch. I've never stayed in a B&B and was a little nervous it would seem too intimate but it was honestly a wonderful, private and comfortable experience. I highly recommend!!

Yelp
Tom is a great host! He said that this was the first year that he stopped making breakfast... instead he provided vouchers to your choice of two local restaurants. Honestly, I liked that better. Gave us more flexibility with our wake up times and both restaurants are convenient and excellent. While the room and place is nice... the backyard is what sets it apart. Amazing patio and hot tub. Location is amazing too... so close to the park and walking distance from some solid restaurants

Yelp
This place was warm and welcoming! Noel and Suzette are awesome hosts. The inside of the rooms were immaculate as was the rest of the home's common areas and the beautiful backyard. Our breakfasts were delicious! Also, they both had great knowledge of Zion and a lot off-the-beaten-track things to do in the area. Their extra precautions for COVID-19 were greatly appreciated. We couldn't have stayed at a better B&B!

Yelp
From allowing us to check in a few hours early, Tom was an excellent host. Our family loved his welcoming persona, his food =D, the humming birds in the beautiful backyard, the view from the house, the little details and decor throughout the house, his recommendations on places to eat, his suggestions on hikes to take, and even suggested routes to take once we were leaving. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to book a stay with him. It will be well worth it !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Yelp
Best experience ever!!!! It was my first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast. It was my one year wedding anniversary so I wanted to book a different place other than a regular hotel. My flight into Vegas was arriving late at night and I still had to drive to Zion after my flight. I called ahead before booking to make sure it wasn't a problem for my late arrival. The hosts were VERY accommodating with my late check in the first night. Our room was SUPER clean and very comfortable! It felt as if I was staying at a relatives house. The other guests staying in the bed and breakfast were super nice and we were all talking at breakfast about tips on hikes and recommendations. The hosts were extremely helpful with tips on the area and what hikes they recommended with brochures. Our last morning my husband and I had the breakfast at 7AM. We had a homemade whole grain waffle with HOME MADE whipped cream, and berries! I wish I had taken a picture but it was so tasty I didn't get a chance!!! Soooo DELICIOUS!!! The waffle kept us full for our Angels Landing hike. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was! I would NEVER stay in a hotel next time I'm in the Zion area......DEFINITELY WOULD COME BACK TO THIS BED AND BREAKFAST WITHOUT A DOUBT!! I cant thank the hosts enough for their kindness into making this tip very memorable and comfortable!

Yelp
First time staying at a bed and breakfast and had a great experience. Tom is a wonderful host and I loved everything about our stay here. Located very close to the main entrance and is steps away from one of the town shuttle stops. There are two options for breakfast: 6am hikers breakfast (coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, fruit) and 8am two course breakfast. We tried both and were not disappointed. He also packed our leftovers which we ate after hiking 4 miles up to observation point. He made sure to carb/protein us up for the 8 mile round trip hike. It is a cute and cozy location that is very clean. There were chocolates in our room and Tom put sweets out in the common area. Overall, great experience...would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Zion.

Yelp
When we reached Sedona and unpacked I realized I had left several items in a couple of bathroom drawers at Harvest House. Things like my hairbrush, comb and mirror, my little traveling perfumes and lipsticks, some other stuff. I almost never leave anything anywhere and to leave so much behind says I was distracted. The Freudians would say it's evidence of my wish to come back. Alan wrote to Tom to alert him and ask him to mail them to us here at Los Abrigados, offering to reimburse him for the cost. Tom refused to accept any reimbursement. He packaged it all up and it arrived today. He did a fabulous job of packing everything securely, packing 2 or 3 perfume miniatures in 2 tiny Dixie cups and closing the tops w/ duct tape. He packed everything in a gallon Zip-loc bag and packed it securely in a Priority Mail box. I was totally impressed and appreciative. Tom rocks!

Yelp
This was a last minute booking but we were SO LUCKY to have gotten a room here!!! We got Room 4 and has unbelievable views of The Watchman from our balcony. Our host was in every way accommodating, friendly, and one FANTASTIC cook. The room was spotless. The location is steps from the free shuttle bus and minutes walk into the park itself. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Zion.

Yelp
If I could give Harvest House a "6" I would. Our two night stay there was the best ever. We're new to the B&B concept, but I can't image anything better than HH. At HH you're within walking distance of everything Springdale offers and a few hundred yards from Zion NP. We stayed in the Watchtower room, which had a fantastic view of Zion canyon and from deck you can see the Watchtower in all his glory. A comfy king bed, nice sitting areas and the room is beautifully decorated with local art and photos. The bathroom was amazing, walk-in shower, nice tile. The thing that struck me was how incredibly clean our room and the entire B&B is. I have never, ever stayed in a cleaner property. It was stellar. Of note, there is no TV in the room - we didn't miss it. Tom and Mary Ann are great hosts. They both have had careers in hospitality and hotels and it shows. These folks know what they are doing! Tom gave us a quick tour of all of the 4 rooms and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them. I almost forgot to mention, breakfast. - It was awesome! Tom cooked a frittata that was delicious, the next morning we had stuffed french toast - that was out of this world. Tom gave us tips on hikes and places to eat. We followed his recommendations and he didn't lead us wrong. We especially liked the Canyonview overlook hike and eating at Oscar's and Cafe Sol for soup/sandwiches. My wife and are going to make visiting Zion and the surrounding area (Gooseberry Mesa for mtn biking) an annual Spring ritual to escape the cold and snow of Salt Lake and I can't wait to stay at Harvest House again!

Yelp
This was our first time in Zion and staying at Harvest House with Tom was the best decision we had made during our week-long West Coast adventure! We had been traveling all day on a Sunday - we started the morning in NYC, flew to LA, and then rented a car to drive to Utah. The drive took a long time and we realized we were going to get in pretty late to Springdale. We called Tom to let him know when we were close by - we didn't realize but Springdale is on Mountain Time so we were running an hour later than we originally thought! Tom was so gracious and waited up for us and helped us to our room. We were the only ones staying at that point but even so, Tom was an amazing host. He introduced to all the amenities in the house, let us pick out breakfast time, and left out little edible treats for us by the tea! His gourmet breakfasts were the best way to start a day of hiking and when we couldn't finish it he even gave us ziploc bags to take our leftovers with us. We like food muchly - so this was a perfect match. The room was gorgeous with incredible views - especially as the sun starts to rise over Zion. When we asked- Tom had fantastic advice on different hikes in Zion and Bryce, the best places to eat in Springdale, where to rent equipment, and the best roads to take between his home...and anywhere. We had such a great time and really can't wait to go back. Tom is awesome!

Yelp
Our stay at Harvest House was awesome!! Fantastic location, wonderful owners, and incredible overall experience. Thank you so much for all your advice and your hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Yelp
Thank you Tom!!! Your welcoming Harvest House B&B made our short stay in Zion fabulous, from viewing the stary Utah sky from your lovely hot tub to your great breakfast frattata, everything was just right! Mahalo again!

Yelp
We just spent the weekend with friends at the Harvest House B&B, just outside of Zion, in Springdale, UT. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the fire was lit and holiday music was quietly playing as we were welcomed inside by our host, Tom. We stayed in the Garden Room which includes a remarkable walk-in shower, beautiful views, a large, private sitting room, TV (never used:-) and a sliding door to the back patio and yard. The room and the entire house was extremely clean. Each room and bathroom appeared newly renovated. The backyard has a Koi pond, a hot tub as well as interesting, original native American metal artwork. The yard was still lovely in December, but we could just imagine it when Spring comes, and the vines, trees and flowers bloom. Our room was so quiet, and the bed so comfortable, we almost slept through breakfast. After enjoying Tom's delicious morning feast, we were up and at the dining room table, bright and early the next morning! Since our friends occupied every room, after a memorable hike in the awe-inspiring red rocks of Zion (and a shower:-) many of us gathered in the large living room for some late afternoon NCAA football. Tom's wife, Mary Ann, joined him late Saturday night. Her bright personality and great sense of humor made Tom's Sunday morning breakfast feast even more enjoyable! We all plan to return again and again!

Yelp
Making Zion National Park our last stop in our two-week trek across Utah to tour the mighty five National Parks was a great stop. We were greeted by Tom, who took us through the house explaining everything as he went. We had made reservations ahead of time, but our friends stayed at a different B&B very close. All four of us sat on the patio and enjoyed a bottle of Cabernet, then went to dinner at one of the Tom's recommendations. Retiring for the evening, we were greeted by a very comfortable bed, clean room and all the amenities we could ask for (except no TV, which we didn't need anyway). In the morning, Tom had the main TV on downstairs with the morning news and the smell of freshly brewed coffee was enough to put a smile on anyone's face! Breakfast was served at 8 which was comprised of a small portion of yogurt and fresh fruit, followed by a heaping portion of stuffed french toast and sausage that was placed in front of us. You definitely didn't leave the table hungry in THIS house! We had locked our room when we came downstairs for breakfast and upon returning after breakfast to gather our things to depart for home, we were surprised to find our room had been opened, our bed had already been stripped and most of our towels gone to be placed in the wash by their efficient housekeeper! We have never experienced that type of efficiency before and it was well before the check-out time too! Thank you Tom for your hospitality and please know we will return again to the Harvest House B&B when traveling through Utah!

Yelp
The rooms are welcoming and the restrooms are spotless. Tom has a good supply of spa like toilet supplies that are clearly not picked off a department store shelf. However, the breakfast is the biggest draw for me. The two course breakfast is scrumptious, ample, and, Tom was kind enough to diligently pack the leftovers to carry with us on our hikes. We couldn't thank him enough after tasting the sandpaper like chicken sandwich at the Zion cafe. It feels like going back to grandmas with coffee cakes, cookies, chocolates, coffee and tea available through the day. The backyard is pretty with a gorgeous view of the mountains, hot tub et al. Tom also gave us fabulous suggestions for our meals thanks to which we had a gourmet dining experience in a town where we least expected it! Plus, all the restaurants were just a short walk away. Oh! The park entrance itself is minutes away from Tom's house. It doesn't get any better. I would go back to Springdale just so I could stay at Tom's B&B again.

Yelp
First time in Zion and cannot imagine a more wonderful way to experience it than staying at the Harvest House. Tom and his lovely wife Mary Ann were amazing hosts and the b and b is comfy, gorgeous, and a slice of heaven. Sitting in the backyard, watching the hummingbirds, sipping a cold drink, all in the shadow of the Watchman is so calming and just what is needed after a day of exploring. Cannot imagine staying any place else in Zion.

Yelp
Excellent accommodations, attention and food. The Innkeeper, Tom, was very polite and accommodating to our personal needs. We stayed in the Watchman room; it had a king size bed, a balcony and a private bathroom. The backyard had big trees and hummingbirds, and a nice area to just sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was delish. We'd go back.

Yelp
Tom is a generous and knowledgable host. We have stayed here four times and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast delightful. Ask Tom for hike information and he finds the right one for your ability. Guests are treated warmly by the surroundings and it is so close to the park entrance. Can't wait to go back. Enjoy your stay!

Yelp
This was our first experience at a B&B and it was amazing. Tom can cook like no other, a lot of the B&B's offer coupons for breakfast at the local places but we were very pleased that he cooked. We felt welcomed and at peace, almost as if we were staying with relatives. Next time we go to Zion there is no reason to stay anywhere else but here.

Yelp
Since the moment we drove up, until the moment we left we were welcomed into the Harvest House. Tom took time to give us a tour of the house and all the benefits of staying here. The house was decorated for Valentines Day. Cookies were laid out, the hot water was ready for tea or coffee. The hot tub in the backyard was waiting to be used. Waking up in the morning to the sweet smell of a well cooked breakfast was just like waking up at home. All of this made our stay one we will not forget. Plus one that will make us stay here again next time when we come back to Zion. We HIGHLY recommend staying here when you are planning a trip to Zion.

Yelp
WARNING. DO NOT STAY AT HARVEST HOUSE IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA OR ALLERGIES. THEY HAVE TWO DOGS. WARNING. STAYING AT HARVEST HOUSE CAN BE SERIOUSLY HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA. This was a horrible experience on the second night of our vacation and ended our vacation. We were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary. Although Tom was told months in advance when we made our reservations that I have severe asthma and that it was extremely important that I stay where there were no pets, he said that he had no pets and that pets were not allowed. The website says pets are not allowed. About two hours after going to bed the night of our arrival, I was wheezing, coughing, and gasping for air. I knew something was wrong. I thought there must be chemicals used in cleaning or incense or some other trigger for asthma. I just couldn't put my finger on the cause of my inability to breathe. I certainly didn't think it was pets, because Tom told us he had no pets. I struggled through the night with no sleep, unable to breathe, medicating myself repeatedly, determined to avoid the emergency room. The following morning, as we were leaving, Tom came out of the house with his two dogs and introduced us to them. It was mean-spirited gotcha. But at least now I know why I got so sick as to ruin my wedding anniversary and end our trip. This is the main reason I cannot recommend Harvest House, but there were other problems. When we checked in my husband's and my room was very stuffy and hot. I made the terrible mistake of opening the windows to get a little air. Tom did not like that and told me to close the windows. He said that I could open one window in the bedroom about an inch and one in the bathroom when we went to bed. He said this would create a nice breeze. It did not create any breeze. The room stayed hot and stuffy. Even my husband couldn't sleep in the heat and stuffiness of this room. The bedroom we were given only had privacy shades on three windows. The fourth had no window covering. There was a very bright security light shining in our window all night. We were lighted up like a football stadium. You may expect light pollution in a big city, but not in the country. Lastly, the sheets did not fit our bed. We had to get up and pull down the contoured sheet throughout the night. It kept pulling up into an uncomfortable wad. We were not told about the garden or the hot tub and were not invited to use either. We were told that breakfast was served at 8:00 AM. We were given no choice. Tom did ask if any of us had food allergies. We were very glad to leave and will never go back. We will not recommend Harvest House to our friends.

Yelp
Perfect location next to restaurants and SO close to the entrance to Zion where we hiked each day. We loved the setup of the house and how nice the rooms were. Softest bed I have ever stayed on with a pillow top mattress AND memory foam on top. Tom gave us great advice on hikes (narrows and observation point) and we had the hot tub all to ourselves to relax in the evening and watch the stars come out. Breakfast was also great each morning as Tom is a terrific chef with two different courses and cookies and tea in the evenings. Tom was very accommodating for our late arrival and terrific host! Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

Yelp
Don't bother staying in the park--stay here instead! Harvest House is reasonably priced, very clean, very comfortable, a short walk to the park and even shorter walk to Springdale's unique shops and restaurants, and you get an awesome breakfast every day! (Good fuel for hiking!) We had never stayed at a B&B before. The park and hotels were booked up (even in mid March), and we were a bit apprehensive about staying in some creeper's dungeon during our get away. This B&B wasn't like that at all. We felt right at home. Tom was a gregarious host (and an excellent chef). He accommodated dietary needs within reason. We enjoyed a communal breakfast with our fellow travelers while Tom gave advice about hikes, trails, and weather forecasts. We got a hot, fresh, delicious breakfast each morning (no breakfast coupons here!), and we checked out Tom's restaurant recommendations in the evening. I think Harvest House ruined us for all other B&Bs. It would be difficult to top this place.
