Stopped in because of the 2 can dine offer. I miss the old days when burgers 🍔 were burgers and fries 🍟 were fries but such is life. Staff were very nice and fries and burgers were fresh ! The eating and serving area was very clean.

Worst burger I've ever received trough the drive thru..
Both burgers we purchased was very poorly thrown together, sloppy and soggy buns.
We couldn't even eat properly without all condiment's falling out.
Not enjoyable what so ever..
No pride in work ethic, customer service was terrible.
We enjoy going to Harvey's but possibly never again after this disappointment...

Harvey's does such a great job at keeping organized and giving each guest the time to customize their burger exactly how they want it. Tasty and fresh, the food has always been good from this location. The staff are friendly and prompt, and always helpful. I recommend this Harvey's for your perfect burger.

Epic drive through fail. Ordered a cheese original, lettuce tomato onion pickles ketchup mayo. Got a original no cheese cucumbers hot sauce BBQ sauce lettuce tomato. Not even close

This Harveys happens to be the closest one to my place— lucky me, right? Unfortunately, it also seems to be the worst one around. Out of all my visits, maybe 5% of the time I actually get food that’s made the way I asked for. No matter how clearly, I explain my order, it feels like the staff just can’t quite get it right. It’s frustrating that convenience comes with such consistently disappointing service and food quality.

Too busy chatting rather then ensuring the location is well kept. Manager and staff are rude and condescending. Never order online from their company app. They go through Uber or another carrier. Food is fine though.

Lou at the location on Victoria Street @ Frederick in Kitchener is amazing! She always gives impeccable service and with a smile! She’s efficient, professional and friendly. Her demeanour radiates light!!! I’ve been to this location many times over many years and every time I encounter Lou I get the same reliable, consistent class customer service (which is a dying skill set), so I make a point to highlight her stellar service!!! It’s a pleasure to see some people still take pride in delivering customer service well!

this used to be the best location with friendly staff, lately it is horrible especially the poutine is usually such little gravy today we came home with NO gravy just buffalo sauce and cheese clearly someone forgot that step. when i call the staff is rude, there is one younger female “manager” who is argumentative and tells me she made this her self and refuses to refund as she knows she put on extra gravy and to stir it as it sinks to the bottom i know this can happen but there is literally NO gravy and the other meals fries are undercooked and burgers were not made as requested its just a disappointment with lack of training and lack of management skills its a huge embarrassment on the owner of this establishment

Was in there today March 14 2018. Omg, RUDE RUDE RUDE! I should have left and eaten elsewhere honestly. The woman who made my burger sighed when I asked for sauce on the side ( oh wow, you had to walk 2" for a side cup)! She basically slapped everything together. The tone of voice by another employee was so intolerant. I'm always so happy but this place is DEPRESSING. no one said hello or goodbye it was just horrible! Manager looked grumpy too. Don't eat here unless forced to!
