Too busy chatting rather then ensuring the location is well kept. Manager and staff are rude and condescending. Never order online from their company app. They go through Uber or another carrier. Food is fine though.

Ordered delivery, they forgot my drink but packed 4 straws?? Uber won’t give me my money back for the drink. Also the salad I ordered has halved tomatoes ?? and looks extremely unappetizing

June 30, 9;15 pm I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru today. The staff member working during that time was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and displayed absolutely no regard for customer service. If an employee is that unwilling to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy, they should seriously reconsider whether this is the right job for them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I will be avoiding this location in the future and will not hesitate to share this experience with others unless immediate steps are taken to improve staff conduct.

Some of the best service I have ever gotten they were very kind and patient with helpful advice and seemed to actually enjoy working here. The food was great with very few people so we got it quickly. Sadly the triple pickle poutine ended, but they helped us "make it ourselves" as everything we needed to make it was there and they fix a simple mistake quickly. Overall this was the best service I have gotten and wish there was service like this everywhere.

One if the few places in kw area that have not downgraded the service.. love this place .. the food is prepared very good .. topping are fresh .. service is excellent. Many dining tables .. clean area and beautiful

This has to be the best Harvey's in kitchener. The staff is great, always ready to help and take your order. The food is always fresh when I order, the burgers are juice. I've been to others where the burger is dry and over cooked. The place is always clean. Gotta love a burger when you get it done your way! Extra pickles please!

this used to be the best location with friendly staff, lately it is horrible especially the poutine is usually such little gravy today we came home with NO gravy just buffalo sauce and cheese clearly someone forgot that step. when i call the staff is rude, there is one younger female “manager” who is argumentative and tells me she made this her self and refuses to refund as she knows she put on extra gravy and to stir it as it sinks to the bottom i know this can happen but there is literally NO gravy and the other meals fries are undercooked and burgers were not made as requested its just a disappointment with lack of training and lack of management skills its a huge embarrassment on the owner of this establishment

It is now the only Harvey's restaurant I patronage. The staff is friendly. Many from the pre-covid era. I always order something different and they are polite, provide accurate orders, I don't know their names but if we meet in a supermarket always a friendly greeting. If there is a spill at the soda fountain dispenser, tell the staff and it is cleaned immediately. The restaurant seating area and the washrooms are clean. Condiments like lettuce and tomatoes and onions are fresh. No brown spots. If you don't like that slice of tomato they will give you a different one. Everything is done for your dining experience to be one which is positive. Food is hot. If the fries are up early and cold when you get to your table, they are replaced with no questions. Because the staff appears to have a low turnover, they get along well, happily for the most part and it reflects on the service provided. I have seen them serve the most obnoxious customers with a smile and because it is open kitchen for lack of a better term, you don't hear them bitching about a customer even if they have reason. And the best part, order an Angus Burger you get one. They don't try to slip in a regular burger in it's place to pocket the difference in payment. This happens at other Harvey's, not on Victoria Street. While out of my way, it is worth the drive to this location.

Was in there today March 14 2018. Omg, RUDE RUDE RUDE! I should have left and eaten elsewhere honestly. The woman who made my burger sighed when I asked for sauce on the side ( oh wow, you had to walk 2" for a side cup)! She basically slapped everything together. The tone of voice by another employee was so intolerant. I'm always so happy but this place is DEPRESSING. no one said hello or goodbye it was just horrible! Manager looked grumpy too. Don't eat here unless forced to!
