I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru today. The staff member working during that time was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and displayed absolutely no regard for customer service. If an employee is that unwilling to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy, they should seriously reconsider whether this is the right job for them.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I will be avoiding this location in the future and will not hesitate to share this experience with others unless immediate steps are taken to improve staff conduct.
