This Harveys happens to be the closest one to my place— lucky me, right? Unfortunately, it also seems to be the worst one around. Out of all my visits, maybe 5% of the time I actually get food that’s made the way I asked for. No matter how clearly, I explain my order, it feels like the staff just can’t quite get it right. It’s frustrating that convenience comes with such consistently disappointing service and food quality.
