We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. WiFi isn't great at all it keeps disconnecting throughout our stay and the signal was bad most times. Kindly improve WiFi.
The Service is great and breakfast is wonderful. Special mention to Abu Khaled for preparing us fresh eggs to our liking we thoroughly enjoyed them.
The staff are all very kind and helpful from the reception to housekeepers to general staff and kitchen staff. They even invited us to eat delicious maqluba the one night it was so tasty and we really enjoyed the meal and generosity. The view from the rooftop is the best view of old city and Aqsa compound. We can't get enough. This hotel is very near to many historical sites in old city which are very much significant to Muslims, Christian's and Jews.
We will be back insha Allah.
Overall Thank you for a good stay will surely recommend to others 👍

Simply the best hotel in the old city, its overall location, which is so close to so many historical sites, the value and service are ideal. The staff at the hotel are some of the most welcoming and beautiful people you could meet. The view of the masjid and overall old city is amazing too. Shout out to the Chef Abu Khaled, those omelettes 😋.
Special mention for the owners (great guys) and Shaykh Saleh, legend. Would recommend it 100% of the time!

A very convenient hotel in the heart of the old city, close to many of the attractions and particularly Masjid Al-Aqsa.
There are several gates in close proximity to the hotel, so the mosque can be easily reached.
The rooms are comfortable with very basic furnishing.
The view from the upstairs eating area is just amazing and very pleasant to sit there during the evenings.
Good WiFi in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location cannot be beat for attractions in the Old City. It's 10 minutes walk to almost everywhere. The staff is very good and welcoming. The check in process was smooth and inviting. Breakfast buffet was delicious and full of fresh food. If I had one complaint on anything it would be that the you can easily hear hall noise as the doors are quite thin. However, even that was minimal. I will definitely stay here again and have recommended this hotel to my friends.

The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean on the 3rd floor. The bathrooms were basic but neat and clean. Fatima the housekeeper was very helpful and always smiling. Nothing can beat its location and view from the 4th floor seating area. The breakfast could be improved upon with some fresh fruit and yoghurt. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful boutique hotel located within the old city walls.

Great location, Very friendly staff and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. The rooftop view is unbeatable. If you’re a Muslim visiting Jerusalem, I would highly recommend you stay in this Palestinian owned hotel.

Location and hotel management specially Sheikh is good and very much cooperative. Hotel is approachable to all holy places but rooms are smaller. We didn’t call for services. Yes, our luggage was transported to taxi stand by the help of Sheikh. Hotel is not approachable by taxi as the streets are busy and very narrow. Breakfast was delicious. Scenery from Hotel by sitting at terrace is enjoyable.
