Wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect — close to everything we needed, specially Al- Aqsa. The room view is splendid! And there’s a quiet terrace with a view to the old city and the dome of the rock. I truly recommend this hotel for a great stay!

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old city of Jerusalem. Rooms are newly refurbished, clean spacious with large walkin showers. We were lucky to get a room with the perfect view. Staff are always on hand, warm and hospitable. P.s Chef makes a banging Muqlooba!

I visited this hotel for 5 days as part of a religious tour, and I must say it is definitely worth your money. The food was absolutely delicious, everything served fresh with very generous portions. The rooms are well maintained, everything working, very clean, but the main thing about this hotel is the panoramic views of masjid Al-Aqsa from the terrace. It literally made me cry when I walked out and saw the view for the first time, absolutely stunning. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant ease to our brothers and sisters in Palestine, and He subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us the understanding of why it is so important to visit Palestine as much as possible, aamiin.

A clean, comfortable family hotel in the best location in the center of the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms and great views

I stayed at this hotel expecting a top-notch experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the rooftop view was fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking. Despite paying a premium price, my room was not cleaned for the first two days due to staff shortages. When cleaning was finally offered, I was too tired to have someone in my room at that time. On the third day, the room was cleaned but not thoroughly, with trash left behind and surfaces unwiped.||Additionally, the hotel was noisy, and it seemed like someone was smoking nearby, which was very unpleasant. The owner explained the difficulties they are facing, but basic cleanliness and a quiet, smoke-free environment should not be compromised, especially at this price point. Overall, the view does not compensate for the lack of essential services. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The service and food were incredible. This had without doubt the best hotel food I've ever had. Homemade Palestinian meals for dinner. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooftop views are something else entirely with stunning views of Dome of the Rock. It's in a wonderfully central location. Rooms are decent. I would love to come back.

Really enjoyed this place. Views are excellent, just as advertised. Rooftop patio is perfect. 24h coffee and tea. Very walkable to all the sights in the old city. Friendly young man helped us to the room with our bags. Elevator was modern and working. Breakfast did not look great to us (although the price was sure right), so we ate elsewhere in the old city. Would happily return to Hashimi - thanks for having us!
