Nice clean restaurant with seating capacity. The staff was attentive and helpful. We had bookings already so there was no waiting time. The lentil soup was good, so were the staters . The platter was also delicious. The sprouted wheat dish was good . The Kanafa was our dessert. It was filled with cheese and was very sweat.

The price increased when he found out I was a foreigner. I tried to convince him to use the price on the menu, but he doesn't speak English or Arabic. This reflects badly on the restaurant owner. It was a bad experience for me, and I advise foreign tourists to be cautious of such behavior.

In my honest opinion, this is the best meat restaurant in town. I have been visiting for twenty years, and the taste has remained consistently excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Haskral to anyone seeking food with a distinctive flavor. Well done!

The menu is exceptional and tasty and most remarkable is ambiance

Popped in for lunch around 12pm just before my return flight. Straight away was so annoyed had missed this place during my travels to Istanbul. The best eating establishment in Istanbul especially Aksaray. What a gem in a gold mine! Beautifully clean, waiter spoke good English and was so polite. Incrediblly clean and five star food preparation facilities. Spacious, bright and even a water feature to soothe the mood. Food portions generous, really really well prepared and most importantly fresh natural ingredients. Selection of exceptional Turkish dishes with a large menu. My only disappointment was I was in a rush to the airport so only spent less than half hour! So so under rated establishment and very competitively priced. Not a tourist rip off but quality for the locals Will definitely return! A great culinary experience to end my stay in Istanbul. Well done!

This is very good Southern Turkey style restaurant in the center of Istanbul. Try the oven cocked chicken with salt and the lamp meat cocked in pride. Well cocked chicken and meat. The starters are massive with freshly baked Turkish breads. Friendly staff. Very recommended for lunch.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Istanbul. It has a very nice atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of foods, which makes it sometimes hard to choose from, and they make their own bread fresh and different than what you usually know. Prices are not high generally. I cannot recall having any trouble with food or service in this restaurant. They serve free tea and a plate of fresh fruits after your meal. I advise you to try the 1 meter kebab..! It’s delicious and nice. I highly recommend this restaurant for families and friends.

Easiest to reach from Aksaray metro station. Amosphere is a good contrast with the outside neighborhood. Food is delicious from meze (starters) to main, sides and dessert. Stay away from green peppers with kebap, they are super hot! Service was impeccable. Ask to pack your leftovers if you want to finish it at home. Good for solos, couples, groups and families.
