Haston Old Town

Stayed in this lovely hotel for three nights for my husband’s birthday. We had a twin room with breakfast.||Reception staff were lovely and very helpful and welcoming. ||Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the street opposite…..It was also very quiet. |The bathroom was really nice and designed well and very clean.||The breakfasts were absolutely outstanding!! Beautifully presented and very professional attentive staff. The food was of exceptionally high standard so colourful and flavoursome and absolutely delicious!||An added bonus also was you could go into a lovely room beside reception where you could access complimentary |tea / coffee water and cake and sweets. A really nice touch. ||The hotel is in a really good location and a few minutes walk to the old town and a few minutes walk the other way to the river.||We did not want to leave this amazing hotel in beautiful Wroclaw!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were quite large and spacious, bed was comfortable and so very quiet ensuring a good nights sleep The whole of the hotel was spotless which is so important to me Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The room opposite the reception desk had hot drinks and water 24 hours a day all for free which was handy after being out all day, although there were coffee/tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine had lots of options for different coffees The staff were so friendly always greeted us with a smile, but a special shout out to Svitlana who checked us in and gave us so much information about what to see and do and what restaurants other guests have recommended She is a real asset to your hotel Should we ever return to Wroclaw I wouldn’t stay anywhere else Highly recommended

There are three things I look for when booking a hotel|1. Cleanliness|2. Friendly staff|3. Breakfast choices |Old Town Haston certainly ticked all these boxes and more|When we arrived we were greeted by Svitlana, she told us about places to visit and gave us a print out of restaurants close to the hotel|She told us all about breakfast times and about the free tea and coffee situated in the room opposite the desk |She was always friendly and smiling a real asset to your hotel though all the staff we found were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is spotless| clean in all areas|Our room was quite spacious with a view over the city|The bed was very comfortable and what I liked most was the quietness both outside and inside the hotel|Breakfast was amazing with so much choice on the buffet plus we were offered eggs cooked in various ways|The hotel is really well situated only a five minute walk into the main square where all the restaurants were|I am so glad we chose this hotel and if we ever visit again I would definitely stay here|Highly recommended

I loved staying at this hotel! The room was lovely, the staff were great, and the location is amazing. It's only a few minutes walk from the main square, but it's on a on a peaceful side street without any of the noise. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a nice amenity. The only thing I didn't love was that there wasn't a barrier to where the shower ended in the bathroom. I think it was supposed to be modern and cool, but it ended up with water going everywhere and soaking the bath mat. Just a slight annoyance though, and I would still definitely return to stay here again!

We stayed three nights in a twin room. The room was spotless, comfortable, light and with a very pretty view. All staff we interacted with were very professional yet friendly and welcoming. Its location is fabulous - two minutes walk from a tram stop and just a few minutes walk from the market square. A very quiet location despite its convenience. Many tasty restaurants nearby.

I chose the hotel because I knew I would want a nice breakfast to start my morning- it exceeded my expectations. My only issue was that my room did not have more than 1 bar of wifi if I walked any further into the room than the bathroom by the entrance. This was a problem because I wanted to do work at the desk or use my phone on my bed. The solution to this was they suggested I do my work in the lounge by the lobby.

This hotel is just great: location is good, rooms are spacious, very clean and everything works. We really find it super.|What brings it from good to excellent are the little extras such as a small lobby bar with coffee, small cakes, sweets and fruit available 24/7. Just what we needed after long day. People always make the difference; the staff here is very service minded.|Recommended.

We LOVED our stay in the Old Town Haston. We were checked in by a friendly and efficient lady on reception and took one of the two spacious lifts to our room on the fourth floor. We were DELIGHTED when we went in and looked around the room. Everything was immaculate and attention to detail has clearly been given in abundance in this hotel. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor, and we had French doors that opened on to a small balcony overlooking the church with stunning views. ||We slept so well here. The beds are comfortable and the rooms seem extremely well sound-proofed. The bathroom was large and, again, beautiful (can you describe a bathroom as beautiful?!). The shower had a waterfall head and, like everything in the Old Town Haston, is a lovely experience. ||The breakfasts were a highlight! There is so much selection - hot and cold - and the lovely breakfast staff come to your table each morning to ask whether you would like a fried egg/scrambled eggs/omelette. I had the scrambled eggs, and they were the best I have ever tasted! There are fresh fruit smoothies made by the chef each morning, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, sausages, bacon, cereals, yoghurts, cakes, chocolates... the list goes on. Exceptional!||The design and layout of the hotel really has been thought about, which I appreciated. There are no bedrooms which are next to the lifts. The emergency stairs were the only thing that the lifts connected walls with. The breakfast room is light and airy, and breakfast was never busy, even in the middle of August. You need a keycard to use the lifts, which is always good. There is a stunning bar area opposite reception. We never saw the bar in use, but there is a coffee machine for guests, along with complimentary water and snacks on the bar throughout the day. The staff were all lovely and friendly. ||We could not fault our stay at the Old Town Haston. What a gem of a hotel!
