Hatch Chile World

Hatch Chile World offers a fantastic selection of food items and gifts, but what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. Vernon, Sheena, and Alisa are incredibly kind and helpful. I visited looking for a specific pair of earrings, but they were only available at their Midtown location. Even though it was near closing time, Vernon and Alisa contacted the other shop, and Sheena graciously drove the earrings to the main location so I could purchase them. I was thrilled, especially since I was only in town for the day and wanted them as a gift. Their thoughtfulness made me feel truly welcomed. I’ll definitely be back to continue supporting this wonderful store.

The two ladies working there were so sweet!! It’s so sad people aren’t coming up there due to the flooding and the fires; the small businesses could really use the help. Everything in the store looked so good, it also was such a great price! Definitely going there again, it was a cool place to be!

Week of 5-10 May, while vacationing with friend. I went in second time to pick up 5 more Jars chili. 6 weeks prior I bought 5. The store is well run and organized. I’m sorry their names escape me, but the two guys were very kind to me and my friend. I’m in neighboring state a days drive and will be back for salsa and chili. We deployed here for the South Fork and Salt Fires, and after things calmed down a little we got to go through town a little. We went looking for silver, but found gold in the form of Hatch Chile World. I love spice, I love green chili, I love flavor. This place has all of that and more. Most of what they have is all local and the gentlemen who own/run the shop were amazing. A lot of their products actually come from the family's farm, and it's all delicious. I got two of the local hot sauces. Both had intense heat that I like and prefer, but balanced with the solid flavor that seems to be so hard to find in a good sauce. I also got a jar of their family made green chili salsa. Instant addiction. Luckily I got a business card cuz I'm guna need to order some more of this. I also got two bags of the piñon coffee in flavors I had never even heard of much less seen in person. And everything was reasonably priced and good value. They also have a challenge for this insanely hot cheeseball. Anyone who's up for it, be warned, ya gotta sign a waiver. I did it and my buddy thought it was hilarious how hot it was to me. Thanks again guys, couldn't have been happier with the finding of your amazing store!
