Hatch Chile World

We went to their new location, just on the other side of town. The staff was absolutely delightful! They even offered to carry our items to the counter while we looked for more and greeted us as soon as we entered. We got quite a haul! They have so many different hot sauces and spice blends as well as anything chilli related! This shop is definitely a must stop if you're in Ruidoso and like heat!

I was able to visit Hatch chili during the last week of July as a Red Cross volunteer. This man offered all Red Cross volunteers free lunch while we were there that week. I’m talking whatever you wanted to order….. not all business owners would do this Or would be able to afford to do this During these flood's they just experienced. I thought that was so thoughtful of him. Definitely blessings coming back to this owner. Thank you again sir for what you were doing for your community’s and the Red Cross. We appreciate you!

I visited the smaller store at 2507 Sudderth, and was so impressed with their offerings! I thought it was going to be sort of cheesy, and I was proven very wrong. They have a spectacular variety of products made with Hatch Chile, and well as great kitchen products and hostess gifts. And the sales staff was beyond accommodating, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable about their products. It's definitely worth checking out when visiting Ruidoso!

Mitch is an awesome host and employee! Anybody who knows anything about Hatch, New Mexico and the chili that’s grown there knows this place is the real deal.

Every year on our trip to Ruidoso, Hatch Chile World is one of our go to shops! I love all the seasoning choices, soup mixes, and novelty items! All the employees are always super friendly and make you feel welcome in the store! ♥️

The new location downtown is phenomenal! Excellent customer service, extremely friendly and personable, and the green hatch chiles are to die for! The new location also has food available freshly made to order and it’s incredible! I highly recommend the brisket quesadilla and the New Mexico dog! We will definitely be back to purchase more on our next visit in August!

The Red Chili Sauce Medium is excellent tasting. It tastes like it was made the same day. I went through one jar in a couple days and went back about bought 6 more. I’m also going to try the hot and the green chili salsa medium and hot. I’m excited. I love to eat and am ready for some bacon and eggs smothered!
